I was extremely dissatisfied today when I was presented with a huge bill on things I never authorized to be done in my car. I spoke to the person who took the appointment as well as the manager of the dealer about that. I have stated that I should authorize any service that would be chargeable and they did not respect that and charged me a big bill. The manager instead of solving my issue told me I was wasting his time. So please, follow my advice, go to another dealer

Very poor service while buying a used car. Would not recommend to anyone. Only person who did their job properly was the technical advisor. Sales, financing, customer service was poor, poor and poor...Hidden fees not explained, damages on the car on the delivery date. When car was repaired, they gave it back to me completely filthy, making it hard to see the body work that has been done. I had to pay for a car wash myself. Very disappointed. Never want to have to deal with them and would not recommend to a friend.

I went to buy my first car, called many times and no one was taking me seriously until I had to tell my brother for help. Then, they took me seriously. Not a good cx service at the beginning.

Edited: they contacted me and heard about my issue. The problem was with the finance department and not with the dealer. So, i give 5 stars for the dealer since she helped me a lot for my first car. Moreover, they will tell the finance department about the issue.

My experience with this dealership never started. I called 3 times and left 2 voice mails and they never called me back. I had limited time and I wanted to ensure that I didn't show up at the dealership only to arrive there and be told that I needed an appointment. If their sales service was like that, no doubt their after sales service would be worse. Since they never called me back, I took my business to another Hyundai dealership.

Asked about a 2015 Ford Focus ST that was listed, set me up with Maude in financing that same day. The next day, I had filled out my credit application and sent it off to her. It came back declined, so she asked if I had a cosigner, which I did. When I asked how we can go about adding a cosigner, she completely ghosted my emails. I texted the rep I originally talked to who set me up with Maude to ask what's going on and he suggested I call. I sent another email and still didn't get anything back from Maude. This was over the course of 2 full weeks. When I texted the rep again today (2020-09-11), he told me the car was sold. When I asked why it wasn't held for me considering I'm in the process of financing, he said it's because I didn't have a deposit. I was never told to put a deposit on it. Ridiculously embarrassing service from both parties (you would think they'd be eager to answer any questions you had and sell it ASAP, but I guess not). I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership.

I am writing this review as the after-sales service I received at this dealership was excellent. I live much further that this area and I will always travel to this dealership as not only their mechanics are competent and immediately found the car issue in one appointment but the service I received from Lyna Bourassa afterwards was exceptional.
She was not only professional but I felt like she truly cared about my motor issue, but she was empathetic and truly very kind. We, as customers, often feel like a number but from the start of our interaction, I felt she was on my side and was working hard to make it right. I applaud your dealership and there is a reason why you are immensely busy, you do a great job and people come back.

very bad service, there is nobody to serve you. we went there to see and test Hyundai cars, long time waiting, after that a person came but told us he is not for new cars and we had to wait more. finally another salesman came but he had to look for keys because he couldn't find the keys. after another 10-15 mins searching, he found the key but this time you can't accompany your wife in test drive, only salesperson and one client are allowed in the car!!! that day i visited 4 other brands' dealerships and this one was the worst! may be this is the difference between a Korean brand and others!

Frederic and Isabelle were sweet and very easy to work work with--i give them 5 stars. On the other hand, Maude is over her job, she needs to find another position, she is quite rude and seems fed up. The receptionist with the freckles also rude and gets overwhelmed easily. Careful, I paid $429 for the Hyundai Brossard Package which should include gas--the tank was empty when I picked it up. Paid an additional $299, for rustproofing--careful, it's not what you think. Also didn't appreciate that they sold me a car without an instruction manual. There are signs everywhere in the dealership about service, I received anything but!!

Went for an oil change which is pretty routine. At the end of it I see someone taking my black audi A5 for a joy ride around the block and park it and right after I get the car back. Fortunate for them i was in a rush and had no time to argue with management there.

I cross referenced my experience with other mechanics and they agree that it is totally out of line. Unless the car has some serious engine problems which it did not there is no reason to take it for a joy ride.

Would not recommend for anyone to go there for service especially if you have a luxury car. AVOID at all costs! Stick to Audi, Mercedes or BMW dealership where the service is much better and professional.

Went there to buy a used car. Was well attended by Israel and he tried his best to match my choice and ultimately offered me a good deal. Reaching out to finance after I signed the deal was an issue but I managed to speak to the lady after calling reception at least 5-10 times.

Sales - Excellent 5 starts.
Finance/Post sales - can be improved.

Well it was definitely a lie about their $420 package for used cars. They did nothing but to wash the car. On their list they said gas, inspection and cleaning. Well, cleaning is ok, but it would cost me $30 to do it elsewhere. Gas, it was hilarious they told us only 1/4 of tank is included in the "forfait" on the day of delivery. So cheap. I guess if customers do not pay the package, they gonna leave with what? 2 litre of gas that they could barely exit the door of the store? The next day we took the car to our garage. Guess what, the brake pad is finished, tires are finished, it cost us extra $1000+ after paying Hyundai brossard $420 + tax to get a safe-to-drive car. PLUS, there are traces of make-up painting on the front bumper, but it was not included in any of their reports. I guess enough is enough. I'm not a fan of Hyundai, I was there for a used infiniti. That's it. I don't go back to deal anything with this company.
I should have read google comments before going. Definitely I could tell why they only get 1 star for their used car sales department.

I went to the dealership during the lunch hour as I am looking into buying a new car. I had gone to the Montreal Car show and was very pleased by the way Hyundai people were answering my questions. When I entered the dealership, nobody noticed me, not even the receptionist. I said to myself that maybe they do not like to rush the customers when they come in. I started looking around the cars I was interested in and after a while I tried to find someone to help me out. I approached a couple of people but they all pretty much ignored me. The receptionist was busy talking to some people. I noticed a couple of salesmen fighting over a muffin and waved at them but to no avail. I got frustrated and just left. I feel so disappointed as the dealership is 5 minutes away from my house and the reviews are generally good. I haven't decided if I will go back or not.

Great service and staff (from the receptionist to the sales people and accountants) at this location for used cars. They answered all my questions and ran through multiple payment options/scenarios to find one that worked for me.

Kept their promises for the trade-in and about everything we discussed.

Would have given a 5 star if they would have left at least some fuel in the car when I took it. The light was flashing and I had to find a gas station quick.

Besides an awful customer service at the used car department , I just found out that I’ve been frauded by this branch! They manipulate you and you won’t even notice. They don’t know how to do their job and nobody is willing to hear your problem to solve it, not even the manager! Buy a car here and spend months, money and energy to get back your lost/stolen money!
I am still not satisfied with this branch. They do not care about their customers.

My saga is not yet finished so the score could still go up or down.
Up to the signing of the contract, everything had been great. Awesome service, welcoming staff, five stars.
After that...
They call me the eve of my pick up date to remind me
The day of... They tell me I don't have my car.
Then, almost a week later, after I email for an update, they call me to tell me that they have my car, but the contract we signed is no longer valid, because it's now past the date.
Because of their fault.
This whole thing has been frustrating and stressful.

i never bought a car from you but i was looking to a potential buyer at your dealership. let me tell you, if 1 out of 10 customers says something about about your company that might be acceptable enough for a potential buyer to head your way but if 8 out of 10 says the same negative comments over and over then that is enough for people like me to turn around and go seek else where. as a company, you should listen to your customers and take actions against your employees. saying that you trained them to follow orders but you cant control everything is ridiculous as you can fire them for example, apologize first and invite them to come down see you for a formal complain and take actions accordingly.
Being in a product selling business doesn't means customer satisfaction is out of the windows. teach your personnel customer service 101 course. in world like today, customer satisfaction is more important than the products and the money.

I was treated to an entirely professional service by everyone down the line, from Maxime A. (used car salesman extraordinaire!), to Gabriel P. who actually made the negotiating process kind of fun, to Sonia in finance who didn't pressure me at all, and finally Eric who was great company during the courtesy pick-up from my workplace and finalizing the paperwork. I also had the pleasure of dealing with André in Maintenance (standard oil change months after the sale) and everyone I encountered at Reception.

I had an extremely positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brossard Hyundai to anyone. My used Sonata '09 is still going strong!
