I normally have a great experience here but the last 2 times I’ve taken my Pilot in for an oil change I’ve had a 9:00 am appointment. Both times it has been after 4:00 Pm for pick up. Today they told me they were short a technician which I understand but still an unacceptable time for this service. This will unfortunately be my last time dealing with them.

I was having trouble putting the code into the radio in my '09 Civic. I pulled in to your dealership, unannounced, looking for advice. The gentleman (regrettably, I didn't get his name) from the parts department came to the rescue. Not only was he beyond helpful, he came out to my car, twice, once to get the serial number, then he inputted the code for me. Music again!

We would never deal with these unprofessional people again at Stratford Honda. We bought a used car. The sales representative was nice until he got our money. The car broke down after a week. It was the starter ($700 repair). We called the same sales representative, he hung up on us literally. He was very rude. He was like another person after we had paid and signed. didn't want to recognize this failure of the car. Never ever again with these dealer. Be very careful!
As a first time car buyer I was nervous about venturing to a dealership on my own. From the start I had an extremely positive experience at Stratford Honda.
JR was beyond helpful, applied no pressure and cared most about educating me and helping me get into a car I was comfortable with and loved. From test drive to picking my perfect colour he was extremely knowledgeable and had none of the dreaded “car salesmen” attributes other than being very kind and open. He treated me like family instead of a customer, which was refreshing.

We've been customers at Stratford Honda for over ten years. They have maintained our family's Honda cars (4) for this period of time.
We have been completely satisfied with their service. If anything they lean toward being conservative in their service recommendations, which is a good thing. I prefer that the cars that carry my family be absolutely mechanically safe. The costs for this level of service is competitive, but the work is first rate.
I bought a car from them about eight months ago and was more than satisfied with the sales people, the clarity and completeness of their information, pre-delivery service, and the price.
Personally, I am hard to please, but Stratford Honda has managed to keep me and the family happy for more than a decade.
