I have gone to Georgetown Honda for every service for many years. I don't want just anybody working on what is now a very expensive and complicated piece of machinery. I consider myself a high mileage driver and follow Honda Canada's service recommendations to avoid any breakdowns. My maintenance minder indicated an oil change, however the service adviser Richard, looked up the history and found it was also due for the CVT fluid to be changed again. This is what I call excellent customer service, going the extra distance to ensure my car will stand up. The work was done when expected and I was on my way. I will definitely be back.

My family has bought numerous vehicles from here. Russ is by far one of the best salesmen to deal with.
Service department people are great too.

Unfortunately, the new vehicle delivery leaves something to be desired. When I picked up our new vehicle, the lady (sales manager?) refused to give me the second key until I came back so she could "explain all of the features to me" and the delivery wouldn't be complete until I did so.
This really irritated me, becaise I have worked in the automotive industry for years, and already know how all of the stuff works. But, I was in a rush to get the vehicle dropped off to get some modifications done. Then, when we returned, she couldn't find the second key, and tried to pin the blame on ME for losing it. This is the SECOND TIME they have lost my key on a new vehicle. I get that it can happen, but twice? Come on.

I love the fact when I come to the Georgetown location they try very hard to personalize your experience. Today I took my Honda in for service because of a much appreciated reminder to do so from my dashboard. I was able to get to work on time after dropping off my car for service from the friendly shuttle guy, I should have got his name, he was very nice. Went back to pick up my car and forgot that I needed to change the blades on my wipers, Richard changed them for me after I paid for the bill on his own time.

Honda keeps a record of all the service work done and this is a benefit for both us and Any future buyer. We had a long vacation scheduled recently and they were able to get us in on short notice. I will never be a Georgetown Honda costumer again.....
I currently Lease a Honda Fit 2014.
On Aug.2nd on my way home I got a flat tire, at least that’s how they call it...
I’m not sure because for a flat you should have a tire and mine was a blow-out and not a flat. I called Honda road assistant and they sent a tow as quickly as they could but to my surprise.... the vehicle did not have a spare tire as every vehicle should come with one. When I called Georgetown Honda the manager say yes some models come without spares.... I asked why I wasn’t given that option on signing the lease as frankly I understand that should be mandatory. It is a safety concern and as such the sales person should advise clients about vehicles not having a spare tire and could have suggested if I was interested in purchasing one like they normally try to up sell other options.
The managers response was ,,,I was yelling at her and that she was not responsible as she was not there at that dealership at the time of the lease . She asked for my contact number and told me that she would get back to me. It has now been a week and she hasn’t called me back as yet. The entire conversation took place on Aug.03/2017 and today is Aug.09/2017. I’m still waiting for a call back......
This is not the type of customer service expected of a so called reputed Honda dealership.

I bought my first brand new car from Russ at Georgetown Honda. I bought a manual transmission civic and had never owned a manual vehicle before. Russ took me around the parking lot and gave me a lesson so I felt confident to drive home. Buying the car was a big step for me. And buying a car I wasn't sure how to drive was also a big step. I, as most of us have a hectic schedule and don't remember to book my routine services on time, however Jay and Joanne are incredible at sending me a reminder and accommodating my crazy schedule. As for Russ my sale rep, he is always so pleasant and helpful, even after my purchase is complete. My calls are answered in a timely manner and I am treated with respect at all time. I really can't say anything more than, I am a Honda lover because of the care and service I receive at Georgetown Honda.
