Yeah I change my tires over they told me at work the recommended to do a few other things flushing out some of the fluids which was very nice so far I'm quite satisfied with them I hope they keep up with everything

The sales people were friendly when I walked in. I walked to the parts desk, where I was told that without my VIN number on hand he was refusing to look up parts. His eyes then promptly returned to his phone.
I got my bill for my first service appointment.
Apparently my concerns about this car were justified when it was repeatedly returned after purchase.
I made the mistake of not having it checked by my own mechanic...not a mistake I will make again.
The bill was over $3,000.

Had the most unforgettable experience at huntsville honda. The employees are by no way pushy, in fact they were very helpful and very well spoken. Brie was an amazing sales rep and helped us find our dream car. She followed up with us a week later to see how we were liking our purchase and she even sent us a hand written thank you card in the mail. I highly recommend this branch, you will not be disappointed with the caring and thoughtful staff. Very gorgeous show room as well, if I could give more stars I would.

Picked up our new CR-V yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. Car buying can be a stressful experience, but not at Huntsville Honda. Great price and fair market value for our trade, it is truly a family business - our salesperson was Jef who made the process very straightforward and transparent. The cleanup person who made our car sparkle was Alexis (Jef's daughter) We would highly recommend Huntsville Honda.
Absolutely the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I went in for my AC, which was under warranty. They called and said that they’d checked the brakes and that those also needed replacing, under warranty. I’d been to another Honda, with same car, to see about my brakes and they wanted to charge me just to look at the vehicle. If I can, I’ll always go back to this dealership.

I recently contacted this dealership and received an immediate response from Paula Rego. Paula sent me an extremely detailed email and provided me with everything I could possibly think of with respect to my inquiry and purchasing a vehicle. Due to the COVID pandemic the dealership is closed and is simply dealing with customers online.
I ended up calling Paula and we emailed and texted back and forth. Paula was nothing short of outstanding to deal with. I felt zero pressure and Paula ensured she was available to answer any questions I had.
I was then moved onto the finance department where I had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Vincent. Kelly answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Bought a car from Sean Morrison here was told it was in good shape and would be delivered that Saturday so I took back the rental I had I had appts in Toronto that Monday that they knew about sat came and went no car so I ended up missing my appt in Toronto then the next week came with the promise of delivery Thursday came they finally text me and said it's on it's way sat around to just about 6 PM to get another text to say it was back in the shop again and would be delivered Friday how can you trust anything these guys say and that's right down from internet sales after a week of missed appts they offered me a gas card for my troubles that was barely enough for a tank of gas and another promised delivery I would not reccomend buying anything from these guys there seems to be a real habit of not knowing what there doing when you question them they just put you over to somebody else to talk to I will never buy another car from these guys or anything drive muskoka owns or runs asked to speak to the owner request was just swept under the carpet I hate having to say all this as I'm a born and raised muskoka myself and know from owning my own business for 20 years reputation and referrals make a big part of your business but with this place buyer beware
Terrible place to buy a car. I bought a Mazda 6 2013 last summer and I have had to spend at least $1,000 so far. The tires have more than half of the tread left. i was assured the tires were good. There are charges on my bill of sale that other dealerships do not charge for used cars. My husband has been buying cars from there for many years and have sent a lot of people. Once you leave the lot you are on your own. Terrible, terrible customer service on used cars. Never buy from them again.

Every time they have said something needs to be replaced I have brought it to another garage and it has turned out to be fine or not needed to be replaced. They try to sneak in add ons every time I visited, it seems like everyone lies to try and get you to pay more even of you dont need it.
We've been dealing with Sean Morrison for 8 years now and just signed a lease for our 3 vehicle. we have never been anything less than satisfied with our experiences and will continue to shop here. Dealing with Evan as he went over our vehicle features with us and with Bob in Finance also helped to make our purchase a seamless experience. After a few emails and only one hour in the dealership, we in our new vehicle! Great team effort that is very much appreciated!

Service is not very good or trustworthy. Had several different situations to back up my review. Sales is okay but after purchasing a car support was not there even though a couple of things needed to be corrected. I now go out of my way for service at another honda location.

I dealt with Sean Morrison and had a tremendously positive experience. Normally I feel like car shopping is like a game, where you keep you best cards last when negotiating. I was very open with Sean in terms of what I was looking for both in price and car. He was open , straight forward. He was also very fair with respect to my trade in. I walked in to Huntsville Honda in the summer time just "looking" for a car. The atmosphere was not what I thought it would be, It was way better! Sean met my friend and I at the door with a warm smile, overall confidence and he was just plain genuine. Never once did I feel intimidated or pressured to buy anything.
I would recommend Sean to any one of my friends or family members. I just bought myself a Honda Civic Ex and picked it up on Monday. I have wanted a Honda since I was a little girl and my dream came true! I have owned about 12 used cars, but never anything brand new. Sean took the time to show me the car and go over all the paper work in detail, simple enough for me to understand. He was fantastic and I hope he stays with Honda for a very very long time :)

Excellent service, have my oil changes done, winter tires and general maintenance. Very friendly staff, amount was exactly what was quoted. Great facility as well, could work while I waited and they even have a small food service - nice touch.
