Terrible service. Unable to deliver . Failed to perform a oil change on a scheduled appointment due to overbooking. Servicing had the vehicle all day. I asked if I wasted my time . The team leader said yes nonchalantly. The clerk was on the phone no one acknowledged my arrival. I was standing there for a good 20 mins. With no one even looking at me. Avoid this place!

First they only said that I only need to Replaced My AC compressor and dryer to fix my AC problem. This is the list of events that happened.

I stopped in to get it checked out, as I had a 6 1/2 drive home! I was able to get an emergency appointment. Thank goodness. I had no brake pad left on one side!There is no way I would have made it home safely without their help. They were very professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. I can't say enough about the amazing service I've received so far from Hunt Club Honda, and Mo in service! My Civic has been there twice now, once for regular maintenance and brakes and once for a cosmetic upgrade. Both times I had questions about the process and Mo guided me so I knew exactly what was happening. I originally bought my civic at another dealership but I will gladly drive across Ottawa to bring my car to Hunt Club because I know I will be well taken care of, and so will my car!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to salesman Michael Eng! I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and received exceptional service from him! He really bent over backwards to help me find a car within my budget that suited my needs in a no pressure environment. I’ll be honest, I have not had positive experiences at car dealerships in the past and was hesitant at first when I started car shopping but as soon as I met Mike he really took the time to listen and help however he could with my car shopping experience, making it a total ease. I could tell from the start that he is a very honest person with a lot of integrity and he has truly reinstilled my faith in car salesmen and dealerships! My 2017 Honda Civic had an issue which I reported to Hunt Club Honda. They drew out repairing it for quite a while until the car died on my driveway. They actually said that they wanted to do the winter tire rush before this repair. They told me multiple times that it was covered under warranty. Flat bedded it to the dealership, where they made the repair. Then they left a message saying, it wasn't actually under warranty, after all. Sorry Hunt Club Honda, this sounds like your problem, as I would have just had it repaired at my local mechanic. You can't say something is free, then turn around and charge.

Staff at Hunt Club Honda have always been helpful, courteous and have always went above and beyond --- especially staff in the Auto Service department. I have always had the pleasure to be served by gentleman named, Mohammad Abbas.
Mr. Abbas demonstrated excellent customer service and has always been courteous, honest and helpful enough to keep me up to date during the day on my vehicle repairs and would schedule a pick-up appointment for when the work would be done. Worst customer service ever.
We called on a Thursday because the car battery kept dying. from an electrical issue. They said bring it in and they will look at it on Friday.
Called Monday to see how it was going as we had not heard. they said it did not go in. They kept repeating that we never booked it in so they wont look at it until later in the week. After insisting and calling every day for the rest of the week, they finally fixed the issue.
Then we get there, the car has a big scratch on the bumper. The manager calls me back the next day to say it was our fault the car took so long because we never booked it in the day we brought the car in. they were just doing us a favour to allow us to store the car there while they found time to look at it. They then said it is not their fault that the scratch is there because their technicians told him , they didn't do it. So now we are on the hook for an $800 scratch on the bumper.
They were rude, could not get their stories straight, blamed us for everything they could not do . I will drive across the city to go to a better Honda dealership. Don't waste your time with these people.

I recently had a significant amount of maintenance work done on my 2015 Honda Civic at Hunt Club Honda. I waited for my car since I lived too far away to take advantage of their shuttle service. Still, the waiting room was comfortable, free coffee, magazines and newspapers were available, and free WIFI so that I could work while waiting. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The bill was reviewed with me prior to my leaving. This is the service I expect from Hunt Club.

Came for my regular B maintenance. Cost was about $850, but that was very reasonable, considering that I had been putting off some needed services (now at 135,000 km). Also included a new battery (I did have some concerns about it and whether it would survive this coming Winter!). All was explained, cost included, before doing the work, and I was happy with the front office person and the mechanic. I have had nothing but good service here since we moved to this area two years ago!

Made the appointment and showed up, but then they said that the appraiser was not there so I had to come back. Some time later they contacted me again. I would give them zero if I could, I called the service line in order to get a quote for B service and based on that information I booked the app. After waiting 5 hours for my car they then proceeded to charge me a 100 more after the work is all done. Spoke to manager who was extremely short and blamed the whole thing on a new employee. I will not come back or buy another car from this dealership mind you I had bought multiple cars from them before never again and if any of you know any better should do the same.

After a prolonged absence from Hunt Club Honda service, I came back last year (after years of having service done at Dow Honda's old location and being disappointed with the service received at Dow's new location). The service manager, James Ringwald, has always been responsive to my needs. Steve in Parts is excellent and gets to know his customers well. Tyrone in service can make even unexpected repairs a little less painful to take, just by the way he presents the information! All in all, a great team!

I was unhappy that the shuttle they provide did not go to my area to drop me to work but they provided me a loaner car free of charge. What i love is that when you are not satisfied they will keep trying until you leave the dealership happy. Ive had my car since 2015 and it still works wonders! Thanks for all your hard work!!

I went for B1 service.Before they used to ask me to leave my car and do my car service after 2 hrs on the same day.But this time the guy didn’t even listen to me and asking for an appointment after a week. I went to other location right away and did my car service within an hour and half and got an awesome service. I’m really unhappy with that guy which never happened and experienced before in hunt club Honda.

UPDATE: Increased rating from 2 to 3 stars.
I just had my car repaired here, and dealt with with the service manager who was very friendly. The repair was not as expensive as I had thought it would be, and the car is running smoothly once again. I was greeted upon entry the first time, and the following day when picking up the car, I just had to wait a couple of minutes before being greeted, but did not mind that since the front desk staff were sitting with customers explaining issues.

Overall, I like the service that I received, and would give a better rating and would visit more often if the oil changes were done in less time.

Bought a used car from Hunt Club Honda and in the first month noticed a reoccurring issue with it. I contacted James in the service department and was blown away with the level of service I received even though it was a used vehicle. He was able to take the car in right away and provide me with a loaner. He contacted me personally and was genuinely concerned about the issue and finding a solution.

I've been using Hunt Club Honda Service department for over a year. I've had a few problems in the past (not able to diagnose a problem, having to return several times for the same issue, lost keys...not me, them), as well as poor customer service. The woman with works on the service desk was rude.
This is the review I just posted for DOW HONDA.

I needed new windshield wiper inserts for my Honda Fit. I've always gone to the closest Honda dealership for service on my car (wiper replacement has always been free...you buy the inserts from the parts department and one of the service staff installs them). Unfortunately, Hunt Club Honda refused to preform this service without charging me $25 installation fee. Please note that 2 wiper inserts are less then 20 bucks. I left Hunt Club Honda for the LAST TIME without new wiper blades...they will never get business again. I've had several issues with them in the past, including the service department losing my car keys for 3 days.
DOW HONDA is FRIENDLY, FAST and Efficient...and they don't charge to install wiper blades on your HONDA vehicle.

Bought a used 2013 Honda Odyssey at this location. Jason was friendly, easy-going and reasonable to chat with. He knew a fair amount about the vehicle I was interested in and did his best to accommodate my decision-making process.

He wasn't pushy and he listened to what I had to say about my needs for a "new-to-me" vehicle.

The service crew were great. They installed new brake pads, rotors, and new all-season tires for me. I left the parking lot feeling safe and certain that I wouldn't have any unnecessary major repairs, in those areas, in the near future.

Good work, Hunt Club Honda team! It was a fast turnaround from walking in the door to putting money down, but I'm pleased with the purchase. Would come back!

My husband and I bought a used car at a fair price, 15k and since they said they inspected it and it was coming with a 3 month warranty, we were confident it was in good shape.
We didnt drive much the first month so it was alright, on the second month we had to travel more between Ottawa and Toronto. after 3 trip to Toronto, it started to act weirdly, so we found the car was heavily consuming Oil only at higher speed (highway).
But we were 1k over for the waranty but still within 3 month.
Hunt club Honda refuse to help us even a tiny bit.
Do not trust them on their used car. get the car checked by a third party. They arent reliable and wont help you.

We stopped in as we were looking at getting a new car. We were greeted courteously by Hussein Houmani and spoke with him about our needs in a new car. He was personable, friendly, and professional.

We landed on the 2016 Fit LX being the best match for what we needed. Through the whole process we felt that Hussein was there to keep us informed, we didn't feel pressured, and felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we had. We had a few interactions back and forth and in the end felt that we were given a good deal on the car so we went ahead.

During the signing off process we had lots of questions about the contract and numbers and what it all means. Hussein was patient and friendly the whole time (it couldn't have been easy bahaha ;oP ). He had another member of the team help us with questions he wasn't 100% sure of the answers to, and ultimately it was a positive experience.

When we went out to get the car we had questions about the tinting on the car and were a bit unhappy with the outcome. It was the end of the day and we were asked to reach out to another of their team members to follow up and see what they could do. Busy life kicked in and two days later after not having time to reach out, we had a voicemail left by Hussein following up as he wanted to make sure that everything is ok and that we're happy, and that he's taken steps to put things in place to get the issue corrected asap. We just finalized everything today and are very happy not only with the outcome but how we were treated and handled.

We would recommend Hunt Club Honda and Hussein to anybody looking to get into a Honda! Way to go guys and thank you for your patience and professionalism

I can say without a doubt, that my experience with Hunt Club Honda left me a happy customer.

When I shop for bigger ticket items, it's not a 1 day journey, it's usually several months. Mohamed did a great job keeping me informed of everything that Honda had to offer in a timely manner and gave me the space I needed to figure out what was right for me.

Mohamed addressed my questions whenever I had them, whether it was calling him up during work hours, or sending him emails well after work hours.

There were some issues with an option that I chose to get financed in and also the air conditioning stopped working a couple weeks later. The Sales Team worked diligently through it to correct it to my satisfaction, and HCH's service department Advisor (Frank) handled it all smoothly.

If I were asked if I would buy another car from Hunt Club Honda, the answer would be absolutely.

On a positive note, My Fiance bought a new car and had an entirely different experience than I had. She was very happy w/ her purchase. Hussein was fantastic, informative and very helpful when picking out her new car. I expected the same experience from Huntclub Honda on my visit and did not get it. I recently bought a used car from Hunt Club Honda. My dealer was not as informative and it was apparent I do not know much about cars let alone used cars. I would have hoped for some more insights from the dealer and steer me in the direction of what I needed. I needed a car very quickly and did try to negotiate a better deal. The salesman was not going to budge nor throw in any perks like winter tires. I accepted that my negotiating tactics are not great and bought the car regardless as it was in good shape and the price range I wanted. The day I picked up the vehicle, it was washed on the outside, but the interior was not not clean. I also noticed that the oil was at %70 and the windshield washer fluid was low. Perhaps I am new to buying cars and my expectations are high, but I would have thought the car would have at least had the interiors washed as promised by the salesman and little details like the oil and washer fluid topped up. Its not much to ask if you are forking over 13k on a used car. The places we shop from on a regular basis leave a lasting impression that makes us want to continue doing business w/ them and telling others of the exceptional service. I did not get a friendly vibe when purchasing from Hunt Club Honda and felt a little used after my purchase. I will certainly be shopping at another Honda dealer when it comes time to purchase my next car.

I booked my first oil change at this location, although I purchased my car at Dow Honda. When I called Dow Honda they couldn't even tell me what oil my HONDA took. Hunt Club knew right away so I went there. It was on a particularly cold day and there were a lot of people with dead batteries there. I had been told it would be 30-45 mins initially. When it was an hour later and my car hadn't moved, I asked again about how long and that was when they told me about the rush of people. After another 30 mins of my car not going anywhere I was getting pretty annoyed. I had booked an appointment for a reason. The service guy was amazing though, and without me complaining or anything offered the oil change free of charge. I probably would have gone back anyways, but that sealed it for me. Excellent customer service!
