My husband got a car and they claimed to the do the safety? The next day the wheel alignment is off the car shakes going over 90, take it back to Honda they only balance 2/4 wheels and send it back to us saying it’s fixed same problem the next day, took it back 4 times and the 4th time the guy says there’s nothing wrong with it. My husband takes it to his mechanic and he says wheel alignment is off and the axle is messed up

I purchased a 2017 used vehicle through this dealership back in April 2020. At the time of the purchase, there were a couple of things that the salesman (Tony Bellssimo) said. He promised me that once the workers are able to return to work due to Covid19, they will fix the car I purchased through him. I took his word and paid for the vehicle. I called Tony after 2 months and took the vehicle back to Number 7 Honda to get the repair done. Tony is very professional, friendly and helpful. I just picked up my 2020 Civic Sport June 17th. I can tell you the process was smooth. Zack and Sue were tremendous and helpful and honest with everything. Went with a deal that fit my budget. I haven't driven my car much yet, but am very excited to take it on a journey. The staff there overall are friendly and such. No pressure, good communication, and they took me seriously. In other dealerships, I have felt like I've experienced ageism, but in this one I felt at home. I will recommend Zack and this dealership to family and friends looking for a new car. Last time this was done, I noticed the brakes were also tightened after the service was completed and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. This time, I noticed that my brakes were not tightened. When I drive the car now, I have to press my foot down hard in order to fully stop.

In my most recent experience I was very disappointed with Number 7 Honda I feel I was lied to and potentially could have been scammed. My car suggested I needed a brake service so I got a brake service and I was told I needed new rear brake pads and rotors and that it would be around 650$. I have a bit of knowledge when it comes to these sorts of things and I know that is high in price so I told them no thank you.
A week later I took my car to Midas to get the rear brake pads and rotors for an estimate of around 450$ and when they took the tires off they actually suggested that the brakes did NOT need to be done yet, and they physically brought me in the shop and showed me.
Honda dealership I am very disappointed and not happy with at all. I hope as many people as possible read this and also do research before just taking Honda’s word for it.

Amazing experience dealing with Sonu & Aj. Showed me options of the vehicle I was looking for & answered all the questions I had. Always a great experience! My first time here was in 2018 after I bought my first Honda elsewhere. Don helped me out (and was recommended to me by a family friend) and was great! He's since then been promoted (understandably so) but was still there to help me out if any questions. Nino has been helping me ever since and he is also amazing. I booked my first Service online for my Honda Pilot 2019 at 7 Honda and opted for a Shuttle serve while booking the appointment & got a confirmation email. After driving to the Service Center, the front desk informed me that they don't provide Shuttle on Saturdays and denied the shuttle option. It's very disappointing that I wasn't given any alternate options. I drove all the way from Milton and wanted a shuttle to my friends place which is 5 mins away. I purchased my car from 7 Honda and that's the only reason I came to 7 Honda for the service. Very disappointed with the front desk lady's response and behavior. I had no choice but to cancel my appointment due to this behavior from the Service Center staff.
7 Honda General Manager (Dan) called me soon after reading this review and he offered to give a ride after dropping the car for Service. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him in such a short time. This shows that they care about the customer and their concerns. This is an awesome example of leadership and commitment to turn around things.
As a new university graduate, I needed to buy a car that was safe, reliable and affordable. When I asked friends and family for ideas of where to shop around, my father recommended that I specifically go to the Number 7 Honda location because of his smooth past experiences there. He had previously bought a used Civic at the location from Simon Haileyesus, the assistant manager, and also extended the recommendation to a family friend, both of whom got great deals on their cars and have had no problems with the car's upkeep. So I called Simon myself to set up a time to come in to shop around. Not only was he very accommodating around my schedule, but he took the time to explain all of the ins-and-outs of purchasing a car for the first time. This was very important to me because I wanted to understand the process and did not want to feel pressured into making an uninformed decision. Moreover, he was very accessible via phone or email with any questions I had or forms that needed to be forwarded, a problem that I'd been having while trying to shop with other dealerships, Honda or otherwise. When I came to pick up the car, it proved to be very easy as everything was ready on time, and my Honda Civic drives like a dream. I'd 100% recommend coming in to visit Simon if you are thinking of purchasing your first car like me, or even if you are an experienced car shopper like my father. I was looking to replace my vehicle and in the past year had read and seen dozens of reviews about the 2018 Honda Accord. When it came time to purchase, I was directed to see Chuck Via at Number 7 Honda. Well let me say the experience of buying a vehicle at Number 7 has been the best I have been fortunate to have been through. Chuck is extremely friendly and knows how to put his clients at ease. He did not put on the full court press of pressure, and in fact was honest and up front on the trade in as well as the new vehicle that became my purchase. The financial options were discussed where he made the suggestion to lease as an option for me, which came in at a lower rate of interest and more comfortable payments. Purchased a 2012 Civic from number 7 and on delivery I brought in the full amount forgetting that i had left a one thousand dollar deposit. a few days later i called and asked to speak to the manager Chuck Via but he was off so they passed me to the Genaral Manager Nelson Caetano who i reported the error he put me on hold and after a few minutes returned and told me that the overpayment was caught by accounting and that a refund was issued! Yah right that is what all car dealers say the cheque is in the mail !! WELL that evening when i got home my wife told me that a cheque for $1000 was sent be number 7 honda for overpayment! I was florred!
