Our family has been a Volkswagen customer for a long time, and when my father decided to pass me down his old car, we had some issue with the car, & got a bad treatment from the dealer, so we decided to switch to Honda. The sales team was very friendly and professional, and we are pleased with the overall service. We recommend to visit the Honda dealer if you want to buy a car.
I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX at an excellent price with outstanding service by all staff involved, especially the General Manager Mark Triembacher who did most of the leg work. I felt like I was treated with the upmost respect and found him to be very friendly and trustworthy. I moved around a lot in the past and have finally settled back home to stay. I bought 4 cars in my lifetime with unsatisfactory service from the last 3 dealerships. This is my 3rd Honda and plan to purchase my next one here!
We just bought a new car and the staff was pleasant and very upfront. I really liked how they were not pushy like other dealers I have been to in the past. I suggest you guys go see Bob(sales person) as he was really easy to work with.

Loved the purchasing they’ll do everything they can to get you into one of their cars which can be really helpful for students however it can be harmful if you’re not full situated as you can be overwhelmed with the price. Though I truly enjoyed the lack of pushing and pressuring, its by far the best dealership experience however my issue is heavily with the service I had just received.
Got my oil changed at Windsor Honda told it was all good on everything, now I have a service code for tire rotation, engine oil and filter. I had no codes other than to get my oil changed and after the appointment I now have the service codes for 0 and 1
I was searching for a car after I have leased for the last couple of years. I went to other dealerships and they weren’t very helpful nor friendly. I was losing hope and then I ended up going to Windsor Honda. The most amazing experience I had. My husband and I already did our research and we knew what we wanted. The financial advisor Karen was the most helpful and amazing advisor. The whole crew went over and above. The experience itself was amazing. Financing Manager Karen C. was nothing short of a fairy godmother when it came to helping me get my car through financing at a decent rate and ensuring that the car was covered by a 5 year warranty. They handled all the paperwork when it came to registering the vehicle and getting my plates. All I had to do was show up to pick up my car.

Leased a brand new CRV from Windsor Honda just over a couple of years ago now. The vehicle has not had a single issue whatsoever. It is not only fun to drive but gets amazing gas mileage like I’ve never seen. The people at Windsor Honda are very welcoming, pressure free and genuinely very nice! Dealing with the parts department at this dealership is like dealing with the consumption.
There are so many reasons why I would suggest others avoid this location. There are so many better dealerships in USA to get parts from. I've even found it more beneficial to go to Honda in London! They have dealer-specific/made up rules about not giving out part numbers, they never have any parts in stock, their prices are not anything to brag about; there's no reason that I can find to visit this dealership.
Go to USA, get some Chipotle or Pei Wei, find a Honda that usually has parts in stock and fill up with cheap gas on the way home.
Alex MacArthur is the best. The auto service he provided was really fast and amazing. He explained each and everything in detail with no rush. Hope other service providers are also trained like him

Walked in and was greeted by Bob Lawrenson, we sat down and talked about what I need and my max budget.
Very quickly he found what would be suitable for me, after the test drive I wanted it. Bob managed to get me the perfect car for under what I was willing to spend which left room for me to have a Honda Plus Warranty ;)
The next step is where I met Karen, she is delightful! Answered every question I had, and touched base on every single possible thing that needed to be talked about.
Within 2 days I walked out a new car owner 😎

Just purchased my very first Honda, 2019 Accord Touring 2.0. Not only is my new vehicle amazing in every way but my experience at the dealership and my salesperson Jeff Wang was the most pleasant car buying experience in my life! I have always felt like dealerships were doing me a favour but at Windsor Honda they truly made me feel welcome and important! Although I just got my vehicle I can confidently say I would definitely purchase again from Windsor Honda!
Always busy here, every time I come for an oil change it's a 1.5 hour wait. Not always easy to get ahold of someone on the phone. Very nice an spacious waiting room with outlets, makes the wait tolerable.
I have never had such a great experience at any customer service-related business. It really doesn’t get any better than the staff at Windsor Honda. We were politely greeted by Rick G. upon our entrance and right away he proved to be an excellent representative that gave us all the information we needed, without pressuring us in the slightest. Rick made us feel like a part of the Honda family even before buying a car. There was an overwhelming feeling of accommodation and Rick answered every question we had.
We made several visits to Honda (since we were looking at other OEMs in between as well), but we made our way back to Honda because our experience there really stuck out amongst the competitors. The Windsor Honda team was extremely helpful, not only in person, but over phone and email as well. We ended up getting a 2019 Honda Civic and I have to say that my car buying experience was significantly better than the experience we had at other (non Honda) dealerships while we were car shopping.
We also had a wonderful experience with Karen C. (business manager) who was extremely patient with us when deciding on the Honda plus (which we selected). I’ve had a few other car buying experiences in the past, and Karen really made this car buying experience the best I personally experienced. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the moment Rick came out to see us looking at a vehicle till the moment we drove it off the lot he was amazing. He was not pushy at all which made our decision that much easier. He was amazing to deal with along with all his jokes. It’s has been a week since we picked up our 2019 Honda CRV, first of all, great decision. Our salesman Rick was great. He truly defines customer service. He did such a thorough job of going over the features and how to use them with my wife and I. Let’s talk about Meaghan the Business Manager, Meaghan is a GEM!! She did a super job of explaining our options, regarding extended warranty etc., she was thorough when going through all of the paperwork and all of the other fun stuff. Overall, Windsor Honda, 5 stars. Great coffee bar in the showroom!!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Windsor Honda. From the moment I walked into the room, Nancy immediately came over to help us. Nancy gave us sensational service, honest opinions and was extraordinarily patient with us as well. We didn't experience pressure, anxiety or anything of the sort and were given opportunities to go at our own pace. I appreciate the respect with which Nancy treated us and how she took the initiative again and again to go the extra mile. The lady is brilliant and the manager is excellent too.
We were given a wonderful estimate for our trade-in and then some. You feel like the experience went far beyond a transaction with getting a generous evaluation for your vehicle.
I highly recommend that if you go to purchase or lease a car, go to Windsor Honda. They treat you with respect, give you an excellent amount for your trade-in and go the extra mile whenever they can.
After getting the car, the experience did not end there. Nancy continued to take care of us.

Finally a Civic owner! Thanks to the sales person Nancy and the financial manager Karen. As an international student studying in Windsor. I assumed that going to a bigger city to buy a car would get me a better deal. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. I was refused for finance on the spot. They didn’t even want to give it a try because they “know for sure” that I would get rejected. After spending almost a week in Toronto and almost refused by many dealers. I decided to call back Windsor Honda. Not only did Nancy offer me a better price but also promised me they would try their hardest to get me approved. Karen worked her magic and got me approved on the first try. So if you decide to visit Windsor Honda definitely ask for Nancy and Karen. You won’t be disappointed by their service.
As a young car-owner, there are no better reliable, teenager-driving approved, affordable cars than Honda. I bought a used 2007 Civic with 50K km on it back in 2012 and it has been my best purchase to date. They found me an amazing deal and worked within my student budget. My family has always driven Hondas and I stand by them 100%. Their service department always knows exactly what I need to keep my Civic running smoothly and their sales team is competent, friendly, and relatable. I never felt pressured or like they were "up-selling" me like I have experienced in other dealerships. I'll never car shop anywhere else. Windsor Honda is no doubt the most customer-friendly dealership in Windsor!
If you are looking for a great and reliable car that has amazing features and is easy on the eyes, you should definitley consider getting into a Honda. Specifically, considered stopping in at Windsor Honda where the staff are incredibly nice and very informative. They take their time with you, don't make you feel pressured or rushed into purchasing a car, just wanting to give you the best customer service possible with awesome advice. You definitley won't regret stopping in at WIndsor Honda if your in the market for a new car!
I'm pretty amazed at some of the bad reviews here. I've been going to them for 20 years, and haven't had ANY negative experiences with their service department. They've always been great. The only thing I would suggest would be a loaner car available if the repair lasts multiple days - not a deal breaker, though.
I am shopping for a new car as my 9 year old Civic coupe was totaled last week. I was rear-ended on I-75 in Detroit by a mini van whose driver wasn't paying attention (I was at a full stop). It was a very hard hit, which totally smashed in my trunk, and propelled me 20 yards forward into another car, mangling my front bumper, too. I have whiplash, but I walked away from it. Both cars were totaled, (mine mostly body damage;) but the minivan was in much worse shape! Thank you Honda Engineers!!

Bad experience a few months ago. Wanted to purchase a Honda from salesman Glenn. Arrogant and only wanted to sell what he had in stock. Told me what I needed and not what I wanted. Ended up purchasing from another dealer that listened to what I had to say and was not condescending. Could not get out of there fast enough. I suspect all the glowing reviews are by employees.
