Had an off lease service. Was offered a great deal to keep the car on financing. Too good to decline. So, i accepted it even though initially wanted to get rid of the car. Technical service was also very helpful. Very humane approach. Financial advisor Alena is the best!

I was very impressed with the entire service process. From the booking and follow up confirmation, through to the arrival greeting, checking in and contact though out the day, I felt both mine and my vehicle's needs were in good hands.
Not that anyone looks forward to servicing their vehicle, but I certainly don't feel any concern moving forward with keeping my Honda in tip top condition.

I wasn't sure if I was ready to get a new car yet but Jason S made this experience so pleasant, efficient and exciting!!! I am absolutely ecstatic about my new Honda, she's so pretty :') His explanations were clear and precise and his enthusiasm was unlike any other sales person I've ever met. I think one approach I really valued was his ability to explain the whys behind certain functionalities of my car versus other brands without a bias. He was able to cater to the things I wanted in a car and showed me additional features that would be beneficial.
I am so grateful to Jason and Hannah for getting me going within less than a week, you guys are awesome.

I was recently in the market for a new car and am thrilled I chose to approach Honda Queensway. Right from the get go I could tell all of the people I dealt with were professionals.

My initial contact was with Victor Rodas. He was very organised in making an appointment and he responded to any queries promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and is clearly very passionate about his profession.

I had a second viewing of the vehicle and Alex Ding assisted me on this occasion. He was also very professional and knowledgable, working with me to get to the price I was looking to pay and a vehicle to match that.

Alena made the finance side of things very straightforward and was very clear about what was required of me and how to move matters forward.

Last but not least, Mark Gomez prepared my vehicle for handover and he did an impeccable job of ensuring the car was in pristine condition and ready for me to get on the road.

Truly exceptional customer care from the service department. Today was my first visit and I was feeling very stressed when I arrived. The team here has great people skills and immediately made me feel at ease. They always take care of me, they always do something more. I mean, there for a replacement window, but the alignment gets checked, and they wash the car, no extra charge, just how they do.

One of the doors wasn't sitting flush, because someone slammed the door on a seat belt, and I merely asked about this... it was also fixed, no fuss no muss, try to get *that* at a regular garage.

I was always in the "dealership means paying extra" camp, but really, it's peace of mind, and a million little extras, that they do for you.

I have been a Honda customer for almost 10 years now always trading in for new models and sticking with Honda. Only in the last few years since Honda Queensway has opened have I switched over to them as my primary dealer. Since then I have been in and had plenty of work done.. fixed mirror, replaced battery, the odd services and basic vehicle work done. I am a consistent customer and believe i have given a reasonable amount of business to Honda Queensway. Only recently did I go in for a faulty AC unit replacement in my 3-4 yr old Honda (only 30k on it) to be told Honda would only cover half the cost of repair (the replacement of the condenser but not the compressor). As I always do I intend on trading in my current vehicle and trading up for a higher model and was intending on using Honda Queensway, this experience might change that.. warranty or not, I would expect Honda to acknowledge a compressor should not be giving out after 30k and cover the full cost of the AC repair. I probably won't be returning here for any future body work..

You cant go wrong with ALENA and Veejay.
I am from manitoba and in manitoba insurance is monopoly given by the province. So they dont compromise with the documents. And for some reason as i leased the vehicle Honda Finance also dont wanna give registration permit without insurance. So there was a loop hole. But ALENA worked hard fight with my insurance and convince Honda Finance to give that permission letter. And i got my vehicle.
1st day for the prising i just spend 12 mins in the store. They are fast and very friendly.
Thats how i got my 1st car from ONTARIO in Canada. 😍

Recently, I purchased my first Honda car (White Civic EX) from this dealership and be honest I’m happy with their service. Victor guided me through all purchasing process and provided all the answers regarding my concerns. Once I finally decided to proceed and get a car I contacted Victor directly and asked him for an appointment. Unfortunately, due to full time job my time window was extremely limited and it didn’t match with Victor’s schedule but surprisingly he changed his agenda and was able to meet me at the specific time I requested. I’m glad I met him during my first time visit as the process went very smooth even after the purchase as I received the call from him (Victor) if I’m doing ok and if I am happy with the new car. Overall, I recommend this dealership At Queensway :)

A special shout out to Ilham, our Sales Consultant, who made us feel at ease right from the get-go. It felt like we were talking to our friend about a car that he was recommending rather than a sales consultant. He answered all our questions, gave us as much time as we needed, and let us try out every Odyssey we wanted. The whole team was very exceptional, it really felt that they cared. Everyone was very personable, super friendly, and honest. Fast, efficient, and affordable! I was really worried taking the CRV to the dealer would be expensive. The initial quote was reasonable, and then they came back to say that they fixed the issue without even needing a new part. Expectations were set, then exceeded. Normally we take our Honda pilot to Toronto Honda for servicing. However Toronto Honda is on the opposite side of town. So I decided to try Lakeshore Honda, which is closer to our house. What a mistake. From the beginning, the customer service representative, John, had a very abrupt phone manner. After we dropped off our car for diagnosis, he left me a voicemail message saying that I should call him back. When I called him back at 11:17 AM, he informed me that I needed a new strut but that the part ordering cut off time was 11 AM. In other words, I was 17 minutes late for a deadline that I did not know existed. I mentioned that he failed to apprise me of any such deadline. He was unmoved, and would not make an exception. He said I would have to take the car back and come back the following week to get the strut replaced. I said that I would certainly take my car back but that he would never see me again. He did not seem to care. Why Honda would put a guy like that behind their "customer service" desk is beyond me. I would recommend this place to no one.

I brought in my Element for an oil leak. I thought it was a gasket or seal and would be a costly repair but the mechanic found it was just a cracked oil filter. Only needed a new filter, oil and engine wash at minimal cost. Did not do anything that wasn't requested or necessary. Highly recommend.
