After looking at a lot of options and other dealers, I finally went with a 2019 Honda Civic from Parkway. I was initially dealing with someone else but after using unhaggle I spoke with Benjamin Bustillos. Right away he was friendly and responsive.
From going through different options to the back and forth negotiating, it was great dealing with him. If I was buying a new car again, I'd talk to him first.
Recently I purchased my Honda CRV through a wonderful salesperson named Tatiana Radic at Parkway Honda. Tatiana was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and explanatory. My husband and I were so impressed with the service that we have already mentioned her to family members who will be shopping for a vehicle in the near future.

Reading all the online revies decided to go to Parkway Honda to purchase 2016 Honda Civic . Unfortunately the sales guy that we got was new. On the day of appointment he provided information about the model which I find is very informative as this will help you to decided which model suits your need. But things started getting worse at the time of negotiation, the sales guy was obvious trying to make us a fool by making us pay more. My advice read carefully all the numbers they write and double confirm each and everything for what you planned to pay. Make sure you get everything in writing like how the sales guy do to you. At the end we got a good deal. The model was not in stock and the sales guy was ignoring my calls. It was evident that the sales guy was pissed off because that we didnt fall in his trap. Decided to escalate the issue and that's when I happen to talk to Sasha Gaffari. It was great dealing with him. He made sure everything was right and another experienced sales guy was assigned later.
I was looking for a 2016 Honda Accord and was dealing with Kajan a new car sales rep. He was incredibly helpful in setting up a road test and took his time to answer all my questions. He was not aggressive in his sales approach, he listened well to my needs and provided good alternatives. He was very responsive in following up with me via telephone and by email. Unfortunately I did not buy a Honda (bought a different brand), but I would certainly recommend Parkway Honda and Kajan.
It was a nice experience. Mr Obaid sales person was very helpful. He helped me to get a good deal. Manager Mr. David was also very cooperative.

This location was amazing!! I’m only 19 it was my first time buying a car, I was very unsure and indecisive but this location they were very welcoming. Benjamin was the name of the man that was helping Me find my dream car , they worked with in my budget and weren’t pushy!! they listen to my needs and were very informative. I visited this place almost a month ago. They make you feel good. They are incredible. I thought of buying a brand new car as my first car and the new civic touring 2020 lived up to my expectations. Great spot to bring your vehicle in for service. The staff is quite to take requests and they are very accommodating. There is complimentary coffee, wifi, and a lounge area if you are waiting for your vehicle. I typically drop off my car and take their shuttle service back to work. The only downside to this location is all the construction going on in the area as it makes it a little difficult to enter and leave but not the end of the world.

Parkway Honda is definitely the dealership to go to. My parents and I came in to purchase a car and was assisted by Brandon Ku. Overall the experience was great as he was knowledgeable of the models. He was considerate of our use of the car and recommended us with just what we needed. Brandon was able to guide and walk us through the whole buying and trade in process quite smoothly. All in all, Brandon provided A+ service and would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family.

I purchased my Honda Odyssey in early 2018 from a different Honda Dealership. Since it is warranty I wanted to do all my regular service maintenance from a Honda dealership. I tried a couple of different dealerships for regular oil changes but was not satisfied with the experience. I then decided to try out Parkway Honda based on a previous experience I had at Parkway Honda when I used to own a Honda Pilot. I must say that the experience thus far has been great. I have now become a regular customer at Parkway Honda and have not hesitation in recommending Parkway Honda for service. My experience has always been great at Parkway Honda. Keep it up Parkway Honda! Kudos to my Miguel Velandria for the excellent service he provides.
Our experience with at Parkway Honda with Wilson and Yogi was nothing but perfect! Wilson guided us through the whole process of buying our first car in Canada and in 10 days it was all set to be delivered. Yogi is also very knowledgeable and delivered the car perfectly. They are the best!

Subpar Honda service experience.
A simple oil change and rotation can take upwards of 2.5 hours while the customer waits. No apologies or explanation provided for additional 1 hour wait time beyond promised time of 1.5 hours.

I had an exceptional service experience with my service adviser John and the service team at Parkway Honda! After puncturing a tire due to a pothole, I towed my car after hours to Parkway Honda. John and the service team at Parkway had my car into service early the next morning, with the aim of getting my car back on the road ASAP. John was in regular communication with updates on my car, and understood my level of knowledge of my vehicle, only performing the required services. He also got me a great price on a specific set of new tires that I requested, with minimal turnaround time. John and the team at Parkway were able to turn a negative situation (a flat due to a pothole) into a positive one through a great customer service experience. I would highly recommend Parkway Honda for service, and will definitely be returning in the future!
Our experience with Chris Man at Parkway Honda was fantastic! I found him very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. I appreciated that Chris answered all of our questions and guided us through the entire buying process without any pressure. We did end up spending some time waiting for him in between clients to take care of us on a few occasions. Back in August I returned my leased Civic and wanted to get into a 2019 Honda HRV. We dealt with Brandon Ku and he was great. He answered all our questions and made the process very easy for us. When our vehicle wouldn't be ready for another month (due to delivery transport delays), he gave us an option of switching the colour of our car so we can get it earlier. Again, very helpful. He didn't have to do that but he wanted to inform us of every option available. Once we agreed on changing the colour, he gave us updates to make sure we were up to date on the information regarding our new car. We were able to pick up our car a couple weeks early and to our surprise he also threw in all-season mats. The sales person was very rough, I am also in sales so have a good knowledge about salesmanship. He should be polite in his answers, and don't push the customer to take a decision by any means. It's something personal. Altogether it was a tough experience there.
Realized the management be quite willing to listen to customer concerns. I had to undergo some misunderstanding since more than one sales rep / manager was assigned to close the deal of CVR 2019.
Feedback: Please get prepared with correct information before delivering it to the customers. Changing message/information over appointments compromises your professionalism.
Chris Man provided the best customer service experience across all the different dealerships I went to. Chris was attentive, knowledgeable and very reasonable with pricing. Other sales reps are smoke and mirrors with there being a clear line between the buyer and the seller, but Chris made us feel like we were on the same team because he was so upfront and friendly about everything. Highly recommended.
We went there for AC problem last summer. Spent ~$1600 to get a new compressor. With in a month AC stopped working again and had to take to Honda again. they said they fixed it.
After a year AC stopped working again, they suggest to get a new compressor. Their technician said it's 8 years old that's why we are seeing problem. We had to tell them we had already changed it last year at their parkway location only.
There is a good chance they didn't fix it last year and swindled our money or "replaced" with an old compressor and charged for a new one.

The staff (I dealt with Miguel & service Manager Marlon) and promptness of service was excellent! Due to the nature of the service, a loaner vehicle was arranged through Enterprise - check in and drop off were seamless! At drop off, my charges and all the work going to be done were explained in detail with prices, as well as when I picked up the vehicle, my invoice was explained to me in full. No surprises! Car was cleaned as well which was a nice bonus :)

If you plan to buy Honda, Parkway Honda is one of the best Honda dealership in Toronto . Chris Man, the Sales person is extreme professional and customer friendly. On my first visit Chris spent almost 2 hours to explain things and I was totally satisfied although I didn't confirm the deal. Later to two days, I called Chris and took my family to book my CAR with Parkway Honda.
Amazing service with absolutely no pressure and I have to say Wilson was very patient with us and paid attention to our needs. We were super lucky to get someone like Brandon Keen to help us buy our first car. You typically hear such scary dealership experiences. But Brandon was so amazing! He was a thorough professional and never pushed us into any kind of additional sale. We discussed and finalized the price very quickly and it was exactly the number I had in mind.

They only give you low trade in value for your car. Was highly disappointed. When I came over the second time, thought I was being given the amount of the trade in value I was asking for, only to be told the second time around the manager said no. Such a waste of time. Miscommunication !!!
Not sure how to respond to your reply Damion... However there really is nothing to discuss as I went to another dealership that gave me an amazing deal. You guys only offered me $6500 for my car... I got $10,500 plus free winter tires, free steel rims, free install, free trunk cart, and free winter mats. Because they were very professional and no back and forth, he asked me what I wanted and I got everything I wanted within the first asking and no back and forth WITHIN 10 MINUTES....
I eventually bought extended warranty, which I wasn't planning on getting and some extra packages.
The most stress-free and fair experience with the other dealership. You guys really need to take a page out of this dealerships page. Better customer care is definitely needed. Wishing you guys well and making, " every customer encounter" a pleasant experience.
I recently purchased a Pilot Touring 2015 from Parkway Honda. Kajan and Paul Lee were both very helpful and knowledgeable introducing me to all the new features and answering all my questions. I also would like to thank Rowena for all of her help, without her the purchase would not have been possible. She was there to answer all questions I had outside of my initial meeting with the sales person and was very warm and personable. Parkway Honda recently went above and beyond the call for us and our 2006 Honda Civic. We had not been aware of the sun visor problem recall and missed the expiry dates for replacement of said parts. Rowena at Parkway Honda personally listened to us, took down our information and worked to obtain and install the visors free of charge. She handled everything from looking into what could be done to ordering and booking the installation courteously, efficiently, and kept us informed all along the way. This is our second Civic from Parkway Honda, and we would purchase and service another vehicle here, as well as recommend Rowena and the staff of Parkway Honda without hesitation. Finally, we've taken advantage of the shuttle service many times here in the past: the porters are prompt, courteous and a great part of the overall service experience.

They have an excellent sales team, especially Sasha Gaffari who is excellent individual and a dealing with him is always a very pleasant experience. He focuses on your needs, listens very well and eventually helps you find and choose the car that suits you
If you are looking to find the car that meets your needs Parkway Honda sales team is very trustworthy and their cars are very well maintained.
My experience with the servicing team however is not as greatly satisfying. So there's definitely lots of room to improve there.
Their services are a bit overpriced.
The servicing client-facing staff is not really always friendly (I don't if they are overworked, which affects the client's experience).
I also don't have the full trust and comfort to just bring my car and have it serviced without closely checking that no services are being pushed on me without a reasonable need. I'm not confusing extra-care for my car's safety with the issue here.
So when I'm dealing with servicing area, I don't get the same great level of comfort or trust that the sales team provides. To clarify, I don't think the problem is in the servicing staff members as individuals. Rather, it's the way they are managed makes me feel their driving motivation/interest is not always aligned with the client's best interest.
But, overall, I do like Parkway Honda. The servicing experience may not be amazing but it's still OK. I do look forward to see it improve and reach the same great level of excellence the sales team shows.
I got my first car at Parkway Honda in 2013. Though it is a certified used car, it is a wonderful car to take me, my families and friends anywhere any time.
About the sales -- professional attitude and solid knowledge about the products they are selling, and strong consultation ability to communicate with customers to meet their demands.
About the mechanic technicians -- professional work and knowledge about the products, solid skills to maintain the car under a perfect condition with a reasonable charge.
About the customer service -- friendly, and always trying very hard to meet the customers' needs.
