I went to see a certified 2016 Honda CR-V yesterday and the Salesmen I was working with was Wesley Karniej.
He's the typical sly dealership salesmen.
- I thought thought the car was a 5 speed automatic but Wesley did not correct me by saying it was a CVT automatic.
- It had a rough idle and was told that that's normal.
- I was never explained the price breakdown of the car. He automatically added the $400 anti theft to the equation and if I did not ask, it would have just slided in
- I asked about why the car ad posted was 70,000km but carfax mentioned it was 95,000km on the odometer. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back the day after. To this day, i did not get a call back and the site is updated.

Excellent customer service was experienced from Mr Abdul Mannaf. I was highly satisfied to see his professionalism and conduct while I planned to but a HONDA CRV 2019. He helped me make a good choice and a good deal. I heard about his early reputation but witness for the first time during this purchase. Moreover the office location was very convenient and good professional staffs all around. I felt a very friendly environment. Good job done and worth to go there.
Roger was professional, genuine, and always looked after our best interest. We visited Toronto Honda looking to buy a used car and he made our experience stress free. He was also patient and was never pushy. We are happy with our Honda CRV purchase. Prices were also competitive. Would recommend!
These guys take the definition of a sleazy car salesmen to a whole new level. Got a car from them and the worst car I've had so car. I've bought winter beaters for 1500 from the junk yard and those guys had better ethics then these con artist.
Test drove the car and told the dealer it was pulling yo the right. They promised to fix it but refused to honor their words after. Kept telling me it's the road pulling the car. I took it to a tire shop to find out the rim was bent.
I was also told car had no accident but turns out the entire right side was in a major collision but these guys bought the car from a junk yard and fixed it without reporting it.
Be careful and stay away from these prof scam artist !!!
I had a great experience with this dealership when purchasing a used Honda Civic. Ben Li was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was fully satisfied with the purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again in the future. I've only had the car for 7 hours so far at the time of writing this, but everything up until now has been great.
Over the past two decades, my mother and I have purchased three cars from Toronto Honda (all Honda Civics) and we've been really happy with all of them. The prices are very competitive and the selection is the best in the city. The sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, and our most recent purchase from Ben Li is no exception. He took the time to inform us of all the variations in pricing and details between the different models of cars and so that in the end we felt we were able to confidently make the best decision. Even though we live in the west end of the city, we always make a point of returning to this dealer for our purchases and we're very happy with the quality of the service we receive every time.
Very easy to talk with the service advisor, he was polite and very helpful. Forgot to bring winter tires he put a note in my file to do the swap without charges next time I'm in the dealership to honour the company I had on me. Excellent customer service.
I recently had a great experience buying a used car here. Roger listened to me carefully, laid out some good options for me, and was never pushy. I felt like I got full transparency about my choices, and a very fair deal in the end. I needed to get the car on the road pretty quickly, and Roger really hustled to get it done for me. Very happy!
Dealt for a used vehicle awhile ago. It took a significant amount of running around to sort the deal out. Pieces missing from the vehicle, paint not fixed, we had to wait around for it to be properly cleaned, the salesman not to be found to finish the deal, the list went on. The people who stepped in were great and tried, but should have been 30 minutes stretched into 5 hours. Overall I won't rush back to this dealership.

He helped me with all of the steps along the way to make sure that I got the best customer service experience. Roger was very informative and genuine; he responded to my concerns as soon as he could, and he was easy to contact.

I’ve been coming here for service as a loyal costumer for years. I went through so many things with the service department. I was waiting for like 3 hours to get my car back after a oil change when I dropped off the car with an appointment. Then a young guy parked my car to the front after the service. I seen as he walked in he turned his head back and looked at my bumper for a couple of seconds. So I walked out to the car and I seen a fresh deep scratch on my bumper. So I went back to my service advisor Brian Kirkpatrick and let him know about the damage. He didn’t want to admit that it just happened now. He tried to push me away with words. After he realized that I won’t swallow this down he took pictures of the damage. He told me that nobody can check the cameras now because It’s Saturday but, he will forward the pictures to Jeremy Miller service manager and they will look at the cameras then they will tell me if they seen anything on the cameras. A week went by and I’ve been calling but I didn’t get a respond about my damage. I went in the next week and I talked to a lady behind the desk and she said that Jeremy is not in so she gonna make a note that I was there and she will make sure that Jeremy will call me with the solution for my damaged bumper. I’ve been trying but they finally left me with a damaged car. This team is the most unprofessional one. I’m absolutely disgusted by this place so I will never come back here again.

I had to service my car while in Toronto and experienced a great customer care attention from Andrea who explained in detail the services, cost and caring. That transparency during the first phone call did convince me to go on site, although further that in distance.
On my arrival, Alex at the technical desk was friendly, listening to all my questions and answered them without escaping. The mechanics did a good job too as the car is flowing nicely, breaks works well too.

My wife and I bought new Honda Odyssey 2019 with the help of Michael Moore from Toronto Honda Office. We had had an eye on the Minivan for some time and it felt great to finally own one. So far, we are exploring and learning about our new toy together with our children.
Kids are super happy and discovering various features of the van. There service is great. If anyone just got a car if not from Toronto Honda still go there for service. All the advisors are beat and they take there work seriously and always make the every customer is dealt properly. When I first went they even gave me a free first car service, but where i got got the car they never gave me even once. Now its been more than 3 years i have been coming here for service. They always give the car back before the promise time. If you have emergency they will try to help you right away. But always try to book appointment before hand so that you can get service faster. They will always beat the price of any service or part from any other authorized Honda dealer. There tires have 1 of the best price in the industry too.

This was my first time buying a car (leasing) and although I was In a rush to get a new one, this dealership was very thorough. The best part was when I picked up my new car, they didn't just give me the keys and say bye (like most dealerships), they spent an hour walking through every feature of the car with me. When something didn't work, they made sure it was fixed. No question was a stupid question. Happy with my 2019 Honda.

I just purchased my first car (through a dealership) from Steven at Toronto Honda. He was very kind and helpful throughout the experience. I had my questions and he answered them fully and to the best of his ability. Once I had committed to the car he had sent me updates via text, like a video of the car being buffed which I found to be very thoughtful. The only negative I have is when I had brought the car home, I had realized that the interior was detailed with tire shine, assuming it was to make it look shinier. Other than that, my experience at Toronto Honda was great!
