Carlos Rivas is a treasure! He is fantastic.... my communication with him prior to the service was informative, honest and explicit. He is very knowledgeable and is not pushy regarding the service details. He was careful to explain the pros and cons of every decision regarding what was necessary, advisory or could be done later. I really appreciated his frankness and that he did not talk down to me being a female but gave me all the mechanical details. Even showed me a new serpentine belt to explain what condition mine was in by comparison. The company Covid protocols are marvellous and adhered to by the staff. My specially sanitized for me chair was comfortable and well spaced in the car wash area. Thank you all round for an excellent experience. I will come again.😀🥰

New Car (Sales)

Five years ago, I leased a vehicle from Maple Hyundai and the lease expired. They took the vehicle back from me but I decided to buy the car 3 months ago and they notified us that the car arrived to the dealership after 3 months. I called the dealership and asked when I can go pick up the car and I spoke with the salesman, Dino and they said the car never arrived so I called a gentleman Paul from the leasing company and they told me the car was in the dealership so I called Dino again and he said "no the car is not here." Anyway we went back and forth numerous times. Finally as a result, last week, they said the car has arrived. I said OK no problem and I will come pick it up. They said no the car needed to be certified. I went to pick up the car, went to the mechanic because I don't trust them. So I certified the car, provided the paperwork to Maple Hyundai to a gentleman named Sid and he said yesterday, Monday around 4:30pm, please come by and pick up the plate because I have it ready so Monday, I went to pick up the plate I saw the gentleman named Sid. A bunch of gentlemen were socializing with each other so after 5-10 minutes because Sid was arguing with another Chinese guy and he was yelling and screaming too. I don't know what went wrong so I waited patiently so Sid came to me and said the plate isn't ready. I go what do you mean? He goes sorry I don't have the plate so I said I need it because I have to give the car to my salesman, I need the plate or another car and another gentleman argued arrogantly at me saying I can't give you any plate or car. For me I leased another car and that was another mistake I made. However, I won't recommend Maple Hyundai to no one. Service was terrible, terrible!! And as of today Tuesday, I have no plate. For me I should be giving a double zero rating on this. What a waste of time and aggravation and frustration along with significant disappointment.

I just purchased a 2019 Tucson Ultimate edition. After many months of research and comparing I decided on the Tucson. I dealt with Dino Tsinonis (sales consultant) fantastic person, a true professional. I visited the showroom many times and Dino was always accommodation and we had many conversations. I finally decided to purchase once I saw the Dusk Blue colour and the cash rebate and autoshow discount. I went in Monday morning and met with Dino and we made a great deal with General Sales manager Brandon Symons, also very professional. Once the deal was done I met with Sid Sharma (Finance Manager) also very professional and friendly. If you are looking for a Hyundai , Maple Hyundai is the place to go. No pressure friendly , professional people and great deals. Thank you Dino, Brandon and Sid for a truly fantastic vehicle purchase experience. Eventhough I live in Toronto , I will be servicing my Tucson at Maple Hyundai based on the great reviews I've read about the service dept.

We just purchased a new Santa Fe Sport Limited from Maple Hyundai. It was a very pleasant experience. Dealt with Brandon Symons, General Sales Manager and Dino Tsinonis, Sales Consultant. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They never pressured us to purchase the vehicle just assisted us. Dino explained any the features the Santa Fe offered and answered all our questions. If he was unsure he made a point of finding the answer. Brandon provided me with the purchase price of the new vehicle. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with each of these individuals.
It was truly a pleasure purchaseing a new car from these two people.

I also had the opportunity to deal with Oscar Loucel, Service Consultant. He to was very professional and courteous.

I would also like to add that it was a distance to travel to this dealership as there were two other dealerships closer. We were both very glad we drove to Maple Hyundai.
I will be servicing the vehicle there even thought there are close dealers as I know that our vehicle will be fixed right the first time.

I would look elsewhere if you are planning on buying a Hyundai. After the experience we had buying a vehicle, I wouldn't want anyone to experience that. I won't mention any specific salesman or Finance Guy, but they like to tell you one thing (3 times), then come back and say another trying to slide it in like slight of hand.. Happy with the car, but will definitely get it serviced at another Hyundai dealer. This place had my trust but quickly lost it.

Oh and those license plate frames they put on both front and back for free advertising? Yeah, they're coming off too.

I started out really liking this dealership, but that has since changed.

Things I liked about it:

-Free coffee and comfortable seating while you wait
-Staff are friendly
- I had some issues in the past where they gave me misinformation and took a long time to figure out an issue I was having with my indicator, but they made good on it. Dwayne was exceptional in helping us through this and I was eventually happy with the outcome
-Overall, our Hyundai Elantra has been a great vehicle

Here’s the thing...

When we go to get our routine maintenance (oil change etc.) we are given recommendations for things that should be fixed or replaced. Some recommendations are based on the amount of months or km on the vehicle, other recommendations are based on things that they find during the inspection.

Most recently, my husband and I were told that we require a new serpentine belt, and that ours was severely worn and should be replaced ASAP. Due to a prior experience, I have to admit, I lost a lot of trust with them (I’m not going to get into that now). With that said, when we were told about our belt, I sought out a second opinion. Turns out, our belt was completely fine and it was no where near needing to be replaced. I took it a step further and did some research of my own (thanks YouTube). In line with the second opinion, our belt showed no signs of bad wear and tear. About a year later after being told it should be replaced right away, all is still well with our serpentine belt.

I feel like I’ve been lied to once again, and the trust is completely gone. For this reason alone, I would advise that if you come here, seek out a second opinion and/or do some of your own research, as they may be attempting to sell you something you don’t need. BUYER BEWARE!

I have a 2019 hyundai accent ultimate manual. Check engine light turned on for me on my way to work, I called the service desk and got quick response and was told I can bring it in right away, got to Hyundai got greeted by some great friendly staff. Got me a shuttle to get to work right away, they solved the check engine light right away. Shuttled me back to my.car and they even gave her a nice quick clean for me. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs service done to their hyundais.

I recently bought out my leased 2017 Tucson from Hyundai and to be honest it was the worst experience I've ever had. I find it interesting how during the entire time of my lease I received nothing but phone calls from customer service asking me how my vehicle is doing and how the services have been but during the process of me buying it and inquiring questions about how to go about buying out the car, I was received with no customer service, respect, or information.

I'm not entirely sure who frequently sits at the main desk near the front entrance, I think I recall his name being Chris but he was the worst person to speak with. I went in on a Saturday inquiring about how to purchase my car while it was being serviced and was bluntly told that they don't do transactions on the weekend. (Sorry but I'm a nurse and I work Monday to Friday with varying shifts and can not afford to not have my car during the week). When I asked how that could be worked around, he just shrugged his shoulders and basically said, that's the way it is and too bad. SO DISAPPOINTING. I then tried to trouble shoot by inquiring about car rentals and scheduling a safety check (which you need to pay for by the way when they are the ones who own the vehicle - makes no sense) and this guy just looked at me and said it has to be during the week because even the 'safety check' mechanic, doesn't work on weekends. When I inquired about helping me with a rental car in hopes that there have been other customers like me who can't be without a car on the weekends, I was told they don't have anything to do with that I would need to arrange a rental car on my own. Even my father who came inside to get me while my car was being serviced was met with the same bitterness and rude comments that I was. Literally, this guy at the desk was zero help, no recommendations, and had no problem solving skills.

The only redeeming part of this whole situation was the finance manager Sid who allowed me to send him via email all my information so that he could process the transaction. I would give Sid 5/5 review but the rest of this scenario was awful.

Also since I've purchased the car, ask me if I've heard from Hyundai. The answer is no. I no longer matter because I'm not driving a car that they own nor am I paying them money on a monthly basis.

To be honest after I sell this vehicle that I purchased I would very much like to never deal with Hyundai ever again. I would suggest if you're looking at purchasing a car, doing it through another manufacturer.

After three years of dealing with this place I believe there are three major issues for any of which I am giving away one star with an example of my own experience.
“Inconsistency between sales and service “: I have life time rust proof on the car but it’s subject to every two year inspection by the dealership. Service was NOT accepting that the car needs to have inspection at all, sales was saying that every five years inspection required until the rust proof certificate showed every two years but it took me two time going back and forth to have this issue resolved. You can imagine if I had not insisted and something had gone wrong after few years without inspection proof who would be responsible for that.
“Push to sale oriented policy “ : Even though my mechanic was against “Dual clutch transmission “ cars especially when it comes to Hyundai , after few sessions with sales agent I was convinced that the design had been improved. Now that Tucson has started jerking and shaking at low speeds after only three years and the root cause is "dual clutch" ……….!
“Lack of (or Poor) customer support”: The latest technical report back in October shows that the clutch of the car needs to be replaced and I was given an appointment for 9 a.m November 28th and even received a reminder the day before. The car needed to be there for one day so I had already taken half a day off, drove 40 km going there around 8:30 a.m and guess what “part manager “ said that they had not received the parts. They didn't event bother to call and cancel the appointment. He said they would call me back to set another appointment and of course they didn’t . I have been calling since then myself and no one is picking up the phone at service or part to give me an update on the next step to go.

I tried to give my honest opinion and I believe there are still rooms for improvement at this place.

Went in for a recall and asked for a inspection because my mechanic told me something in regards to my car. Ended up paying $80 something just for them to hook up a computer to my car, didn’t do a full inspection of the car or anything. But attached a paper as if they did. Went to the representative to ask about this and why it was done he said well it’s like if you go to the doctors ( because I’m wearing scrubs) and I complain about my head he's not going to check my whole body. Actually yes the doctor is because they wanna know what exactly is causing the headaches. Than responded that this is different. Note didn’t get my complimentary car wash had to go back in for that too. Ridiculous

I recently purchase a car here and it was the most pleasant car dealership experience that I have ever had. My salesperson was Hamed and he was wonderful, he got me into a car that I now love and was not pushy or tried to up-sell me on anything. Karan in the finance dept was also great to work with! I felt zero pressure, and he made sure I understood everything regarding my purchase. Their service is top-notch! I highly recommend maple and will definitely be returning to Hamed and the team when my next vehicle need arises! 2nd review because of the worst customer experience ever. Trade in with Maple Hyundai and they encouraged me to return the old 2017 Elantra 1 month before the lease contract expire date and assure me last lease payment will be waived.
Unfortunately, the overcharge still happened and I was then assured the refund by early next week. No one followed up unless I call or email them. Until now it has been a month and I still didn't get my refund. Last email I received from their general sale manager Brandon is the refund is out of his control and I have to wait without a timeframe. No one even bother to apology.
I talked with Maple Hyundai, Hyundai Motor Finance and Hyundai Canada and none of them care about their client. They don't even know their own policy. So regret to sign the contract with them.
Please stay away from Hyundai and if you have no choice but buy a Hyundai car, make sure at least not get it from this dealership.

Went into this dealership to check out 3 different Hyundai Tucsons - ended up falling in love with a 2016 Tucson - Luxury package. Dealt with Chris Shah - the sales manager. He was fabulous! Ended up purchasing the vehicle (for a great price - cash deal!) I seen a few paint chips on vehicle - so Chris said he would order me a paint pen to correct the flaws - super nice of him! What a terrible experience with them.
I visited Maple Hyundai to have a look at new Palisade and Santa Fe with my wife and child. My 4-years old child was also very interested in 'future daddy car', and so he actively hopped on and off the car with us. Then the old guy (one of the dealers) kept staring us and making us feel very unpleasant. We also wanted to try Tuscon but we couldn't dare to try. Then I stepped away from the shop right away. He didn't even ask us if we ever wanted to test-drive one. What an attitude. I visited this location because their review was fairly good, but I swear I will never come back. They made it very very unpleasant. If you ever have a child, make sure you have someone else looking after your child at HOME so that you feel free to view their vehicles.

Bought my 2019 Hyundai Elentra approximately two months ago. The car broke down with 3000 KM driven. Upon asking for when the car would be fixed, they kept on pushing the deadline back, further and further not until 2 weeks from when I dropped my car. Now when I went to go pick up, it has a massive mark. This dealership has the worse customer service ever, when spoken to the person working on my car, he walked away showing no remorse. This place does not value their customers. For people who are thinking about buying a Hyundai, DO NOT COME HERE!!! you'll regret it. Go someone where better, Honda or Acura. Had an awesome experience at Maple Hyundai today! I had a service appointment which I was already dreading because I thought my issue was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman Carlos at the counter and he said to give him some time to look into what was wrong with the car. After about 15 minutes he came back with some helpful tips and great news my car was perfectly fine. On top of that I didn't have to pay that arm and a leg I was dreading AND they washed my car! I got recommended by a family at church. Steve Kim was my sales person. He was very nice and helpful in which car to purchase. I eventually purchased Elentra 2019. Also he was very helpful in how to maintain it. He recommended at any Hyundai locations will do the same quality job service if Maple location is too far.

Let me start by saying best dealership when it comes to customer service. Carlos always goes out of his ways to make sure my cars are taken care of. I own 4 vehicles and to be honest I trust him and his team whenever I need parts or maintenance. Carlos and his team are honest and always looking out for my parents, friends and family interest.
I live in Pickering, but I rather drive to Vaughan because I am a loyal customer.

It was my first time to bring my Toyota Sienna car at a Hyundai dealership for oil change. Had an appointment for 4 and worked started as soon as I brought it in. Customer waiting lounge had TV, coffee, water and nwwspapers which one can enjoy on comfortable sofas. I also got a free car wash, which was the best car washes I ever had. I was allowed by the the courteous Mr Adnan to take pictures and make a video as well. When I asked if I could do it, I was told that all the things are for customers and u can do whatever u like. They also pointed out my tire condition with a thread size of each and recommended a tire change. I have never seen a tire working like that before. It has made me very proud and one day would love to own a Hyundai vehicle and experience sales and the new car. 😀

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Sonata 2.0T Ultimate demo vehicle from Maple Hyundai. They truly made the "car shopping experience" an enjoyable stress free experience.
The sales rep Anthony Tari was professional, personable, informative, and did not pressure us at all during our many visits to the dealership. Even after we picked up our vehicle, Anthony followed up with us a few times to ask if we had any questions or issues with the vehicle.
We also had the pleasure of dealing with the general sales manager, Brandon Symons and the financial service manager, Heather Black.
Also, Adriano Porcarelli and his service department team were great to deal with as well. There were 2 minor issues that we noticed with our vehicle during the delivery day, but their service department went above and beyond to rectify the issues within a reasonable time frame. The one maintenance issue we had was denied by Hyundai Canada's warranty department, but Brandon and Adriano agreed that Maple Hyundai would assume the cost of the repair at the dealer's expense. We want to thank Maple Hyundai for their great service and recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle.

I've had such a good experience at Maple Hyundai that I wanted to leave a note. Normally I've taken my car to Hyundai Scarborough where the service is okay, but I was having some issues with my car while in the neighbourhood so I stopped by the dealership. I have to say that the customer service is far superior to any other dealership I've been to. The staff are attentive, courteous, and very friendly. They made time for me and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you! I will be making the drive to Maple because it's worth it!
