This place was established in 1951, one owner. I can see why they has gone this far by dealing with them. Our salesman Jack is so friendly, patient and professional. Thanks to Jack for his kindness and enormous knowledge on cars, not only Honda, but also many other brands. I have been researching on Sienna, Quest, Pacifica for a long time. Jack proved and persuaded me that the Honda Odyssey touring is the best mini van for my family.

So where to start...Shawn Sheikh...truly an honest person, which let's be honest in the cars sales business hard to come by! We met Shawn when purchasing our first vehicle 10 years ago, since then we really had no contact with him. Fast forward to current date, needing a new vehicle quickly, searched everywhere and later thought, why are we wasting our time? We should just go back to Ready Honda. We truly had no idea he still worked there and when we were told he's still around my husband and I were thrilled.

Wow - best service I have had at an Honda dealer. Quick oil change. Wondered around the dealership and met a super knowledgeable salesperson with a genuine curiosity about cars and their role in society.
And - an accessible entrance but no apparent accessible washrooms. At least they did not paste the wheelchair symbol on a non-accessible washroom as has occurred at other Honda dealers.

It is not often that I am so impressed with a person’s service that I will take the time to write a note of appreciation. However, in the case of Ed Upenieks , It is more than well deserved!
I have owned several Honda’s and have always come to Ready Honda for service. I have been dealing with Ed in the service department for many of those years. Although I know I will receive great service at Ready no matter who I deal with, I always ask for Ed . I do this for many reasons. He is always friendly, informative, helpful and reliable, but beyond that, he always does that “little bit more”. He arranges loaners when need be, works around my schedule for when I bring my Element in or pick it up. When he calls me about the work that is required, he explains it clearly, let’s me know what is more necessary and what can wait a little while. I never feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
Last week I locked the keys in the loaner he provided. I called Ed to explain the situation. I’m sure he could sense that I was frustrated about my mistake and the time it would take to get to Ready Honda to pick up a spare key. When I ask him to set aside the key for me, he asked me to give him a few minutes, and said that he would call me back. Less than 5 minutes later Ed called back and said, “relax, stay in your office, I will arrange to have a spare brought to you shortly”. Now that is great service!!!!
