Car Servicing

I was treated very poorly by Amanda at the service desk. This was my first time going into this dealership for service, not sure if I will return. Older I am and yes it’s true when you hear people say you are invisible to the younger generation. She refused to answer my questions or admit she didn’t know the answer but she could of offered to get someone to answer it. She repeated the same answer to me over and over like she’s old so she must also be dense. Even with masks on you can tell when someone is kind and happy to help you I could easily tell no smile was ever on her face, nasty girl . Her employer should seek a training course for her to better serve the customers. The only reason I gave half star was that field required input otherwise no star at all would be submitted.

I contacted Orangeville Honda to enquire about a Honda Ridgeline they had in stock. Coming from out of town I wanted more specifics before I made an appointment to view the truck. Through the course of 5 days I enquired extensively about the options, features and financing. The Sales Representative Lora Balakety answered all of my questions promptly and in detail and even sent video links from Honda.ca to explain in greater detail.
Though I did not purchase the vehicle I was impressed with the level of service I received from Lora and would not hesitate to ask for her specifically in the future.

When I walked into the orangeville dealership I felt as if I was at home. I was treated as I was family, not even knowing anyone that works there. Lora introduced herself and let me know that she also drives the car i was looking at purchasing. I definitely reflected my opionion off a lot of the comments Lora said. She was very knowledgable about the vehicles and the features of each model of civic. I have not looked back since purchasing this vehicle, it suited all of my needs. After sitting down at the dealership and knowing what car i wanted, Lora acted fast. The process was very fast no time for waiting for them to find the vehicle I wanted. I absolutely love everything about this car, especially the interior. This car is very reliable and also extremely good on gas. Serviced my 2018 Honda civic at this dealership . Brought it in because I had no air conditioning . Was told off the bat that it might not be covered under warranty since there is a common issue going on with this . Car was in for 45 minutes and they told me it wasn’t covered under warranty and charge me $150 then gave me a quote for 800 to put in a new condenser .i was not told I would be charged to look if it wasn’t under warranty . They said a rock hit it and that’s why doesn’t work. The leak was 2 inches above the so called stone damage with no proof this is the reason why it leaks. Any 2017 Honda will have some sort of damage on the condenser it’s 9 inches off the ground and uncovered . And it’s easy to say it’s road damage . Take a look at yours and see if you don’t see the same thing . I called Honda and they told me it’s up to the dealership and they find it odd that they would charge me and not tell me beforehand .My car was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I brought it in for two different issues so I don’t even troubleshoot it properly. Sent emails and was never replied to from anybody at the dealership.

Bought a 2016 Honda Pilot a few days ago from Marc Smith. Our experience with Marc has been perfect, from the initial inquiry to driving the car home a few days later. He was very accommodating to our nitpicking, and helped us with everything we asked for.

Haley was also a pleasure to work with. She was extremely friendly and was able to help us get a good rate for the financing.

Overall, Orangeville Honda gave us a very welcoming and friendly experience, from the initial email and call from Marc, to walking into the front doors and being greeted by front desk, to everything in general.

We are glad we came here, even though we drove close to an hour from where we lived.

Let me first start by saying I rarely give any establishment a straight 5 out of 5!!! They would definitely have to earn that rating and they most certainly did today!! We were initially greeted by two wonderful ladies running the front of the showroom named Jennifer and Violet. Both were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They made us feel very welcomed. My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle and were assisted by Chris Nievis who is extremely knowledgeable, polite and thorough. He made the process of selecting the best vehicle for us a very pleasant one. He was not pushy, did not rush us through and took his time making sure that we understood all of our options. During our visit, it turned out that the owner, James Cook had put on a big Thanksgiving spread for his staff. We were invited to participate and it was wonderful. I then spent time speaking with him about his dealership and was extremely impressed with his methodology and commitment to the customer even after service. I can understand why people leave their cities to go to Orangeville Honda and deal with the folks there! I'd like to thank the staff at Orangeville Honda, especially Chris Nievas the pre-owned manager. I drove quite the ride to go and check out their 2017 HONDA CIVIC TYPE R! I was very suprised the vehicle was out and ready to be test driven, Chris took care of me right from the start and I could not be happier. Told him what I wanted, took care of it and got it all sorted out for me. Picked up the vehicle today, saying goodbye to my beloved 2014 FR-S, but I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle, thanks Chris so much for all your help, if anybody needs a vehicle, please go and SEE CHRIS NIEVAS!!!

Side note; this isn't on Chris, maybe the detailing staff at Orangeville Honda (reason for a 4 star), the vehicle was quite dusty when I arrived, there was mud around the vehicle ( at the back and on the side skirts ), when I got home and opened all the doors, majority of the door jams were filthy and the vents were dirty as well. This isnt anything on Chris, he did an amazing job, but just a little annoyance from a customer who spent quite a bit of money.

The service we have recieved at this location was horific. We called Friday evening regarding a vehicle we wanted to see we were told the sales manager would see us and let us see the Ridgeline. When we drove over an hour and left work early we are told the sale manager took the truck home for lunch. When they texted him that we were there he said he would not come back for us to see the truck. This was our third attempt with this dealership to get information about the truck. I would recommend going to any other Honda dealership but Orangeville Honda!!!
