When we arrived at Formula Honda to shop for the 2019 Odyssey , we're are quite surprised with the service. With minutes our salesperson. Mark Lin give us the best price ever. My friend still want to take Mark's quote and try to haggle a better price... But we end up going with Mark.. after wasting hours at another dealership. Mark is very professional and not pushy and our van was delivered on time. I will recommended to all my friends and family to go with Formula Honda and Unhaggle recommended dealership.
From the Unhaggle report we received, it was stated that we had to speak to Phil the manager the directly. So that's what we did. We made an apointment , to see him on the following Saturday. When we arrived the receptionist paged Phil. Phil came out shook our hands and we introduced ourselves as Unhaggle customers and he told us that he will be right back. Another man showed up, didn't have a name tag, didn't introduced himself, and literally looked like he just got out of bed minutes before shaking our hands, dishevelled hair, wrinkled short sleeve t-shirt, untucked. He looked around for a desk to take us to, and finally settled to one desk in the middle of the showroom. We told him we were here to lease a Civic LX and we told hime that we have already done our home work and ready to sign the paper. However, he seemed lost and confused. Came back and told us that he wasn't able to give us the price we ewre looking for and handed us a piece of paper with all the pricing that didn't match what we received from Unhaggle. Then a few days later, another man phoned us, and introduced himself as the Manager of Formula Honda. He apologized that Phil didn't take care of us properly, and he would like us to give Formula Honda another chance. He told us that Phil had given us a USED CAR SALESMAN who wasn't trained to deal with New Car Sales. Not sure what happened he said. Anyway, he told us to email the prices we were quoted or looking for from Unhaggle and promised to get back to us with the best pricing he could. We did just that. We emailed him the price of the LX, SE, and EX and told him we were happy to lease anyone of these whichever is available in the lot ready to be picked up within a couple of days because we are in desperate need of a car. We quoted the prices we were willing to pay, and his response on the email was "What do you want me to do with these prices?" Needless to say, we went back to CASTLE HONDA where we sitll have a lease from 2015 of our Oydyssey.

My sister's TLX needed the breaks replaced and the rotors resurfaced. Zaki from the dealership was quick to get me in touch with Nisan from the servicing department. Both Nisan and Zaki responded promptly and helped make it a very smooth transaction. Thier product knowledge and experience helped both myself and my sister understand what was needed and helped us take care of the issues within a couple days. The car drives like new and the breaks bite hard. I'd go back here any day for servicing, thank you to you both for making the very pleasant experience. I was fortunate enough to meet the guy Zaki. He's the most chill person I have ever dealt with. Friendly, jolly and listens to everyone's concern before providing an answer or a suggestion.
I went in there to buy a second hand car, and he hooked me up with something close to brand new. He personally made sure the car was cleaned inside and out. The financing detail was thoroughly by Sylvia. She was amazing and absolutely clear regarding any and all of my concerns. Both of them never pushed anything on me and were courteous enough to allow me time to think/discuss. Honestly, I had the most amazing time with those two on my case.
Zaki made the night memorable by having a picture with me. Definitely going back to Formula Honda because of them.

John Audain who take care of us is patient, knowledgable and very helpful. He took time to explain things to us considering this is our first car. He even followed up after the purchase about how the car was doing. I highly recommend Formula Honda.

After shopping around for a CR-V, I finally found one at Formula Honda, Markham within my budget. The store reception set up an appt with Ashley McCann who is a knowledgeable car sales consultant. Ashley worked with me until we found a CR-V that met my expectations in a SUV and financial budget. Ashley is friendly and great at customer service and she went over and above to work on to ensure my expectations are met by the shop staff and is a fantastic person herself! I love this dealership! After reading all the horror stories about dealing (heh) with dealerships, I was super wary when everyone here was so friendly and open about stuff. Turns out they're one of few that actually mean it!
The salespeople (Aaron was mine) are friendly, outgoing, and super transparent about everything including pricing etc. I would be wary about buying into some of the pre-purchase "options" for used vehicles especially, as you may find they're a lot cheaper from reputable third party sources. The finance sales pitch for these options uses a few minor scare tactics that might fluster you into a bad buying decision.
THAT SAID, Formula Honda has treated me with the highest respect. They're extremely responsive, have a stellar staff, lots of smiles all around. Everyone from the mechanics to reception are personable, nice people.
The showroom is huge too, with a nice waiting area, free coffee and other beverages, and an efficient set of service personnel. An online appointment booking system would be awesome (it's currently only available to cancel appointments).
I had one issue where the used car I bought had a loose mirror assembly, and they're replacing it for free! I'm very happy with my experience so far, and I'm looking forward to a rewarding relationship going forward!
Had my car serviced today and the whole experience was top notch. Douglas was extremely helpful and professional. Even though rentals were not available on weekends, I was offered free Uber rides to and from my place while the service was performed. The service dept. was very thorough and found several issues which I didn’t know about and were fixed without any hassle. I would highly recommend this location.

Formula Honda is the best Honda Dealership so far I experienced. I have another Honda Dealership right across the street but service and staff at Formula Honda are at different level. I have two Honda vehicles and so far I dealt with Garry (2), Sachin (1) and Kumar (2 & best) times and experience with all of them are phenomenal. They are not only knowledgeable but very courteous and always provide right advise.
I also admire their service desk receptionist and Shuttle Drivers they are awesome too.
I strongly recommend Formula Honda for Servicing, Used and New car, bought new CR-V in May 2019 from here.
The service section is definitely not the good experience of dealing with. Does not matter if you drive in with an appointment or without an appointment, you sit there or drop your vehicle, they will return you car at 4:30pm event for the half hour job. The customer service is not helpful at all and keep on giving some rubbish excuses.
Definitely not coming back to this dealership for my car service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ming is the king at Formula Honda!! Over 20+ years experience. Extremely knowledgeable, exceptional service. Nicky was also very thorough from the moment we step into the dealership. We felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend Nicky and Ming to our friends and families who we wish them to receive remarkable service. The dealership however lack of maintenance. Make a world class vehicle dealership looks like being build in a 3rd world country. Presentation is the key in retail, don’t they know?

While I didn't buy my car here, I had a problem with some oily fluid leaking from my front wheel, soI brought it in to the closest Honda near me. Phenomenal service department, especially Nisan and Paul. I've been to four service departments in the last month and this experience has been the fastest, worry-free, and hassle-free. I'd consider doing my service here in the future. 8)
I would like to rate zero star if applicable. I don't recommend to go to this dealership for any service since all they care is your money, after they got your money, your any request would be null to them. I wanted to trade in my old civic in advance with a new civic at Formula Honda, my sales told me Formula Honda can do the payout for the last term payment for the old contract, unfortunately, he was no longer with Formula Honda after my deal was done. After that anyone I contacted suggested me contact this or that person without doing anything meaningful.My request to refund last term payment was refused because they think the old contract was not terminated even if I signed the new contract with them. Ridiculous!
I have had a horrible experience with Formula Honda. I would advise everyone to stay away, as there is definitely some fraudulent behaviour happening in the service department. I have discovered several discrepancies on my service report, where they have said they have done the work only to determine the work was never completed. I have had to sit for hours and deal with multiple people to get them to fix the problems without so much as a single apology. While sitting in their waiting room, I have met several people who have had the same problem. Save yourself the hassle and buy your vehicle from somewhere else.
My experience was with the repair shop and I dealt with Vince Cesareo.
I had a hit and run on my rear door so my insurance company sent me to Formula Honda to get it fixed. In the end, it had to be replaced. It took some time to get the door ordered and the fix took a week. All that went smoothly. I asked for my door visor to not be installed because I wanted to do it myself. When I finally had the time to do it, I noticed the two pins and clips were missing. It's probably me that lost them - but who knows.
I got in contact with Vince and he spent the next month or two to help me look for the pins and clips. He'd send weekly emails to update me on his findings and finally, he found something that fits.
I'd give Vince a 5 stars for customer service, for communication, for his professionalism, and definitely would recommend sending your car here for repairs. (This is not your routine oil change/check up so I don't have comments on that side of things as I haven't used their service)
From someone forgetting to actually make my appointment, to waiting for over an hour and 15 mins to be picked up (with no apology or reason for being so late), to being told I should be happy they gave me a discount...this visit made me feel like they didn't really appreciate my business... Maybe if I had gone with there almost 700$ in suggested services I would have gotten treated like a valued customer.

It was an amazing experience - I have been having an issue with my car for the past 6 months. I have been to many shops from local shops and also went to 2 other Honda dealerships to resolve my issue - unsuccessful repairs. First visit, dealing with Nisan at Honda :) and Mike the foreman - not only the problem was solved but also they gave me a health report on my car and potential issues coming up. They took their time asking the right questions and gave me a proper explanation on everything. I was prepared to pay the price but surprisingly it was not that bad - I have already paid 3 times the price and problem was not fixed at other shops. plus I have a one year warranty on this repair - can't go wrong. Thank you Nisan and Mike. you won my trust and business.
Try not to go here for service as short cuts will be taken by technicians on the service they provide but still charge you full price because you're an idiot for going there in the first place. Your screws will be lost and skids plates will be tucked away, and thats the Formula Honda way. Below you will find screws missing skid plate was hanging, and bleeder screws unopened. Any questions about where you can get better service feel free to respond. Don't think servicing at the dealership will ever be the same, so disappointed. Waste of time and money.

On June 4 2019 my wife (Amanda) and I decided to go to formula Honda located at 2240 Markham Rd in Scarborough Ontario. There we met Kevin Y. A sales consultant. This was the first time we have ever done anything like this we were new to the work of cars, financing and leasing. Kevin took the time to explain the pros and cons of both leasing and financing a vehicle. He showed us the new models and explained/demonstrated the various features. He even took us for a test drive that was very informative as the new cars have so many new effects. Kevin took the time to educate and inform us in a way that made us feel comfortable like he was a good friend. He never made us feel pressured!!! I know that when the time is right I will definitely be going to Kevin for such an important purchase and I highly recommend Kevin Y.

DO NOT BUY USED FROM Formula! Purchased a new(used) Honda from this dealership to require 3 new all season tires after only 5k of driving! What car requires this many new tires after only 40k??!!! Being pregnant at the time I trusted going to what I thought was a proper dealership I wouldn't be ripped off. Obviously being six months pregnant I was taken advantage of because I didn't get down to check the tires properly. My interior was never cleaned properly upon picking up my vehicle as well. Fast Food service. No customer care! No dealership accountability. Also beware of extended warrenty. I was told I would get roadside assistance. Only to find myself stuck roadside with my baby in the car mid winter and no phone number for my 'roadside' in the glove box? It was required I pay out of pocket and fight to gain money back later on.
I had better customer care with an armpit dealer in the past. What a disappointment!!!

Overall great place, very honest service department, they may make small mistakes but compare to some other Honda dealers at least Formula Honda doesn't just recommend $800 brake jobs EVERY TIME I go in for an oil change. Keep up your honesty Formula Honda.

I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from this dealership in October of 2012 and I cannot say enough positive things about service I received from the WHOLE staff - friendly, kind, courteous, and respectful. When working out my car sale, my Sales Consultant Tony was very good at listening to my needs, including financial constraints, and together we found a solution which put me at ease and allowed me to get a car which I will be happy to drive for years to come. When the time comes to get another car, I WILL be back to Formula Honda to make the purchase. Thanks guys!
