Kyle Colombo and the Guelph Infiniti experience was such a pleasure for me and they made everything run so smoothly in light of these Crazy COVID times. Such a fun yet professional experience for me. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Guelph Infiniti. We made the switch from Mercedes and Audi about 8 months ago and went into the dealer for a first time. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Service department is very honest. I went in expecting to change a tire for $300. However, they were able to fix it for only $40. Many other dealers have changed parts when i have asked if even they didn't need to. When shopping for luxury car brands the most important factor for me is the level of service and honesty provided. Guelph Infiniti has proven to be top tier so far!

My dad and I came in last week after we viewed a vehicle for sale, we were handled with AMAZING service from Andy Anderson - he was by far one of the most amazing, caring and supportive employees we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered all of our questions to the best of his abilities and managed to go above and beyond in order for us to be happy with the purchase!! My father says he will 100% be coming back to look at another vehicle for himself just because of the service we had! It was amazing to see that there are still people in the world who are so caring!

Called to ask about test driving a vehicle and they said come on by whenever you can. Well, I live 100 KM away but made the trip the following day. Arrived late morning and was told "oh, so sorry but that vehicle was sold and you cannot drive it but we have another one on the lot you can take out". We went out to the lot with the keys to drive that other vehicle and there was a "Sold" sign on that vehicle too.... The sales rep was very apologetic but we just couldn't understand how the website listed both vehicles were still available and the onsite staff didn't even know they were sold.

The sales person apologized and promised to call us when another one came onto the lot. A few weeks later we saw another one on their website (no one called us) so called to make an appointment for a test drive. We went back for the 2:30 appointment .... at 2:20 the sales rep called us to say that they vehicle has just been sold and couldn't drive it but we could drive a similar one.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Don't book test drives and then cancel them moments before they are scheduled to happen......

I would suggest you find a different Infinity dealership unless you enjoy driving 400 KM round trip to drive a vehicle you don't really want to buy.

Not sure what to think. I purchased my Q50S in July 2018 at Guelph Infiniti. Although my sales rep was so-so, right from the start it was difficult to contact them with questions or to reach someone.
My plan when I bought my car was to service it at the same place. Despite my initial buying experience, I was hoping service would be better. Unfortunately I have tried several times to get through to service each time without success.The one time I did get through they sounded dismissive and in a hurry to get off the phone. I work in Kitchener and was hoping this place would be convenient for my regular service needs. Based on several reviews it appears I am not the only one who is having difficulty.
Too bad. I will take my car to Brantford Nissan where I have my Altima and Rogue serviced. They know customer service there.

I love my new Q50, not only has the car been amazing the ownership experience has been exceptional too. I purchased the car in January from the preowned lineup, after I got the car home noticed a small defect in the trunk paint. My stomach sank as I had just declined the rust package on the car and figured I was going to be out of pocket. I emailed Mike the Service manager with some pictures and he quickly confirmed that it was still under warrantee; he booked my appointment and arranged for a rental. All this was great but what was exceptional was that they really went beyond during the visit. I had some questions about an interior stain (from Kids) and a chemical stain on the hood (Pearson Parking). Mike said they could take care of it, I did not have an appointment for the cleaning and buffing but they would to squeeze me in anyway. In the end though the auto body shop was late in returning the vehicle so they did not get to finish cleaning and waxing. I needed the car back though so they did not charge me for the significant work that they had already done because it was not complete! Unexpected and greatly appreciated. Best part of ownership is the feeling when you come into the dealership. It is as if you are the boss. You have requests you are looked after right away. “Cappuccino while you wait sir”. Thanks Guys, I love it!

Why this is a great place to deal with.
most recently our Q50 was in need of warranty work.. Mike Hendriks was able to expedited the process for us so the work could be completed while our vehicle was having other work done by one of the dealership's outside vendors. This was great because it meant that we were not inconvenienced twice..other dealerships we have dealt with have made us wait thinking only of their own needs. Mike took the time to make the process work for us the dealership always strives to do there best to look after us. When ever we are in for service or parts everyone is friendly and courteous. Andy and Scott always take time to say hello when they see us. We have the same experience dealing with Guelph Nissan their sister dealership down the road.
They have all made us - customers for life.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICING OF YOUR INFINITI! We were charged $550 for a simple oil change for a brand new car that was only 5 months old. They made a bunch of things up, never called for permission to do things, and gave us a bill that was outrageous. My entire family owns infiniti's and this is enough reason for all of us to NEVER buy again!

I recently had some body work done to repair a damaged bumper. Mike took care of everything for me. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work. When I picked the car up, not only was it impeccably clean, when Mike saw me pulling in the parking lot, he remote started my car from his office so it was ready for me. Very nice touch. Recently my 2012 M37X would not start and my service experience was DEFINITELY ABOVE & BEYOND!
It was recommended that I contact Roadside Assistance to verify warranty details and was given a 1-800 number to call. In addition, I was provided with a Hybrid loaner with winter tires in anticipation of an upcoming storm. I was contacted every day with feedback and asked what I thought was best, not what was best for Guelph Infiniti. Every contact made to me with handled with politeness and respect. Once the issue was resolved with replacement parts under warranty, I was able to return the loaner and pickup my newly washed and vacuumed vehicle at the after office hour that suited me! You cannot ask for better service than that! I am a very happy customer! Thank you Guelph Infiniti!

Dealing with Raj Ahuja at Guelph Infiniti is the easy way to drive a new car every 2 years.
I just leased my fourth vehicle from Raj in 6 years. A 2008 FX35, 2010 FX35, 2012 FX35 and now a 2014 QX70.
I can indulge my desire to drive a new car every 2 years without a material change in monthly payments.
I have had a lot of cars over the years but I am most impressed with Infiniti and the fact that Raj gets me the car I want. Raj also make the whole process easy. He sets himself apart from others by taking the time to understand what you want in a car and then going above and beyond to make sure you are happy and therefore, a repeat customer, like I am.

In June 2014, we came in looking for a new vehicle for the family. We spoke with Arif and he was friendly,respectful and knowledgeable. Arif listen to our needs and made suggestions on vehicles. We purchased a vehicle from Arif, and he was helpful throughout the entire process. We bought a 2014 Versa.

In September 2014, our older Nissan vehicle needed service. We brought it to Guelph Nissan and spoke with J.Weeks. J.Weeks listen to our concerns and wrote them down for the mechanic to look at. J.Weeks made us feel comfortable leaving our vehicle for the day. Our vehicle was serviced by Branko, and he did an amazing job. Branko left notes for J.Weeks to let us know what was done and everything was explained to us.

When we were in for our service, Arif acknowledged us, and made us feel like valued customers to Guelph Nissan.

We would highly recommend buying a vehicle off Arif, speaking with J.Weeks when getting service and having Branko as the mechanic.
