I would not recommend shopping here.
I communicated via text with a sales rep on a Saturday morning about a used car before driving 2 hours to go see it.
Once we arrived he was unable to find the keys.
After about 15 minutes he told us the car was sold the previous day and wasn't labeled as sold by another sales rep.
Mistakes happen.
He was apologetic.
I made an offer on another car.
We went inside after about 15 minutes and I had to ask him for my driver's license since he hadn't returned it.
While in the sales manager's office he never said a word.
No apology for wasting our time.
Never got an answer on our offer before we left.
Complete lack of professionalism.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I dealt with Tyler P. And he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced properly (my breaks needed to be serviced and they wanted to charge me initially but because of my Kms it falls under a specific warranty) he even went back on an issue I had with my last service and got me a refund for a service I was told was a recall but got charged for. I highly recommend if you take your vehicle to Honda you ask specifically for Tyler.
From now on anytime my car has to go to Pembroke Honda I will book with him!
This was the best encounter I have ever had with Pembroke Honda aside from the initial sale with Bill M.

My battery was completely drained while camping in the middle of nowhere and i had no way to get to the closest Honda dealership. While we did have Honda Assist, it didn't provide for transportation to the dealership which was over 100 kms away. Pembroke Honda not only came to pick up the vehicle but also came back the next day to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership. I received a call from the Sales Manager Pat. He called to say my son could get a new car for possibly less than what he's paying now because of 0% on the Civic. My son was extremely excited however decided he would love to have a CRV Sport. We currently live in Kingston but because Zackery is a loyal customer we did the 6 hour return drive to Petawawa Honda. We were treated very well and they even made it so Zackery could take the car home that day. The winter tires were still on his Civic, Zack received a call to bring in the all season. Surprised Zackery said he would make the 6 hour round trip to drop off the all season tires. Before he left he called and asked what time would the winter tires be off the civic and arranged to arrive around the same time they would be ready. When he arrived at Honda after driving 3 hours his tires were not ready and was told he would have to come back. Another 6 hour round trip!? Seriously!? I'm disappointed with Pat and the sales team, we drove to Petawawa because we are loyal but then to be given the run around over tires. Very disappointing. We will not be returning customers. Shame on your sales team Pat.

Bought my 2020 civic with them and we loved dealing with Pembroke Honda. We dealt directly with the manager, Moe, and he was wonderful. Very direct and up front with us and he worked to give us the best price possible and we really felt he did and wasn't just saying it. We also dealt with Leah Driver and she was fantastic as well! Again, very upfront and honest. Our 4 and 5 year old were with us each time as well and they were so good with them too. We didn't feel like they were an inconvenience. They weren't pushy, they allowed us to take our time in our decision process etc. Overall it was a great buying experience and I feel confident in our purchase.

We’re very reasonable people and my wife wanted to buy a vehicle from Pembroke Honda and Moe wouldn’t give us the time on day. We bought and serviced several vehicles at that location, what a joke!!! We bought a vehicle from Kanata Honda instead,, no issues there and the sales team was prompt and had us in another vehicle. Do yourself a favour and stay away, they don’t want your business and will not take care of you. 😕

I felt that a review for this car dealership was necessary so I can inform others to not waste their gas money and time to come to this Pembroke Honda dealership. I want to bring to the attention of their customers and the Honda company of my worst experience at a car dealership. I had to drive 5 hours with my significant other to this dealership to check out this car which I was told prior to the drive by the manager that the car was in perfect condition (no imperfections). I specifically asked the MANAGER this as I did not want to waste my time coming out of the way to see this car I was interested in buying. Once I arrived and got into the car, I noticed this huge patch on the leather car seats which was badly torn and scratched (the leather seats was one of the reasons I specifically wanted this car). This is something that isn’t easily missed and when I confronted the manager about it, he simply said he was not aware of this damage and that he never looked in the interior of the car. I wouldn’t have driven 5 hours away knowing this damage was there and just had to find this out on my own, which is not fair. I’m not sure what kind of salesperson, especially the manager of the dealership wouldn’t check the interior of a sports car when they’re aware a serious buyer is coming a long way to make business... Additionally, when I took this car for a test drive I noticed the hand brake had literal dirt and filth on it, I have never seen anything more disgusting. This dealership did not even try to sanitize or present this car in a professional matter at all when there is an actual global pandemic occurring. This instantly made me not want to buy this car. Furthermore, I was parked in the dealership having a discussion with my significant other while the staff and manager were closing up for the day. They left shortly after, then when I was ready to leave I noticed they did not give me my ownership of my vehicle back when they returned my license prior. So I had to wait another 30 minutes until the manager could come back to give me my ownership. This was the worst experience I have had at a car dealership and want to inform others the way the manager handled this situation, so they don’t get lied to or waste their time.

Danyelle in the service department is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I was in to change my summer tires over, and have recall worked done. When I approached the desk, Danyelle looked at me and said, "What?", in a rude tone. Not a great, welcoming greeting at all. I was taken aback as I was not expecting to be greeting in such a manner. In the future I would consider going else where for my vehicle services. My husband and I purchased our vehicle from this particular Honda dealership and were happy with the sales team, had I known the service department would be this way I would have considered going else where.

Danyelle is always an unpleasant person to deal with, if you have any questions or concerns she gets angry and defensive and lashes out at customers. Its very unprofessional and awkward to be around especially when you just have some questions you would like answered. The mechanics are under trained and can only perform very basic labor. I do not bother bringing any of my Honda's here anymore because I am very uncomfortable dealing with Danyelle at service. I love going to Wrenchers I highly recommend their years of experience.

They will lie to you. My Civic (still under comprehensive warranty) started making some grinding/squealing sounds so I took it in to Pembroke Honda. They claimed the brake pads were metal on metal. I declined to have them replaced (brakes are the easiest thing for shops to scam you on) and checked myself when I got home. Had to take pictures of the almost new pads (pic attached) and send them to the service manager to get them to admit they "miscommunicated" and get the cost of their inspection refunded. Still no diagnosis on the sound. I had another mechanic replace the brake pads to be sure that wasn't the cause (and it wasn't) but now Pembroke Honda is claiming it is the new brake pads that are causing the problem because now they aren't Honda pads - yes, the sound started before the pads were ever changed. Anything to avoid warrantied work (has to come out of the customer's pocket to "pay the technicians for the work that they do" - So said the service manager). Do NOT recommend this shop, or any Honda product, especially warranties.

Got my civic serviced here 3 times in the past 3 years or so for regular oil changes, filter changes and tire rotations. I went to another shop this time around and they said my wheels were seized on. Clearly these guys weren't rotating my tires at all so I won't be coming back here ever again. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my vehicle this past may. There was no transparency on total cost. Their database for the final bill of sale didn't add up correctly. Apparently they had a recent system upgrade that had glitches. There were too many "misunderstandings". I also didn't want the $99 wheel locks on my vehicle but they had them on and still charged me. When I told the finance manager that I didn't want the wheel locks, he said that "the paperwork was already done". They did give me one free oil change but I'm not going to take it. I'm not going back. I'm only giving 1 star because it's required in order for me to post but I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I went to a few different dealerships around Pembroke, looking to purchase my first dealership bought vehicle. I decided to buy a vehicle from Pembroke Honda because all of the staff I dealt with made me feel super comfortable and were very knowledgeable. Malvin cared more about how I felt and actually got to know me vs. caring about just getting a sale and moving on to the next person. He definitely made the decision to buy the HR-V 100% easier and helped it be a smooth process. Both the financial representatives I dealt with were also super friendly and were not pushy about the extras which I appreciated.
