After having purchased a new Accord and and now a new Odyssey I'd like to say that this by far the best new car buying experience ever. I'm very happy with Dubois Honda. Brennan has been very fair in our dealings, and at no time was I upsold nor felt pressured to buy more than I wanted.
I'm SO glad I made the trip from London to Woodstock! While dealerships in London treated me like a number, didn't take me seriously, and fed me scripted sales speech, Dubois Honda treated me like family, and took the time to listen to my unique needs as a customer. Dubois Honda had that family-run feel. I was treated genuinely kind by everyone I encountered. The reception staff are true gems. My Sales Agent was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I never felt pressured or like I was being pitched. The finance manager went above and beyond to get me the best finance plan for my individual needs. I was offered the best trade in value for my vehicle, and the lowest financing interest rate out of all the dealerships I consulted. Other dealerships couldn't come close to the numbers I was offered here. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their customer service, the vehicle I purchased, and my financing! I will be a customer for life. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dubois Honda!

I took my car in for an oil change on the weekend and when they called me to the counter to pay, I was told that the tech was unable to reset my maintenance light and in the process of trying, had set my clock ahead by 1 hour.
I've taken my VW Jetta here on 3 separate occasions and have never had something this preventable and sloppy happen.
I'm sure there was someone there that would've been able to fix the issue and the fact that my car was returned to me this way comes off as lazy and unprofessional.
Each time I've taken my car here for an oil change an issue has arose (not having the correct filter, not having the correct oil), resulting in the process taking over an hour!!.
I was hopeful that the third time would be the charm, however after this incident, I will not be returning.
I emailed customer service for this dealer and a customer service rep reached out to me via text to ask if I would like to discuss further on a phone call and I agreed. That was Monday and today is Wednesday and I still have not received the response I was anticipating. I was holding off on submitting a review, but clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here so I felt the need to let them know publicly about my dissatisfaction.
Amazing service from each employee I spoke with, and great work done by the service team. Prices were surprisingly great. 100% will return to service my car here.

Worth the drive from London
They're just great to deal with. Despite buying my Honda in London back in September 2018 I have been going to them for all service needs since early 2019. My AC died so I called Dubois and they were able to confirm the work would be covered over the phone and get me an appointment 2 days later. The work took about an hour and the AC is running better than ever. They're reliable, honest and I can't say enough good things about Janet & Joyce at the service desk.

I was frustrated as a customer that when I showed up (when told to pick up the finished car) they had not yet started because they didn't bother to look for it in the parking lot. They then had to take lunch before starting, so it was finished two hours after promised. I understand if busy, but to simply not look outside the door for the car, and then blame the tow truck driver for not coming inside during covid lockdown was a little disappointing. If they had taken responsibility for their mistake, I would have given four stars.

Traveling through Canada when my vehicle developed an issue and had to be towed to the Dubois dealership. It was late at night and the dealership was closed. The next morning I checked in with the service department and found they were short of mechanics. In spite of this they were able to work me in, find the issue, and have me back on the road in a timely manner. in regard to all of this I am very grateful for their excellent service and capable assistance.

Purchased a new 2017 Civic as a secondary vehicle from Brennan. He was down to Earth and the entire process was no-BS. Unfortunately he also had the pleasure of taking care of my total loss on that vehicle after an unfortunate run-in with a deer. From beginning to end he was an excellent person to deal with.
From the service end of things, Joyce and the crew were always a pleasure to work with. No pressure to do unnecessary work or anything like that, just what you wanted/needed and would happily provide reminders for potential upcoming services.

Dubois Honda were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the kind of vehicle one is looking for, you will find it in your budget. But service after saled is really weak. I was promised one of the product that was supposed to be shipped within a week after I bought the vehicle and it's been about 2 months. Called twice to find out if it was shipped and I was promised that it was shipped. But never received. I lost hope after. Never called again.

I had an unfortunate experience buying my first car here. They got the model I wanted in on a dealer trade and it had some shipping damage (a scuff on the lower driver side door). The team at Dubois Honda handled the situation professionally and fairly quickly. I had some complaints about the work after I got the car back and they saw to it right away and made sure I was happy with my car.

I’m young and this was my first time purchasing a brand new car. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of or anything as I have had that feeling while car shopping at other dealerships. Rob was very knowledgeable about the civic and what each model offered. He was professional and made sure my needs were met, especially when it came to choosing how I would finance the car. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision as I had been comparing the civic to a different car. He was honest about either choice and did not guilt me into the purchase.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 CR-V. Jeff our sales guy was amazing to deal with. We shopped a lot of different car options & dealerships and we ultimately purchased with Jeff because of how he treated my wife and I during the purchase. We’re both younger and find it difficult to find people who will take us seriously when shopping for a big ticket item. If it wasn’t for Jeff we would not have purchased a car from here as we found Brendan the sales manager to be very off-putting. When we first went to the dealership we met Brendan and he didn’t take us seriously. He never offered us a test drive or even pricing on the car. My wife really liked the look of the CR-V so we decided to go back again and that’s when we met Jeff. He took the time to go through the different trim levels, options, pricing and even a test drive. We didn’t purchase on the spot but went back 3 months later after we had done some more car shopping and decided on the CR-V touring. So far we’ve had the car for about a month and love it! If you’re thinking about buying a Honda go see Jeff! If you’re thinking of the CR-V go with the touring, you’ll love all the extra features it comes with.
Best Honda dealership ever. Bought an Odyssey there in 2000. After 507000km it was time to go back for a civic(two of the kids have moved on to Uni). Joyce is the friendliest service receptionist I have ever encountered and is the only one I have dealt with since way back when I bought the van.

I got my first new car at Dubois just over a week ago. From beginning to end the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Ian in Financing is the absolute best if you are a first time car buyer. If it can be done, he will make it happen. Johanna was my sales person, she was so fantastic; again I felt no pressure and I got a great deal on my Civic. Dubois Honda is THE 'Anti-Car Dealership Dealership'; it's what you want a dealership to be like and what you want the staff to behave like (human beings), but haven't been able to find. Even the owner Chris is so kind and happy to speak to customers. Save yourself the stress and aggravation of other dealerships; just visit one of the sales staff at Dubois and you'll understand.
