I rarely write reviews, but made an exception for the outstanding service I received at the Cambridge Honda Centre. I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Fit through them, and the entire process was done remotely as I am a resident of Quebec. I generally have not had positive experiences dealing with salespeople at car dealerships, but, from beginning to end, the process was a positive and seamless one at Cambridge Centre Honda. The service I received from Moe Patel was, in particular, outstanding. He consistently responded to my inquiries in a prompt, professional, and polite manner (even on weekends and evenings), and completed a lot of extra work to ensure that the inter-provincial transaction went smoothly, including the delivery of the vehicle to my door (and on time). He was always an absolute pleasure to deal with. On the financial side of things, I dealt with Tony Recine, and he too answered all of my questions and ensured that all of the documentation was completed correctly so that I could register my car in QC. The icing on the cake was a box of chocolates that was in my glove box when the car arrived. It is truly a rare experience to receive such excellent customer service these days. They really went the extra mile for me. Literally!
My family and I are a Honda family. We all own Honda vehicle and the service that we receive is above excellent service. Carolyn (a family friend and neighbor) greets us, both John have been wonderful ! Jennifer is always welcoming and Stan and Trish are my favourite sales persons.

Recently purchased a new 2020 Honda Civic sport from here and I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience. As a first time buyer, the process for me was less stressful than I was anticipating it would be. The atmosphere was inviting and I was very fortunate to have Moe as my sales consultant. He is someone who is extremely passionate with what he does and most importantly he made me feel comfortable. He too made the process fun, exciting and as smooth as it could possibly be.Not sure why other car sales people don't follow this example. Just all over a great experience and I'll be referring everyone to him and to Honda from now on....

Everything about this Cambridge dealership was about customer service. I met with Mark (sales) and was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge he displayed. He was attentive and listened to my needs and wants for a vehicle. I was very satisfied with my interactions with everyone at this dealership, such a positive and relaxing experience. Just purchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX from Kevin and Tony(Finance Manager) and what a pleasant experience. Even though it was used, they treated it like new. Michelle was awesome with showing me all the features of the car as well. From the first contact through their website to signing the papers, everything was very smooth, they kept me in the loop on everything and had me approved and a deal signed within 2 days. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It was definitely worth the trip from Hamilton to deal with great people.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Accord with them. Couldn't have been happier with the experience. Fair pricing and negotiation, and the service level from the sale to pickup was tremendous. Recently purchased my first Honda Odyssey. Marci was amazing to work with! Super helpful through the entire experience. So patient with my busy 2 year old who tagged along. My family has been driving Hondas in Canada since 2001. This of course means I have encountered all types of dealers- -mostly negative experiences, disappointingly.
As a newly disabled person, I've become more wary for unpleasant dealers/dealerships. I looked up the best dealerships around, and Cambridge Honda was the first to be mentioned.
I sent an email and not long after I got an email from Mark Stables to set up a meeting. Once there, I described my needs and he immediately had an answer to everything in perfect detail. Not only was he incredibly easy and enjoyable to talk to, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles there. From the features to the pros and cons of the car, he will answer it all honestly.
I test drove the car and got it that same day.
I recommended him to my family and they got a new Pilot from Mark as well.
Here I am a year later trading in the car for an Odyssey, so of course Mark was the man to look for. There can be no higher words of praise in my vocabulary for this fellow.

Purchased my vehicle at another dealership a half hours drive south of Cambridge but was unhappy with their service department, Cambridge Honda has good service, friendly staff and they don’t try to up sell. I have confidence in them when I bring my car in for service. I might add as far as price goes to repair your vehicle they are very competitive in cost.

We had the best experience buying our Civic from Marcia. She was so patient with us during our vehicle search and was very respectful of our budget. We were given a fair price for our trade-in, and they were still willing to negotiate the price of the car we purchased. Marcia (and her colleagues) are down to earth, honest, no pressure sales people. We were there recently looking at purchasing a used Pilot, and they told us upfront that the Timing Belt might need replacing.

I went into Honda not knowing what I was looking for, after meeting with Mohamed and discussing the options he put me in the perfect car for me. He was patient, he did his homework and he found what I needed. His customer service is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Cambridge Centre Honda, all the staff there are friendly, welcoming and they make you feel at home.
I was walking around the lot looking to purchase a new vehicle, when no one came out to help me I went inside looking to speak to someone. I was informed by the front desk that "no one was free to speak with me" and then they printed me off a list of their used vehicle inventory...laughable. Safe to say I purchased my vehicle from a dealership down the road.

I've had four Cambridge Centre Hondas: 3 civics and a CRV. I also exclusively get my cars serviced there. The express lube is convenient when you don't need a full service and is very quick. The service department knows me well because of my loyalty to the place and they're always really friendly and are able to thoroughly explain what needs to be done and the risk of not doing the service if money is tight and I want to defer it. The sales people are friendly and they take time to understand what is important to you which saves time in picking out the different cars because they rule out options that don't have relevant features you need. I've never asked for something they haven't been able to find for me.
People generally ask why I would spend extra money to get a Honda versus a Ford, Mazda, etc. The cars are incredibly fuel efficient and the preventative maintenance means that my car always operates as designed. In the dead of winter I never wince when I turn the key - it always starts. This saves me time, money and inconvenience which I really can't put a price on.

We have been buying and servicing our cars at Cambridge Centre Honda for a decade now. In the previous 20 years we had purchased 5 vehicles. Only one of those experiences came close to the level of comfort and confidence we experienced with each subsequent purchase made at Cambridge Centre Honda. The buying and financing processes were all easy, comfortable and, yes, even enjoyable, not something I could have said about our past experiences. The sales staff are truly concerned about getting you in the right vehicle for you, not just in getting a sale. There is no rushing, but if you want to, you can drop in at 11 am on a Saturday, test drive a vehicle on the lot, arrange the financing and complete the purchase by 2 pm that same day, which is what we did when we decided to go from 2 cars to 1 a couple of years ago. That was the best car buying experience, bar none, we have ever had and cemented our relationship with this dealership.
The service department has been exemplary, as well. Prompt, friendly, knowlegable service every single time. I trust they are taking care of our vehicle as if it was there own. Before we joined the Honda family, we drove a few other brands. We have had fewer service issues with our Hondas than with any other brand we've driven. And when we do need them, Cambridge Centre Honda service department is there. They always have time to take a look.
We are Cambridge Centre Honda customers for life and our son and daughter-in-law now won't shop anywhere else for cars for their growing family.

I brought my car in for a check-up last week and was quite impressed with how friendly the people at the service desk and how quickly they were able to run a check and fix up the vehicle (it was a small repair but they did it in no-time flat). It's everything I could ever ask for in a car dealership and service centre.
