I recently bought my first car here. Rob and Chris were absolutely fantastic. They are great at what they do and make you feel very comfortable. They were so patient and ready to answer any questions I had (alot of them!) and explained everything in great detail and easy to understand as a first time buyer.

All of the staff had smiles on their faces and the atmosphere was all around very welcoming. You can tell they enjoy what they do and that they truly care for their customers.

Be weary of getting service done here.
I own a 2015 Honda Civic that I purchased used 6 months ago, it needed a routine oil change so I made an appointment online to get it done, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and a few hours later I got a call saying that my vehicle needed a bunch of repairs on the brakes, a $67 oil changed was being quickly changed into a $1300 service, my brakes had been feeling fine to me so I was really questioning why it needed to be done, when I asked if there was any way I could do half today and half at a later date due to my financial situation I was told no that it all needed to be done and that my vehicle was not in a very safe condition to be driving.. I told them to just do the oil change and I picked up my car later that afternoon.

I then took my car to another garage for a brake inspection and was told that nothing was wrong with my brakes and that they are still in perfectly safe working condition and that the work should be done in the next 6 months to a year and that I could spread it out over multiple appointments as to not break the bank, this was quite a relief.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at London Honda and will not be returning to have service done here. Unfortunately I feel like because I am a young woman I was taken advantage of to try and get more money out of me.

My wife and I were interested in the option of buying a good used Honda CR-V, and Chris Lemon-Sarris was the Product Advisor who assisted us at London Honda. We found Chris to be professional in his service as well as knowledgeable of the Honda CR-V and its options.

His contact with us was both courteous and friendly. Chris was both helpful and patient in responding to our many queries.

After checking out the car, giving it our “okay” and purchasing it, we discovered an inner door panel that was cracked in two places, and Chris even helped us resolve that issue. We really appreciated that extra effort on his behalf.

Chris even suggested we could call him if we wanted any help in setting up service appointments for our CR-V.

This was our first auto purchase from a dealership in years – we’ve bought cars from private owners in the past – and our contact with Chris gave us confidence with respect to dealing with London Honda in the future, both in terms of servicing the CR-V we purchased now, as well as considering purchasing from London Honda in the future.

I recently had an issue with this dealership regarding my winter tire package installation. I reached out to them, and in the end, they did correct the situation. They did ask that after our interaction, if I could leave them an honest review, so here it is:

No, I don’t think London Honda, or anyone, deserves an award for correcting poor practices only when called out on them. In the end, they’ve only done what they should have done in the first place -without all of the fuss.

That said, many businesses won’t hear you out, won’t address your complaints, and won’t own, or correct a mistake. London Honda did. I certainly don’t want to discourage that kind of behavior. I think it’s a big step in the right direction.

In July I purchased a vehicle from London Honda, and as their summer winter-tire sale was underway at the time, I purchased a winter tire package that London Honda would store until fall. I paid for what I was told was a high-end winter tire package, that was a great match for my car, and was at a really great price.

When I finally got to see my new winter tires (after my car came out of the tire swap service in the fall) I was surprised to find they were of low quality, in rough shape, and not the recommended fit for my vehicle. The price of this set was substantially less than what I had paid for.

When I brought this to London Honda’s attention, I was given excuses that honestly made no practical sense. Regardless, they did acknowledge the discrepancy between the price I paid, and the package I received.

They were able to remove that set, and replace them with an appropriate set in short order. They also acknowledged that I had a less than ideal sales and service experience with them so far, and gave me a vow to do better in the future.

Though I do wish my experience with them had started a little more positively, I’m happy with this turn-around, and it has gone a long way to restoring my confidence in them.

Just picked up the used Pilot we bought. Billy Young was our advisor/salesperson. I’ve bought a number of vehicles and this was a seamless experience. Great vehicle. Billy was very knowledgeable and just gave us the info we needed to feel confident in our choice but we never felt the pressure to buy. My husband and I visited London Honda yesterday just to look at a couple cars and get an idea of what was available. He made an appointment and we meet with Chris Lemon Sarris. He had many great options prepared for us to see. He then told us of a vehicle that just came in that we might be interested in. I was and we took it for a test drive. Chris was great explaining the vehicles history and we spoke of our budget. He worked with us to get the car we wanted within our budget and even managed to get us some extras which was a bonus!
I would recommend going to see Chris and the staff at London Honda if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, it's well worth the trip.

After 2 visits we agreed on the price but when it comes to complete the deal everything changes, and "NO" sorry Sir we made a mistake. Price X is not possible and you have to pay X+Y to get the car. You know what, forget about it.

About 6 years ago I was purposely cheated by the service manager at London Honda.
My 2015 CRV was towed in with a failed starter. I was charged the 3 hour rate, which is for changing the starter on the 2006 model, a completely different vehicle. The starter on the 2005 is much more easily accessible and takes more like an hour to change. At one point, he told me that it wouldn't be too much longer. I could see my car parked outside! I've regretted many times not laying a fire under that man with Honda Canada. I will never be back to that dealership.

The staff are very helpful and they understand you and the service required. Their services are very competitively priced, and the work they do is very well done. It's a busy shop so it can take a couple weeks to get an appointment. Also, if you're concerned about the time it takes to work on your vehicle, ask them when booking your appointment. I had a previous situation where it took a lot longer than I thought it would and was only told when dropped off my car.

When I first arrived at London Honda they sales team were eager for my business, they were kind and helpful.. until I purchased my vehicle. The service I’ve received since then has been extremely poor. The first issue came on the day I arranged to pick up my Honda. When I made note of damage to my rims. I was assured that the damage was covered in the protection package I had purchased. A few days later when I tried to make contact to have it repaired I was greeted with an email stating that the sales rep that had helped me was no longer with the dealership. The person I was forwarded to made little effort to resolve the issue. I was pretty much left high and dry.
The second issue that came was the fact that I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. Not only did I wait 3.5 hours for a simple oil change, they used a regular oil. (instead of the synthetic oil my vehicle requires)
My vehicle comes with nitrogen inside the tires in which they instead filled my tires with air.
during the check in for the appointment I made note of my protection package, provided a copy of the product protection and was told again they can’t fix it.
The most recent issue came when I contacted the Manager that had sold me the package via email and didn’t receive a reply. I’ve since sent 3 emails since October 2018 and have never heard back from anyone.
Whenever I’ve been asked about my Honda, I reply with how much I enjoy my Honda, but the dissatisfaction of the dealership I went to.

Quite simply a terrific experience. I have just picked up our third vehicle from London Honda in the past few years and have had nothing but great experiences with all the people and steps through the process.

My wife and I both dealt with Peter Park and found him to be friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. It seemed that every question we posed (technical/specs, model info, financial, etc), he handled completely and without hesitation.

Previously, I was fiercely loyal to a different auto manufacturer however in recent years, mostly based on Honda's quality and the professionalism of London Honda, I cannot see myself purchasing any other type of vehicle.

In our repeat transactions with London Honda, I cannot understand how any reasonable person would have any problems. Perhaps people writing negative reviews do not have experience with other, less skilled, dealerships or they do not have perspective over the fact that this is a business and cannot look beyond their unrealistic view of their situation.

In any case, a few years from now I will be happily contacting London Honda again.

I have been to London Honda twice now for car repairs of my Honda Accord. Both times I have had a great experience.d

First of all - their price estimate is accurate, and when I talk to my father who has a mechanical engineering degree as well as a mechanic license, he confirms their prices and quoted labour times are accurate standards. Reliable quotes, fair prices, and proper work is what people look for, and this place offers that.
Second of all, their customer service is very good, they are friendly, and the waiting area is nice.
The other great thing about this place is that they wash your car. They did that both times that I went and it was a nice bonus/surprise to see my repaired car nice and shiny.

I trust this dealership enough that although I don't live in London any more, when I visited London last weekend, I opted to leave my car here for the week to have some repairs done instead of finding a new dealership and took the VIA train back. When I picked up my car this weekend, the service and repair job was phenomenal yet again.

Please go to this Honda dealer. I had a bad experience with the Westgate honda dealership on oxford - they will over charge you in labour, parts, and of course do not do the free car wash.
