I bought a car during the Covid 19 pandemic! It was a used 2017 Honda Civic from this dealership that was listed on Autotrader.ca and I am quite happy with the results! I called and scheduled an appointment and came in to ask and test drive the car! Both Rafael and Errol made the experience very easy and pleasant! They answered all my questions and satisfied my needs! I hope to do more businesses with them in the future! I highly recommend them for your next car!
Changing the winter tires, I found the dummy that cleaned the brakes at this dealership few months ago thought it was a good idea to spray copper grease on the wheel hub and bolts. I'm shocked: this is a Honda dealership not a 16 yo doing it first time in his garage. Maybe next time I'll pay the 16 yo to do it instead.
I brought the vehicle to the Kitchener Honda location and their service department was fantastic with me from the minute I walked into the door. I felt like my concerns were acknowledged and heard. They were very professional and quick to identify the issues. Going forward I will only bring my vehicle to this location and will only consider to continue my business with Kitchener Honda. My experience with Kitchener Honda was amazing in contrast to my experience to Waterloo Honda where I spent about $40,000 and my safety concern was not taken seriously and their “top” technicians couldn’t identify any issue with the suspensions/shocks. Will never spend another penny at Waterloo Honda. I only recommend Kitchener Honda for their service. J
Bought a new 2018 Honda Accord here. That part was OK. The salesman was OK, business manager was amazing made the whole experience. Now SERVICE after that was TERRIBLE. We had so many issues with our car and it was in and out of service frequently for a while, which we figured might happen with a new model but only 1 service person was kind enough and knowledgeable enough to help us. Their follow up call lady was rude and disrespectful to my wife. The technicians destroyed our red calipers looking at the brakes which was COMPLETELY unnecessary since the mechanic shop I take my truck to changed all brakes and everything on my truck with not a scratch anywhere. They are so careless and disrespectful to other peoples vehicles. The staff misinformed my wife of what needs to be done or not done just to make extra money and when she said no they tried to void our warranty. I would stay FAR AWAY from the service department or be VERY careful if you go, they don't give a f.. k about your car at all their workmanship PROVES IT.

Best experience buying a car i've ever had. My rep was Owen Kuhn and he was both knowledgeable and very easy and good to deal with. He did everything he could to help me in every way possible. I'm quite disappointed with Kitchener Honda. I purchased a new vehicle with them and their sales team was quite nice and helpful, however, the Service Department spoils it for me. I have serviced my new vehicle as well as my 2nd older Honda there multiple times each and have dealt with a number of people in Service. Andrew is quite nice and helpful and goes the extra mile. Blair is simply not nice and would rather argue and forget he's working for customers...and when he makes a mistake and what he said was completely wrong he will ignore it not bother apologizing. Brett, don't bother, seems like he's a deer in the headlights and is checked out most of the time. Bob is decent and I have not dealt with Glen. I going to find somewhere else to service my vehicles.

It's a dealership. They can only do so much till they hit their guidelines. So whatever deals you can get is really all you get, in the end the dealership always makes it's money. But nice friendly staff with a pro garage. I'm also very happy with my vehicle and the service I received.
We recently purchased our new Honda Odyssey through Kitchener Honda. We walked in planning to browse and test drive. We actually didn't have any intention on purchasing that day. We were greeted right away, with friendly staff, and were introduce to Ivan Jovic, Sales and Leasing Consultant. He was very informative, and took us for test drive. He was able to walk us through all the details of the different trim. We felt so comfortable with the interaction, we ended up purchasing that day.

I bought a new CR-V here and I strongly suggest you ask for Isa if you're looking to buy. I went to a lot of dealerships and he was one of the few salesmen who I truly felt was trustworthy and genuine. No nonsense sales tactics, just honest conversation (a welcome change from many of the dealerships I went to). The whole process with Isa felt very collaborative and I never felt pressured to buy a car that wasn't right for me.
Ivan Jovic went above and beyond to help me out. I was without a vehicle and he personally picked me up and drove me to the dealership multiple times. He also answered all my e-mails very quickly, and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy customer. He's a great guy. Give this man a raise!
Extremely efficient in getting me a vehicle. There was some tie lag due to their being extremely busy and I finally had to call to follow up with finance to see what was happening.

If you want to buy a vehicle, go to Isa. If you want service, go to Andrew. These two are straight shooters who will tell you how it is, and treat you like human beings. I will forever deal with people who are honest, trustworthy, and who work to earn your business (and future business), like these two, rather than just expecting it and pretending to 'give you deals', like at other places.
They guys are not interested in selling car and any business. Very bad experience. No hospitality. They dont care for customers.
I was there to buy a car , as soon as I entered into showroom. Not a single person interested in us at least show a car. I spent 1 hr also and observed nobody interested in the business.
At last I saw there employees are talking and enjoying with each other still nobody have time to take care of valuable customer.

Looked online and found two 2018 models we were very interested in. Dropped by the dealership at 11:00 on Thursday Aug 1st. We wandered around the small showroom for almost 40 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Several staff walked past us multiple times and the receptionist was there, but totally ignored us the entire time.
When someone finally approached us we were told that the "website had been broken for quite some time" and both of the vehicles we came to look at were sold.
I only have one star because I had to, they definitely didn't earn it.
We did not have a good experience with Kitchener Honda. We dealt with Angel in the sales department and she was actually great. It went downhill when we had to deal with the lease/finance department. When we first met with Errol, it was seriously only for 2 minutes where he mentioned he doesn’t actually start until later and basically rushed us out the door so that he could take off. I would have rather of waited until he was actually available to go over details. I have no clue why they would call him in when he wasn’t even going to spend the time going over anything with us. He said he would contact us later that day which never happened. There was no communication and we were the ones that had to call in to get any updates. We had to deal with multiple people because no one was ever in the office and it was just very frustrating. After over a week of dealing with this, we took our deposit back and went somewhere else. The other dealership was great and we basically got everything done in a few days and got our brand new vehicle within a week.
It seriously seemed very unorganized and that Kitchener Honda didn’t care about the sale.

Went to Kitchener Honda on Saturday to shop for an used Honda Odyssey. We spoke with Steve. We had called and asked for him specifically because he seemed to be the most senior person on the website. We arrived and he was busy with another sale and that was fine. We looked at all three that they had and we test drove one. He had another person ride with us and the car had a squeak whenever it went over a bump. We came back and sat down to discuss what payments would look like. He because aggressive and was writing up the deal when we had not even discussed the price or the squeak. We told him that we would sleep on it and get back to him on Monday. He was visibly ticked off at us. Then he stopped us as we were leaving and was a nice guy again. I returned his call on Monday and let him know that we were not interested and he basically hung up on me. The reason why we are not considering buying a car from him however is because some of the things that he said when we where speaking were not true. We double checked on the Honda website and everything he said was a lie. If I cannot trust what you are saying on small things how can we trust you on the big things.
We bought a 2019 Honda Civic Touring recently at Kitchener Honda. The sales rep, Olivia, greeted us as we walked in to the showroom and answered all of our questions. She seemed very knowledgeable in the vehicles that she sells. She made our new car purchase very fun. Thanks again Olivia. The finance department however snuck a charge of $1668 onto the final sales agreement for the extended warranty which I had clearly told him I did not want at that price. Good thing I looked at it closely. I would definitely recommend Olivia if you are looking for a new Honda.
I was very happy with my recent experience at Kitchener Honda. Trevor went above and beyond to treat me with respect and provide an all-around comfortable car-buying experience. I would recommend Trevor and Kitchener Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
I follow Dillon on Instagram so naturally I asked for him when I went in looking for a vehicle. I was looking for something used, but was considering a new civic. Dillon was very friendly and took his time with me to help me find something. I decided to go used and my criteria was not easy to work with. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Because I was being picky, we were having a hard time finding something. In the end, I ended up finding what I was looking for somewhere else. He spent lots of time with me and his commission was NEVER his first priority. He told me many times not to worry about that. Being in sales myself, I naturally try not to waste anyone's time.
Even though I was not able to get what I wanted in my tight timeline and picky criteria, I am still posting a review for Dillon because you just don't get better than him. When you're looking for a vehicle, please go see him. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
Dillon, thank you for spending time with me as if I was your only customer and for never making me feel like you weren't interested or that I was wasting your time even though you knew you would either make very little or nothing on me. You are top notch.
I bought my new 2012 Honda Civic here 7 years ago & have always found the staff there to be friendly & accomodating. Shout out to Blair & Andrew at the service counter. Blair ALWAYS remembers me by name, although I typically only see him twice a year for routine maintenance. Andrew always takes the extra time to check & double check if my repair is covered under warranty, saving me $500, which was greatly appreciated. Both Blair & Andrew are very approachable & helpful. All shuttle drivers are also very nice & make sure to call & communicate their pick up times beforehand & are ALWAYS there on time. Nothing but good things to say about going here.
Not impressed at all. Even though the sales rep was very polite and friendly, didn't have answers to any of my questions.
Also, the overall quality and design of new Hondas has gone completely downhill. Would not recommend to anyone.

As SOON as I started dealing with the lease/finance department everything went down hill. I had no contact in regards to what was happening with my approval. I received a phone message and then I called back. As we were on the phone he was typing the email I 'should have' received days ago. Upon sending him more information I was totally ignored. I was constantly having to call and talk to this person (if and when he was in. Forget about being able to deal with someone else) just to see if he even got my email or phone message.
The most frustrating part was the fact that unless I made my own communication(on a vehicle I put a down payment on and approved for) I was left in the dark. There was a complete lack of communication from him and it felt like he was TOO GOOD (COOL) to do his job. I will never purchase a car from here and will be sure to refrain everyone I know from this dealership. The customer service on the lease/finance department is appaling but most importantly, EMBARRASSING.

I find the staff are knowledgeable, prices reasonable and they don’t try to oversell on repairs I don’t need.
I am waiting to walk in and them tell me I gotta pay the high car repairs. Almost 6 years and the day has not come.

When i came to Kitchener Honda i was welcomed and felt very comfortable working with the sales rep. He treated me like a real person, he was knowledgeable and patient. He made the whole buying experience easy and fun. I usually hate buying cars but Richard Elliott was great. I recommend Kitchener Honda and go see Rick hes awesome.

A friend had told me to go to Kitchener Honda and ask for Trevor. I will say that I do not regret listening to her. I had so much fun that it didn't feel like a tedious task of buying a car. From start to finish I laughed and learned while being completely comfortable. I can't say how many places I went into and felt creeped-outor intimidated. This place was a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a car, buy it from Kitchener Honda.
I was very impressed with the level of service. I don't usually bring my vehicle to a dealerships because my past experience has been overpriced repair and poor service. Not here. I went in to have the rear garnish repaired (which i had broken) Rob is very helpful and knowledgeable, professional and fair. The repair was completed quickly and at a very fair price. Rob really took care of the issue. I'll be back
We recently moved from Oakville where we bought our Fit in 2006. We took it here for an A1 service and asked about some really sporadic power loss.
We'd asked about this in Oakville and they had no idea. The guy here suggested it might be debris in the fuel tank. We started watching when we fueled up and it looks like he was right.
On top of that, he said our tires we getting close to needing replacement so he didn't rotate our tires to save us some money (we knew it was getting close). All in all, this dealership seems really good and we'll certainly going back in the future.
