The service was good and timely, but my concern was with their safety to customers during this pandemic. I appreciate that there were less chairs in the waiting room, however, it would've been great, like other establishments, if there was a sanitizer dispenser in the room, especially as soon as you walk in. To make matters a bit worse, the ladies' bathroom did not have any paper towel, and also one stall did not have toilet paper, which tends to be the norm there, but during this time, it would've been assuring if these products were provided for and/or replenished upon need.

Outside of that, I'm satisfied with the service that was done on my car!

I would have given these goons negative stars if there was an option. I went there with my cousin to buy a car and we finalized the deal on the same day. Because he does not have a credit yet as he is new to the country and so we were told that it would be hard to get the auto loan approved under his name which we understood. After 3-4 days, they told us that our application had been rejected which we were kind of expecting. My cousin then decided to get the car financed under his brother-in-law’s name who has an excellent credit and has a valid source of income as well that they agreed on. Then out of nowhere, they started whining that it would still not be possible to get the approval and that we would have to arrange a co-signer who should at least be a permanent resident. We submitted the details of the co-signer and then they started demanding unnecessary documents. It went on for a week or so and as frustrated as we were, we had to cancel the car and on top of everything, they never pick up the phone and we had to go all the way from Mississauga to Scarborough 3-4 times just to talk to them which is insane. They never value your time. I have been to numerous other dealerships before and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and the way they treated us says all about their customer service. I would never recommend anyone to visit them.

I had a flat tire and I needed it replaced. They managed to get me an appointment first thing. Alex kept me posted on what was happening during the time that I was there. After we discussed my options, I wanted to replace all 4 tires since they were pretty old. His team did an assessment and said that they could get the tires in later that day but it was up to me. I said I would do it but needed to stay and wait. Alex was able to get the tires on and aligned in good time despite the obstacles. I've always had honesty and great service there which is why it's the only place I will take my car when I need it serviced.

I had the worst experience with the service at Roadsport Honda. Avoid at all cost. I bought a new set of winter tires from Honda and installed it there. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and waited there for 3 hours for them to install winter tires. After I arrived home, I realized they forgot to put my summer tires into my car. Did not apologize for their mistake at all. I wrote a complain to them and the management did nothing about it. Second time i went back was for the FREE oil change program they offer. I drop off my car and was informed to wait for them to call, approximate wait time was one hour. I got the call 4 hours later. Extreme long wait time! This was during covid 19, i notice two of their staff was not wearing a mask when dealing with customer. I understand the need to take it off for a break but please put a mask on when talking to customer. I will not bring my car in again.

I took our Honda civic in to swap out the winter tires. They were able to schedule us in even with our constantly changing schedule. They found a nail in one of our tires and completed the repair. We had a piece of plastic molding that had been knocked off by someone passing our car and they put it back on for no charge. I have always been treated well at Roadsport Honda and today was another example of their excellent service. I appreciated that Alex kept in touch and let me know when I could pick up the car. Thanks to a terrific team working under stressful circumstances.

My lovely red civic was due for its first oil change today. I had driven just over 7,000 km - obviously I don't drive much, as it took a year to get to that. The price of course was great as it only cost me $5.00 for it. I was told with the sale of my car, that all my oil changes would be free for the first year. I did not know that meant that I would only get one free oil change as it took a year to get to the point where I needed an oil change.

The booking lady was very accomodating and informed. The receptionist put you at ease and was extremely polite. Even the shuttle bus driver was very willing to help. The mechanic who did the work on my car, really put my mind at ease and let me know what my next steps would be in the maintenance of my car. Very nice and patient man! This was all before 8:00am in the morning!

I was surprised that I did not get a car wash, as I thought that was part of the deal, but I guess that might be on my next visit when I have to spend hundreds...

1st Time Dealing with Roadsport...

This was my first experience with Roadsport! As an ex-employee of an automotive manufacturer, I spent years helping customers with vehicle and dealership issues; so I tend to have some expectations on what a dealership experience should feel like.

Went into RoadSport on a Monday after a huge snow storm, so they were busy needless to say trying to clean off vehicles and clear the lot. After briefly speaking to a sales rep I decided to come back a bit later in the day as their inventory was being moved around to accommodate the snow plow.

Later that day, was able to test drive two vehicles that I was interested in and was helped through the entire sales process by Harold and the manager Dave.

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR, DISCLOSED & WELL EXPLAINED! Nothing was hidden or misrepresented including some minor damage and repairs done by the previous owner. Small details were not missed, for example keeping the previous owner's information confidential and the paperwork was clear and well explained.

The vehicle was delivered in amazing condition as promised and I was walked through the dealership to meet the service staff that I would potentially be dealing with!

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The oil change plan is NOT WORTH IT.

After a couple days of trying to contact the service manager to follow up on my brother’s case, being told we can only deal with the service manager and then being told he’d call us in a couple hours multiple times, and having him leave for the day, the service manager tells us that he wants us to DELETE OUR GOOGLE REVIEW and email him an APOLOGY for giving him a negative survey before “touching our car again. Absolutely not. Never, ever in our lives have we experienced such horrid customer service. My brother’s car has tire alignment issues either stemming from the single tire that was replaced or the lack of wheel alignment after the tire replacement they did. We have been coming to this dealership for 2 straight years for regular serving, have referred and brought in multiple people to buy cars. This is incomprehensible that we are treated with such disregard. THE WORST car service experience ever, it is not worth the headache. My brother could have been seriously harmed that day on the highway but the level of seriousness this case has been dealt with is appalling. All We wanted was a regular service and it lead to weeks worth of headaches and imbalanced tires on our car. This experience was dreadful.

Context:

Absolutely horrible experience stemming from a regular servicing that is deterring us from ever buying a Honda again. A couple weeks back my brother brought his car in for oil change and tire rotation and when they gave the car back to him to drive, the right passenger door tire was flat, unbeknownst to him. After having his car swerve on the highway he brought it back and showed them the flat tire (free of nails). After some hassles and waiting for the service manger to get back to him they agreed to replace ONE tire. The manager himself agreed that this wasn’t the ideal solution as these tires should have equal tread on each side. My brother sent members of our family on his behalf to go swap the tire and speak to the service manager regarding his concerns of imbalanced tires but he would not come out of his office to formally greet them. They waited hours for the tire to be inspected, only to be told that the tire valve was leaking and that this is the reason the tire was flat. Mind you our car had ZERO problems when I brought it in for servicing. They let my brother leave the dealership with a deflated tire (which CLEARLY would result in damages to the wheel mechanism) and he has the audacity to flip the script and tell me that WE caused the issue. The tire pressure meter always sets off after the servicing here, likely because they deflate/inflate the tire to meet their pressure benchmarks. The egregious mistake here was that they carelessly deflated the tire.

Terrible service experience. All the 5 star on here are PAID via gift cards or other incentives. They tried to do this to me. The service is a rip off! I had my safety done here and the car was a civic with 15,000 km and magically all the brakes needed servicing and was quoted 1200$! I went to another Honda dealer and guess what? No brake issues and didn’t need anything and got the safety no problem. The manager at service did nothing to rectify his. Don’t trust any good reviews AVOID this place!

I was very disappointed to learn when I arrived, even with an appointment, it was going to take 4-5 hours to get a simple oil change done. The reason I book an appointment is to have my car serviced at or around that time. It should also take a reasonable amount of time, and 4-5 hours is not a reasonable amount of time. I would have appreciated being notified before driving 45 mins to his Honda Dealership. I was not able to stay and unfortunately lost time out of my day.

It was a terrible experience. I went for door lock problem. They charged $150 for the inspection and let me go. I had to come back and they replaced the window switch and charged me for that. The problem was not solved. Had to come back two more times and they replaced door lock actuator. They said I'm good to go because I paid for the same problem already. About three month later, they asked me to pay an unpaid invoice for the door lock actuator. I had not even seen the invoice before. They failed the inspection and the first repair. Should I pay for their failure? I explained the whole story and waited their answer. Nobody responded to me, just one month later, someone else asked me to pay the invoice without answering any of my points. Explained again and still waiting. So unprofessional, unorganized, and irresponsible.

The dealership can make some serious improvement in how they handle phone calls when some one calls in. I tried to call in at 0730 AM to get a service appointment and got a recorded message that "not accepting calls at this time" So went to book an online service appointment, at some point after all the details are filled in, it says finished, I saw no schedule for getting an appointment. Called the service phone #0904 AM same response as I got at 0730 AM. So decided to call the main number and got an uninspired operator who said may be the lines are busy. She was so keen to get me off the line saying she is not in service area. I reminded her that my calls are not being answered. I insisted she transfers me to service manager, she did with no enthusiasm or proactiveness. I spoke with Dominic who suggested that I may change the dealership if i am not happy. I paid for the VIP service and same would not be available elsewhere, if I moved out. The only thing that really required is to improve the customer service standards so they can be proactive and have a good understanding of customer needs. I will surely take Dominic's advice that I don't need service at this present time, Once the lease is over, I will definitely consider going elsewhere and never subscribe to the so called fake VIP service and this dealership. Never had a good feeling from day one with this dealership, but you get odd bad ones in life. Selling and excelling in customer service is not hard, its just the skill and attitude that will make the difference.

Note this dealer will take down all the bad reviews, so you only see what they want you to see, If you are looking to work for this company be aware to cover your but all the time. If any employee comes to you with a issue make sure you getting in some sort of writing as they will ask you to push in under the carpet, This has been done with a few staff. If you are a customer note you only see what they want you to see, they have some very good staff but very aware of some management staff in service and higher up. If you have a issue take it to the Ontario board as they can not hid from that.

Bought my brand new 2017 civic here , had lost its AC after first summer. I came in 4 times and they have not done anything. When I came for my first oil change they magically found a problem NOT covered by warranty. The second oil change they did again. This place is wrong and I still have no AC this summer. Not buying a car here again, not recommending it to anyone, not going to come back. Manager of service is horrible. I’m forming a complaint to Honda Canada. This is horrible customer care. Other reviews are correct: this place is about money and screwing people over.

Had to get my brand new (2017) civic safetied to get off lease. I maintained it regularly and have barely 30,000 km. Magically service found lots of issues. I refused the lies and went to another Honda dealership - no issues at all and got safety passed right away. This place should be shut down. 5 stars for the sales department, no stars for the service department. I have been left with the same problem for two years (broken AC) on a 2017 civic. They've only done quick fixes on it which had it working for a couple of weeks, then recently this summer when it's not working again, they tell me it's a common problem for these civics to have the compressor replaced. If they have taken a full measure in looking into my problem, maybe I wouldn't have gone through 2 summers with no AC in my car. Extremely disappointed, I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible service. Every time after the service, there was always something broken. Either Oil leak or tire gas leak. I don’t think this is coincidence. Not sure what they have done to my tire and it was not repairable as it was repaired once before. I didn’t want to go back to this place anymore. department dealership please make sure before you buy any car from them.
I bought a 2017 Honda civic 30k after 2 days making noise from front wheel. When I bring it back used car department says we can't responsible about that. You have to talk with service department. They also make so many mistakes. Before they said link problem. But they changed front brakes Still i have Same issue i didn't fix my car.
Please be careful with this used car department dealership. They talking nicely until they sale the car.

I don't think it is too much to expect some respect for customer's time. It took 3 hours for the oil change. The car was done within 2 hours and brought out and the key was given to the cashier. The service advisor made me wait for another hour just to print the bill and he did it after I reminded him via the cashier. As they bill every minute of their time, I expect some respect for the customer's time as well.

Bought a 3 yr old Lexus RX350 from this dealership last year. Upon test driving the car I noticed that there was a lot of vibrations - sales rep advised it would be corrected upon pickup as well as the wiper blades would be changed as they did not clean the windshield. Sales process went smooth enough - I mean they were glad to see a $35k car off their lot in the dead of winter. Upon pickup while driving home on the highway it started to snow heavily - turned on the wipes and they hadn't been changed. I could see out of my windshield and the situation became very dangerous - luckily I was able to make it home in one piece. The car also still vibrated. Upon inspection the car was deemed to have " flat spots" on the tires - this is due to the car sitting for extended amounts of time during extremely cold temperatures. Honda refused to change the times , despite agreeing to handle the vibrating of the car by the time the car was picked up. It took weeks of phone calls and emails to the owner and general manager - in the end they only discounted the purchase of brand new tires at 50%. While this is discount - I should never have had to pay for new tires on a car I just bought for $35,000. doesn't make sense. They also replaced the wiper blades at no cost - but they had to because it didn't comply with the safety certification they gave the car. My brother was considering this dealership for a used car purchase - I'll have to recommend against that.

My husband bought his first Civic in 2016 at this dealer and had the best buying experience. At that time we worked with Charles who was very thorough, friendly, professional, and gave us a very good price. My brother ended up purchasing the same car from Charles a few months later. We bring the Civic to service at this dealership as well. They have a great waiting area with beverages and clean washrooms. Their service bay is clean and bright, and all the Service staff are very nice. We normally interacted with Edmond/Alex.

We needed to buy a second car this year and we ended up returning to Roadsport and finding Charles to purchase our SUV. Again, the same excellent service. This time around, we were helped by Ashley and Jonathan since Charles was on vacation. We ended up waiting for Charles to return to make our purchase because we are used to the way he explains the calculations, but we were very happy with how we were treated by Ashley and Jonathan when we were getting a quote.

We got to meet Alan Chen as well, as he took us on our test drive. He was knowledgeable and very honest when dealing with our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend anyone to speak to him and Ashley as well if looking for a vehicle.

Finally, Rebecca handled our lease and again, she was knowledgeable and very easy to converse with.

We can't give enough good praise to this dealership and those we have worked with. Definitely visit this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Honda!

I was here last year to purchase several bulbs for my vehicle dashboard and then again a month back to get an emissions test.

This time without an appointment, I drove into the Express Service bay hoping to get a much needed Transmission Fluid change. My vehicle arrival was registered into the service system by Alex along with the requested service. He had informed me there was 1.5 hours wait behind others and that was okay for me; I have time for my coffee and bagel plus write this review. I signed the paperwork to proceed with the estimated cost of $125 plus taxes for the job.

Upon seating in the Customer Lounge, I received a dealer text message on my cell “...this is Alex, your Service Advisor@Roadsport Honda. If you need anything throughout your visit, reply to this text..”.

Now, Roadsport Honda has a Service Shuttle to take customers elsewhere while their vehicle set is being performed but I’m staying here. Pickup is also available by appointment.

The lounge area has clean restrooms, a kids play area, a decades old video game machine, 4 big screens (...one showing vehicle status for each work order), complimentary coffee & tea, newspapers & magazines, and couch seating for 18 people. All the while, easy listening music fills the air to reduce stress; especially for those customers that may be expecting a large repair bill.

I’ve found the service excellent and staff at this dealership professional and very friendly. Today was more of the same. My total bill was $135.38 and I was back on the road 1.5 hours after I dropped in!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my first Honda from Charles. He's a friendly straight shooter with only a little of the typical sales pitch. I didn't feel pressured to add anything to the deal. The price was on-the-road without any surprise charges like some other dealerships.

When it came time to pick up the car, he spent so much of his time walking my wife and I through all the external and internal features of the car. We sat in the car and he had me try everything and explained it. He would tell me how to work the audio features and then ask if I had any questions before moving on to the next item.

It was by far my best car purchase experience and I'm one of those people who dread going to a dealership. They give you lifetime oil change but only if you get your routine maintenance done there. They are honest about the fact that it's to keep their customer coming back. Repairs can be done elsewhere without losing the lifetime oil changes.

I was a long time customer at their local competitor, until recently I had 2 terrible experiences in a row so I decided to give Roadsport Honda a try. Their service department is efficient, competent, and above all HONEST! From the other place I get a check list of things on my car, and I know certain areas of my vehicle needs repairs but they marked the known problem areas with all GREENS, and recommended me to do my brakes every time I bring my car to these guys.

After the visit to Roadsport Honda their service department are honest and upfront about necessary repairs and they offer ACCURATE recommendation (Not just to scam me for money) 2 thumbs up for your professionalism and HONESTY Roadsport Honda, and I would recommend all my friends and family to you guys from now on. For everyone else out there I would strongly recommend to do your research before bring your car into a dealership.

Their Service Department has never disappointed me; Required Repairs are discussed as to why they are necessary ie safety or normal wear, with the approx. cost. There are no major surprises.Over the years I have observed that all customers receive the same detailed attention. Repairs made in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.
