I purchased a used vehicle recently and within a few weeks the vehicle developed a major wobble . Took it in the balanced and rotated the tires and called it good .took it back because the wobble was still there . Turns out the tires are separating on the inside and the service department gave me quotes for new tires I didn't buy this vehicle to fix . The response from the service manager basically told me buyer beware .really good way to run your business. They did offer 15% off the tires in my opinion it should have been 50% at least .come on Honda you can do better . Just lost my business. Sick of getting ripped off .
So I paid 20000 plus for this vehicle and now I have to spend 10000 more for their incompetency. Scammers at its finest at regier Honda steer clear if not I geuss its buyer beware

Friendly staff, selection not so great on used. Due to the current economy it is difficult for them to keep up with the high demand. This does however say a lot for the dealership and the quality of their product!

I was on my way to Swift Current from Calgary and the air conditioning in my work car went kaput! It was over 37 C and hot hot hot PLUS it was 1pm on the Friday of a long weekend.....NO Hyundai dealership in Swift Current as this would have been covered under warranty....what is a girl to do! I called Regier Honda and explained the situation. Asked if they had any time to work on it and could they fit me in given it was the last hours before a long weekend. They said please come by about 4pm and they would be happy to see what could be done. I arrived, they took my car right in and instead of having to wait they said that they could drop the keys in my Dad's mailbox. I had a very sad family supper due to my Step-Mom's passing and I didn't want to miss it. Settled the bill over the phone and when I arrived at my Dad's, the keys were in the mailbox as promised. I have absolutely no words to explain what their kindness and compassion means to me and I get emotional each time I think about it. Not often you get service and caring like I received that day......I would suggest you contact Regier Honda if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They will treat you as if you were a family member for sure. Thanks fellas for taking good care of me.

Wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle but the sales staff were really friendly and accommodating. There was a deal on, but don't expect to haggle on price. You're buying a Honda and it is quality. Showroom was really clean, staff all had nice shoes and followed all Covid guidelines. Highly recommend. The Honda vehicles and staff are top notch at this location.

never recommend ever. first price are high compare to other honda. and seconds no help for service even vehicle is in warranty they ask you to pay. i got my honda fix at regina honda while it was in warranty. here i paid 175$ still didn't get problem solve so bad.
Not very helpful...was prepared to buy a brand new motorcycle from them from out of province, They would not ship the bike, they didn't seem to interested in helping me and the fact that even though the bike was new it was still a 2017 and at 3 years old now on paper would not really move on price either. Not impressed.

I called Regier Honda and asked for a ride to the dealership, as my car was completely dead. They picked me up and I spent a couple hours test driving and learning the features of HR-Vs. Dave Regier was excellent at explaining the features of the car, payment options and benefits of choosing Honda.
As this was my first time buying a new car, the entire process was clearly explained to me. Dave was caring and never pushed me to buy on the day I test drove the vehicles. Dave clearly answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Overall, Regier Honda was welcoming, respectful and very helpful. The dealership went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend stopping in to look at vehicles and talking with Dave Regier.

Set up an appointment to go see them and had asked to test drive a couple of cars. Jason Regier, the sales person, was welcoming and answered all my questions patiently- after I test drove the vehicles. And both Jason and Todd(finance manager) helped me find the right financing. Also, the vehicle was as described in the ad. Overall it was a great experience and will recommend this dealership to all.
After months of dealership visits, and calling around, we found Regier Honda to be professional and they handled our questions and concerns in a timely manner. What they told me on the phone is what I got when I went to their store. There was no funny "extra charges", and the vehicle was as they promised. Signing paperwork was quick and easy (we did choose to get some extra warranty and they explained the details very well). After being driven to the local license issuer and then having a full explanation of the vehicle we purchased we left very happy. We would recommend contacting them for a vehicle. We will likely try to plan our vehicle service when we go through Swift Current.
