Very poor customer sevice. 2018 Honda civic 30k, air conditioner stopped working, left it in to Henley honda, I was told the part could take up to 3 months to come in, staff did not try to find the part in a different location. I was able to get it booked into a different location within a couple of days after calling one other dealership.

One of the tires on my vehicle was missing its value cap so I had temporarily taped it. I didn't even mention this to the dealership during a routine oil change and they replaced it for me at no additional cost. In fact, they didn't even mention the good deed at all. I didn't even realize this until I received a shipment of value caps from Amazon later in the day and went to replace them. While small deeds like this often go unnoticed, I make it a habit to show my appreciation. Thank you!

Just moved to St. Catharines and needed a place to bring my civic in for a recall. Looked this place up and Toms number was on the website to call 24/7. It was a Saturday at 6 and I also needed a code for my radio. I called Tom and he walked me through step by step and made sure I was taken care of. Upper management better be looking after this guy. He helped me out big time I will 100% be bringing my car here because of Tom the sales manager.

Joe scovo did an amazing job as my sales man. Was able to text him with any questions and was not pushy or anything like that. Best car buying experience Iv had. Services is a bit of a nightmare to work with. Brand new car that gets gas in the oil, unlocks by itself in the middle of the night, cracked windshield, if it’s under -5 outside I get no heat through the vents. And they told me that this is a ‘normal characteristic’.

I purchased my Honda CR-V Sport 2020 a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! The experience was incredibly positive - I hadn't been in to Honda for 12 years - it was an old CR-V! Starting from the moment I walked in the doors and on car pickup day! Joe Scavo (Sales Consultant) greeted us and was most welcoming! Joe is professional, friendly and most importantly - transparent! It was a quick initial drop-in and Joe was quite thorough and not pushy at all. A few days later I went for a test drive in the 'best' conditions - okay a smidgen of snow storm - what better way to test the CR-V! Joe was again quite thorough to explain all the features - perfect test drive! Back to Honda to discuss options with Joe (sold!) - I then discussed the financing/warranty options, etc. with Brandon Houtby (Financial Services) who was also incredibly friendly and most helpful - and again without any pressure. Also briefly met Dan Chamberlain (Manager, New Car Sales) - what a great team they all are! I picked up the CR-V a few days later and again Joe was amazing - reviewing the features and such before I left with my new wheels!

Can't recommend Henley Honda enough! What a great experience for someone who resisted getting a new car for so long - truly was the icing on the cake!

Many thanks to the great folks at Henley Honda - I absolutely love my new CR-V! Don't even get me going on the heated steering wheel and seats! ;-)

I visited 4 dealerships before deciding where to buy my first vehicle. From the moment I walked in to Henley Honda I felt welcomed. The staff was kind and made me feel like "family". Erin Sammy was my sales consultant. Erin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took me for a test drive and explained every feature in my Honda Civic. He is 100% genuine and didn't badger me while I was shopping around for a car. He explained the pricing and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with the financing. Sean, in finance, was also great! He was very informative on options with warranty but did not badger with the sales pitch. Henley Honda gives top notch customer service and whether you're buying new or used Henley Honda will not disappoint. Go in and ask for Erin Sammy...he's the real deal and you'll leave happy!

Zero Power

At first Henley Honda is a good experience.. until something goes wrong. I had some issues with my "Honda Certified" car and rather than being honest with me, the service manager gave me the run around and charged me for it. I will not mention her name. They cost me a lot of time and money and only because they did not have an answer and they BS'ed me to collect more money. I was told that my car needed to be reprogrammed because of a blown fuse (not true) along with several other non-truths, both the technician and the service manager lack trained experience and if they don't have an answer they are dishonest and the accountability lies in the machines. I spent 500 bucks and got no answers. They said it was going to cost more (no definitive answer). I said no, I had it towed to a "non Honda Certified" small business (locally) and they fixed it for $90 bucks. I'm very disappointed and will never step foot in that place as long as those two people are working there. The coffee bar, tv's leather couches and smiling people greeters are great until you have a problem. It's too bad two people can destroy a companies integrity by simply not being honest. So much for Honda Certified.

Received a call from Erin two weeks ago informing me of some incentives and an opportunity to upgrade to a brand new 2019 CRV. It is now in my driveway... It was such a stress free experience... made me return for 3 visits after a simple warranty request for a blower motor. it wasn't fixed the first time, I instantly went back in and told them, mechanic sat in my car and told me it was normal. it took me making a meeting with the service manager to make him listen to it for them to be like "oh yeah that's not normal" and eventually got it replaced. also just had an oil change and found out later in the day that they unplugged my dash cam and left it unplugged. found this out after trying to get footage off of it for an almost- accident. great sales department and the service manager is actually really good, but the staff need training.

Everyone was very friendly, I think most everyone in the building took the time to say hello. Brian sold me my car and he made the choice pretty easy. Just got my 2017 Ridgeline this week and I love it! Thanks to Brandon, Joe, Sean , and the girl at the front desk for putting up with me driving by every day and asking if my truck was here yet haha! This summer i needed a new vehicle. Since I am a very indecisive person I looked around at many dealerships. On a recommendation I went and met Dawson at Henley Honda. Upon walking into the dealership we were promptly greeted and asked if we would like anything to drink while we waited a few minutes for him. I just would like to give Henley Honda and all their staff a huge thank you for all you do and for helping me get a car that I can proudly call my own and I'm glad to be driving on the road. Thanks especially to Erin and Sean for all their help in answering all my questions (including my families, particularly my dad and brother) and for meeting all our expectations. I will miss my 2013 Honda Civic Touring which was our first purchase with Henley Honda (a special thanks to Tom for everything you've done), it has served me and my family well and I know that my new 2016 CRV will do just the same, because if the staff at Henley Honda can give you a great deal and take good care of you, the least you can do for them is to ensure that you take good care of the vehicle they gave you.
