Was just recently shopping for a new car at Dow Honda. I was dealing with Ben. Ben is very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, respectful and willing to negotiate. A true consummate professional. Also he's not too pushy (when i get squeezed or pushed on hard-sell tactics, I shut down... don't like it... don't know who likes it really). He's the kind of guy I'd have a beer with (and I wouldn't say that about too many sales people). In the end, I bought the car from Ben. The deal was quickly approved by his manager, Tina, who was also very pleasant. Even the Business Manager, Dom, was good guy. An all-around good experience. Bought a used 2015 Honda Civic EX, car drives wonderfully, everything I wanted in a commuter car, and it was cleaned spotless when we picked it up. The sales representative we dealt with, Kevin Graham, was absolutely fantastic. When you first meet him he looks like a textbook stereotype of a car salesman, with the casual suit, gold chain and everything. But that's not how he acted, he was upfront with all of the dealers policies and financing processes/plans, was always friendly, polite and responded almost immediately to all of the follow-up questions we had. I'm the type of guy that doesn't change my hairdresser once I find one I like, and now I won't be changing my car dealer either.
Edit: Thinking about it more, my favorite thing about dealing with Kevin was his patience with us, we were first time car buyers and he took his time explaining everything, answering any questions we had, going to get information for us when it was needed, and overall making it a very comfortable experience.

I was so disappointed the service.I read a lot of great reviews here.

We had an appointment for a test drive.The salesperson was busy to buy his lunch and we waited him over 30 minutes. I thought he was busy with another customer.Even receptionist let us wait and didn't do much.
I think lunch is more important than customers for the salesperson.When he showed up, he didn't even apologize for kept us waiting.

Finally you have someone who returns calls and has a pleasant demeanour over the phone.
In the past I have called and left messages multiple times with no call back. Yesterday I called and left a message and within 20 minutes I had a returned call from Jenna. She was very well spoken and friendly on the phone. When she wasn’t sure of the answer to my questions she connected me with Shawn. I received top notch service today. I came in with my mother in law and when we arrived, the lady at the service desk named Jenna offered to make my mother in law a coffee. She walked us over to the waiting area and made my mother in law her drink.

I just returned from having my Honda Civic serviced at Dow Honda. I have to say that they have markedly improved their service from my last experience at Dow which had not been positive.

I was greatly impressed with the changes put in place by Charles Young, Fixed Operations Manager. First of all he personally dealt with all the concerns and queries I had regarding service to my vehicle and also addressed the difficulties I had had in getting through to service department staff about a week ago.

When I arrived with my car at Dow this morning, Alex Diguer, Service Advisor, came from behind his desk to greet me with a welcoming smile. Certainly from this moment on I saw a huge difference in the approach employees at Dow Honda are taking regarding customer service. Alex told me up front how long my wait was going to be. When the person servicing my car discovered additional repairs that should be done, Alex came over to tell me about them, the cost and what the extended wait time would be. So, another key element that has been vastly improved is communication.

My initial experience a week ago had a lot to be desired, today's experience was a very good one in every way regarding communication and customer service. While I was waiting for my car today, Mr. Young came over and introduced himself, which was a really nice public relations gesture.

One little thing, could you please put chairs in front of the desks where clients pay their invoices, so much more comfortable!

After going to several dealerships and trying out many different vehicles we chose this dealership. Our service from the start was excellent and never felt rushed or pressured into making a choice. Megan was our sales person and she was great and knew a lot about the functionality of the car. Bruce was our finance contact and also was just as amazing. The added bonus with Bruce is that he has a great sense of humour. Then finally we had Tina who was also very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. WORST and FASTEST visit. i came to look at a 2008 accord coupe, they had it on display outside and the sale man says if I'm not looking to buy TODAY he won't give me a test drive cuz its a hassle for him to get the car ( mind you it has 130,000km so obviously i want to inspect it) , little he knew i did come to buy as it had the options i wanted , but due to being unprofessional i left. he even said " well if you aren't buying today why should we look at the car?" and only wanted to talk PRICE of the car before we even LOOKED at the car, probably not seeing enough thus wanted to insure his commission this happened while standing at the reception, he didn't even invite me to his office . Then he started giving asking me math question to show how the milage isn't bad , buddy I work at a bank i don't need your math, VERY RUDE. thank you but i will buying my accord coupe from somewhere else. Prior to buying my new Honda CRV, I tried the new Ford Escape and the Nissan Murano. Huge difference in the level of attention and sales approach between the 3 dealers. David was the lead salesman, but the sales manager Shane was also involved. Both were very friendly, didn't pressure me to buy, but were willing to negotiate. I had done my homework to understand what my trade-in was worth and what kind of discount I could expect.
