Brand new car with tints come to pick up not with tints wonderful.come back another scheduled day got tints notice there is scratch on window go back another day tint guy says it's not him it's a rock from inside my door window which caused the scratch. Metal Blade left in my passenger seat find that hard to believe. Try to complain to anyone owner or service manager nobody returns calls or emails.need I say more.

This is my first car purchase through Unhaggle, delivery from Meadowvale Honda. I did not give 5 star due to the Meadowvale facility under renovation. I would give 5 star to Mr Jagdeep Sidhu of Unhaggle. He was very efficient and served me well. We are a loyal customers of Honda vehicles. Over the years, we have purchased 3 other vehicles at Ideal Honda location and I was very disappointed with their attitude this time. We went to Meadowvale 3 times for the purchase of this new vehicle. Each time we were greeted by the Manager, Mr Zilfi Hussein personally. He was courteous and warm, giving us his full attention in spite of his busyness. The car was delivered on the week it was promised. Mr Yousaf Jamshed (Sales) was very organised and thorough in the delivery process and took time to show us the details of the car in-spite of the very cold winter evening. I would definitely recommend Jousaf. On the whole, we were very pleased with Meadowvale Honda sales.

Sloppy!!! I don't know how else I can describe that place especially the sales person that we had to deal with. First of all, we bought a car before weekend. We would 100$ gas card as a part of the deal. It was nice. We were told that car might be ready to picked up by Tuesday. We were not in rush at all. Then pick up date was changed to Thursday evening which was fine. We went to pick up Thursday evening. Car was not ready. Cleaning and safety inspection were done but license plate was not ready. someone from dealer went to ministry and we had to wait for about 2 hours. After the heated argument manager offered us 150$ gas cards. But there was 50$ charge to fill up the gas. My car was small car. Full tank of gas probably cost 35$..40$ max. Then they tried to charge 45$ for license plate vehicle permit which is actually only 32$.
After all these problems.. a few days later we realized that we did not get vehicle ownership paper. How sloppy !. We could have got a ticket if we were stopped by police..
Will never go back there again.

I had a bad experience with this dealerships .Both the sales person and the manager are unprofessional and inhuman.They completely ignore you after you sign the paperwork especially when you have some issues. I purchased a car a month ago. I have been dealing with them to help me out and get the car fixed over a month.while I take the car for the test there isn’t anything on the car. I trust them and sign the paperwork and then they gave me the key.the car had scratches on both windows.God knows after what they did.The driver seat is worn out and tears and the car seat (from back and front still has black glue thing)and it has also strange sounds too.I asked them to get fixed by changing the seat and at least clean the car .by the way the sales person told me that they gonna cleaning up the car before they deliver the car.they said because I bought a used car , I am shamed of this dealership. I spend more than 17 thousand dollars.it is nothing for them.the salesperson told me that he doesn’t care the car that is already sold out and he doesn’t want to spend money on it.he told money word by word guy’s. I asked them to speak the used car manager and after some conversation he agreed to get it done. I dropped the car in the morning 8am and I picked the car up at 8.45 pm.They just sewed the car seat and make it worse.They didn’t even cleaned the car and I showed him that it’s not cleaned and fixed the car.He said,they fixed by sewed the car seat not changing the car seat and then he walked away from me at the parking lot ,he didn’t even say sorry.They didn’t even know the word sorry at all as customer service.He repeated the word again.he doesn’t want to spend money on the car that’s already sold out.The used car manager told me that they sewed the car seat because I went there through by referral,otherwise I don’t have any value by myself.How rude is that.he broke his word and my heart.they burned my stomach.They took my peace of mind my money and waste my time.They all think trusting them is my fault.it ended up at this situation. Overall they took adavantage of me because I am new to the car market.They didn’t even feel bad about it. I am sorry about them. May God bless you and open up your eyes rather than money!!!it is not good taking money from customers and make them feel bad about it.imagine They decided to me to pay for them for the car for 6 years.How fair it’s?

Please be careful and check the car situation before you sign the paper work and the car is as your expectations.

After coming in 5 seperate times with no luck to simply have my windshield washer sprayer nozzle fixed, I was prepared to give a 1 star review. Each time I had been in either they didn't have the part or claimed it would take 4 hours to replace 1 nozzle, there was no attempt to try and rectify this situation from there end. I decided to give them one more chance to make it up to me after I voiced my complaints. Michelle was very courteous when hearing my complaints. I visited Meadowvale Honda for the first time to get my car serviced. I was extremely pleased with the friendly, honest communication from all employees. The service manager, Kyle, even came to greet me and to answer any questions I had. Best yet, they offered a 'concierge service' where they delivered my car to my work. The service was complete by the end of my work day and my car was brought right to me! You can't beat the convenience! I was excited to hear about all the new changes that they are making to help busy customers. I'll definitely be back!

Meadowvale Honda Service : I recently got a 2016 Honda CRV from another dealer. I had to visit the nearby Honda service which is the Meadowvale Honda to replace a valve and another time I dropped in to check my tires. They did a plug in service to the tires by removing the nail. Both the times they offered a very good service and hospitality. Both the times the service was given as a complimentary and they wished me to enjoy the driving being a new owner of the vehicle. They also gave me car wash coupons after the service. They also have a courtesy shuttle service to benefit the customers and they have complimentary pastries available during the service wait time. I didn't have any issues in their service. Reasonable wait time. Friendly staffs. I would like to continue to service my vehicle with them and recommend to others as well.

The service at this dealership is extremely slow. I dropped my car (2017 Accord) over 3 hours ago for a simple oil change and am still waiting for their shuttle driver to pick me up from home (Not to mention the very slow shuttle drop off at home) The person on the phone (Who I won't name because he seems like a nice guy) said they have over 80 service appointments. I'm wondering why they are taking so many appointments if they can't finish the work on time? Also, their dealership has been under constuction for over a year, so be very careful driving around the lot as the parking is a circus and anyone can hit your car. They are very tightly parked all over the gravel.

#HighlyUnprofessional- Wanted to purchase a Honda CRV, the salesman I don't want to name was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life. He couldn't even go to his manager once with the negotiation I wanted to do with price. He asked me to make a formal offer before he go to his manager. I was doing all calculations on my mobile, he couldn't use his system, was himself confused with what the price, discount, interest rate etc is. I could never imagine a salesperson with such traits.

When I arrived, I went to reception and an employee asked who I was here to see, I let him know and he asked me and my husband to have a seat in the waiting area, which we did, after 40 minutes went by we noticed other people who came in after us going to see cars etc. So I went back to reception and spoke with the female receptionist and asked her when I would be seen she asked me name and apologized (she was very kind and helpful) A few minutes later we met with A representative he also apologized and said no one body told him we were here.

After sitting down with him he told us the car has already been sold but there were others, however the price was more, nobody even called nor emailed me to let me know that car was sold and I drove all the way there from Toronto!

Lastly I did test drive the car but the customer service is very pushy and also for them forgetting about us and lastly the car being sold I did not feel comfortable buying anything at that location.

Luckily i just bought a Honda in cash at the Honda dealership in downtown Toronto, where there customer service skills are wonderful and they are very helpful and professional and we got everything we wanted.

Sharing my recent experience with Meadowvale Honda, I recently took my 2018 Honda Odyssey in for service to Meadowvale Honda to address a recall on the sliding doors. Prior to this my car was an immaculate shape and was recently detailed. Upon picking up my car, I was shocked to see how poorly my car was treated, Honda service dept. did a horrible job on putting everything back, interior pieces where not put back in the correct way, interior scratches all over and grime / grease was seen on my floor mats.

They failed to respond back to my inquires and to me it felt they wanted nothing to do with my car. I contacted Honda Canada who was not much of help as they can't influence the service being provided due to the dealership being privately owned.

My advise to anyone looking to service their car at Meadowvale Honda, STAY AWAY and avoid at all costs. This has been a stressful experience.

I experienced AMAZING customer service here. I went in because my AC stopped working. My customer service representative made my servicing so easy for me. Although the dealership is so busy all the time, my point of contact, Dawn really took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car, what is going to happen next, and the timeline for when the part will come in.

She followed up with the part in 2 days and Honda provided me with a rental. The entire experience was so positive and smooth. No one likes to go in for servicing, but when it is made so easy it doesn't seem like such a pain.

We always go to this branch for repair or maintenance because their service is fast plus we bought our car here.

After a vehicular accident over a month ago, we tried calling another Honda branch for a repair schedule due to proximity. We were given mid April date as they said they were loaded and busy. We took that appointment, but my mind is saying go to your usual branch and try.

I called and was told to connect with Kenny. Knowing how busy Battleford branch is, I expected that they will get back to my query within a week. Kenny, the manager for Service, called me after two days saying they have a spot for me right that day. We went there, hand in our keys after we told him what happened and went out with our rental car less than 30 minutes.

Giving this branch 5 star for great customer service and quick action. Appreciate the time and effort Kenny have given us.

Was at the dealership today to negotiate a deal to lease a brand new Honda Civic during their sales event. Advised the salesgirl right at the start this would be our third Honda Civic in three years (Financed the other two at Mississauga Honda). I wanted her to know we were serious customers.

We negotiated a reasonable deal on paper including winter tires, rims, decent monthly payments, mileage, etc. At the end, as per usual in these deals the manager came out, but what was not usual was that he started to claw back the entire deal and raise the monthly payments. When I called him out on the fact he removed parts of the offer he denied it was on the table to begin with. I then showed him the papers where the girl wrote down everything and he said "Oh that's not a deal we were just working out a deal". We sent the girl to the manager at least five times and he approved everything; the winter tires, mileage, etc. But to turn around, take it away and to try to bundle it in a raised rate through Tom Foolery is ridiculous. I work with numbers for a living so don't try to trick me with your games.

We got up to leave, and when we were at the door they called us back to the desk and a different manager came out and proceeded to give us a spiel about how their rates can't be beat. We ended up leaving the dealership after having wasted three hours. We did end up buying a Honda vehicle today, but for a MUCH better rate....at Mississauga Honda.

As for you Meadowvale Honda, don't bother leaving a canned response to this review asking me to email you, the other potential customers reading this review have all the info they need... Don't blame the salesgirl either, she was great, your incompetent manager blew the sale.

I've been to Meadowvale Honda for service several times and was quite impressed with their knowledge and attentiveness, so I decided to give the sales department a try since I was looking for the new Honda Accord Sport. I'm glad that did because the sales reps were amazing in this dealer, definitely miles above the other dealers I've been to. Thanks to Daniel who hooked me up with a test drive even though it was a busy Saturday, and a prompt follow-up with me after and accommodated all my requirements, thumbs up for you Daniel. And then there was Vijay, my sales rep whom was extremely nice and attentive, he was never pushy and listened very well to my comments, at the end he gave me an excellent deal and went above and beyond on all my questions and needs.
