My sister just got a vehicle here. She has a very good experience trading in her previous vehicle. On the day of delivery there was quite a bit of delay, but the team was apologetic and eventually she drove off very happy with her new Honda
It's a lucrative market for odometer fraud right now. We understand you can buy a lower mileage gauge cluster assembly for $250 at the wreckers with mileage locked in and technicians won't pick up on it. We were all set to buy a 2013 Honda Civic in reasonable shape with 159,000 km on it, cash in hand and signatures on the page, when I was asked to sign a Carfax report as part of the agreement. The last two odometer readings were 174,000 km and 180,000 km from two separate sources with another six months before Magog Honda did a service at 155,000 km in March, 2023 - a service which was not reported on the Carfax they wanted me to sign. Dealers dismissed it as a clerical error, but offered no guarantees that the odometer wasn't tampered with. No affidavit from the original owner available. Said they couldn't reconcile odometer readings with the control module - but that an extra +20,000 km was no big deal, and not worth the money as most odometer fraudsters goes for big numbers (I e. 100,000 km). But we understand that the car would depreciate by about $500 to $1000 for each subsequent 10,000 km accrued - and that I'd have to eat that loss if odometer fraud was detected on a future inspection. I did eventually get my full deposit back - after being accidentally charged an additional $2500. Lost precious time in my car search with two weeks left on the clock... We had also negotiated getting the hood repainted, but that service was pushed back three weeks - loaner vehicle would have been made available to me. Total nightmare. They lost our trust.
Bad experience with the garage-repairs branch. Impolite. Lack of communication.
All in all a bad experience, I hope that I never have to deal with them again.

First thing, it took three weeks to really get in touch. Phone calls don't cut it, people generally work during the business hours. There's no email contact.
In the end, after the repair, my wife got a call to come and get the car, return the courtesy car: the person (unknown) said something like "what were you're waiting for, why didn't you make an appointment to get your car back" !!! Seriously? And in the end after being rude, he simply hung up, without any "good bye". I think this is just about enough not to repeat the experience, and also to advise the people I know against this service...

Update from 2023-06-24: I just noticed that the windshield wipers were set crooked. One is wiping outside the windshield. Just to add insult to injury.

I bought a car 6 months ago with an 8 years warranty or 200.000km.
They say to me that will be able to cancel it at ANY Honda before 30 days.
The fact is that I call nearly all dealership close to my place and every times they said that a sell director was going to call back.
It’s not what really happened even after 1 week of patience !
After a few months I finally arrived to contact someone who said that I’ve to do it by calling Honda warehouse.
I called Honda and they said that I’ve to call the dealership who sold me my car !!!
I called him and like the others a sell director will contact me.
It NEVER happen of course.
And finally when I had to call them.
I got someone who said that.
They sent the paper to cancel my warranty BUT when I asked for more detail.
He transfert me to a guy who didn’t even know what to reply WHO transfert me again to another guy
Who said that he is not able to cancel it anymore because I did not called at the Honda before the 30 days.
What a joke ! Don’t buy this brand it’s one of the most disrespectful service I ever had !

I was on my way from Montreal to Honda Magog, to see a pick-up truck scheduled by appointment at 11am. I did cancel my work day and it's a 148 km from my house to this dealership. About a 20 km before my arrival, a person called me, saying you won't be able to see it, the truck is NOT available because it is at a mechanic. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would like to give a -5 stars if I could.
Staff was amazing , stayed later than closing hours to seal our deal , never felt pushed or rushes. Would go again. (Occasion store )

My son went to Magog tonight as he had an appointment set with Marsel Masic to see and test drive 2010 Mazda 3, the appointment was for 6-630 he arrived early at 5 and the car is sold !!!!

Found a car on their website for $3900. When I showed up to the dealership the were charging $7600.
Drove 3 hrs just to see it and they charge you more? Not the kind of service I would expect from a Honda dealer.

Le lien entre Honda Magog, Honda Occasions Magog et H Gregoire est pas très clair ! Quand on entre dans la cours savoir qui aller voir non plus. Même inventaire de voitures, même cour, mais les offres varient d'un endroit à l'autre j'ai passé à côté de la promo du 2ème achat avec HGregoire en faisant affaire avec l'Occasion: Après ils t'envoient chez HGregoire pour le financement, mais te dise simplement que tu devais acheté CHEZ HGRÉGOIRE donc tu n'as pas droit aux promotions. Bref prochaine fois je vais faire affaire ailleurs!

J'aurais dû le comprendre plus rapidement... j'ai passé à côté des promotions de HGregoire en faisant affaire avec Occasion, donc payé plus de 900$ pour rien!!! Après ils t'envoient chez HGreg pour le financement, mais n'arrivent pas à t'expliquer pourquoi tu n'as pas droit aux promotions. Très très déçue.
Par contre le service au garage est impeccable, les conseillers techniques extrêmement compétents et sympathiques, service personnalisé qui vaut 5 étoiles.
EXTRÈMEMENT DÉÇUE du concessionnaire et de la voiture... Après juste une location de 1 an et 6 mois et même pas 20 000 km parcourus, le hood est couvert de traces de stonechips... ET on me refuse l'usage de la garantie sous prétexte que c'est normal.!!!!!!!! Il faudrait que j'ai roulé 20000 km collée à un camion pour ça!!!!!
Plus jamais Honda Magog ni Honda tout court!
