i have buy honda odyssey from Performance Honda Mayfield and went to the dealership there i met Faraz and Allen who was so welcoming faraz stayed in constant contact with me, giving me updates and answering any questions I had. My son birthday was on the same day when i have to pick the car Faraz make all arrangements to get surprise for my son he decorated the car with balloons and have written very beautiful birthday wish.
He is very friendly and courteous in his dealings and gives customer a great experience.

As seniors, we were interested in downsizing to one vehicle. Our past vehicle history has been with Toyota and Mazda., and before choosing a new vehicle we wanted to look at Honda’s current offering.
Our initial contact was with Faraz Masood, who answered our questions and provided a vehicle for demonstration. After talking with Faraz, we decided on the Honda CRV Sport. Due to previous acquaintance, final negotiations of sale were completed with Alan Shepherd, New Car Mgr.
Both Faraz and Alan were very professional, and courteous ,and providing excellent product knowledge and guidance in our purchase. Having purchased many new cars previously, I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences that both Shirley and I have had. We were both impressed with the dealership facility and staff that we had contact with. Special kudos to Alan for his overall guidance, pricing and his strong desire to make the deal happen.

Absolutely rubbish. They were giving me the quote of the car which was more than what the Honda website showed. So you can’t even compare the prize of unhaggle. When I met with the manager, his behaviour was bad . Never had the experience like that before.
Planned to buy Honda CRV. Through unhaggle received a call from Performance Honda Mayfield, booked an appoinment and went there. Met Mr Harris, he was extremely helpful, friendly and has great knowledge about the car. Gave me options, negotiated and finally locked for a good deal. Next person I should thank is the Finance Manager Manjit, who went to a great extend to help me to get the approval. Now, I am a proud owner of Honda CRV. Most unprofessional staff and service i have ever faced and never give you proper updates about your cars. Not customer oriented service. i bought Honda Civic from here and at the time of buying they have no issues but on the delivery day which was scheduled to handover car at 10 am i have to sat there till 5pm and gave me car without remote starter which i ordered initially. so i have to go again to fix the remote start.

I am writing this review because I have never seen such honest dealing before, Amardeep Singh Gill had complete knowledge of Honda Accord and showed me some tricks (like the automatic parking brake engagement). I bought a 2019 CR-V from Performance Honda brampton mayfield. It was my 1st car here in canada, and i was very anxious provided the choice of car, and lease/ finance options. Glad Faraz Masood came in as a sales professional for me, and it all looked easy. He was thourough on his homework and explained me the leasing option and other deals on the car. He is very friendly and courteous in his dealings and gives customer a great experience. His regular follow-ups made sure i am not going to any other dealership and me getting the car as per promised delivery.

I purchased a 2019 honda civic type r here at this dealership and had an exceptional experience. I was here a just a couple days ago and they had the vehicle ready right away for me to pick up. My sales woman was Serapheena Khan and she was very professional and easy to deal with. She didn't push any extra fees or sales on me and let me pick exactly what i wanted with no pressure. The GM of the dealership also made himself available and was very professional, I couldn't of asked for a better experience, I'll definitely be returning for my next vehicle. Not to mention I came all the way from WHITBY to purchase here.
I got a 2019 Honda Insight from Performance Honda Mayfield in august 2018. It is a brand-new car, its kilometer rating was supposed to be less than 150 (which I found out later after receiving it). When we got it the kilometer rating was 412 kilometers. Then we found out that its roof and trunk was leaking. When we went to fix the front trim job, we had to go multiple times because they did not order all of the parts. We took the car back to Performance Honda Mayfield. They worked on it 2 times but it was still leaking and still is leaking. On March 5th 2019 we took it to Performance Honda Mayfield for another job, but when we picked it up, we found out that it was damaged. The damage was on the back bumper of the driver side. The guy told us to talk to the service manager or the general manager Mr. Nial Boatswain about the crack on the bumper. Mr. Nial Boatswain was available so we decided to talk to him. We showed Mr. Nial Boatswain the crack on the bumper and he told us he will look into it and find out. A few days later he called us and refused to fix it because he stated that they were not responsible for it. When we go to Performance Honda Mayfield he showed us the picture of the damaged bumper when it was leaving the service bay not entering the service bay. When we asked for the video or picture of the car entering the service bay they stated that they only had a video from the passenger side and not the driver side. When we were looking at the service bay entrance we noticed that there was a camera on the driver side, when we went in and asked to see the video from that camera they stated that it was not a camera it was a light. However the camera was identical to the other cameras situated around the building. We then asked Mr. Nial Boatswain about the document that they made during pre-inspection of the car. Mr. Nial Boatswain said that they did not do any pre-inspections. The general Manager Mr. Nial Boatswain was very rude, he threatened us that we should do whatever we can but it was not going to make a

Just got first vehicle for my wife from Performance Honda(Mayfield) and had a great experience. Thank you Amar Gill for making the exploration and decision making process easy. I've purchased cars from a big dealer in Brampton in the past but never from a person and dealer that pays so much attention to the little things - from the detailing of the car to showroom ready to providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. What a convenience to have a dealer like this near me. I would still buy from them if they were half way around the world!
Overall, the attitude, body language, and atmosphere had a negative vibe, and my impression of this store is currently bad. In contrast, the Bolton Honda Dealership (the place I purchased my previous vehicle) has given me significant customer satisfaction. The people there are very loyal, and proved that they wanted to sell the car with the best interest of the customer. Comparatively, in Mayfield Honda, I had to push for my satisfaction. The first reason I bought the Honda was due to my cramped schedule. The second reason I bought the car is because of my sales representative SAMUEL MATISSE, made my experience significantly better than how it would have been without him. He met all the needs of my customer satisfaction, and if this review was for him PERSONALLY, I would give him 10/10. He is the predominant reason I am not giving this dealership a 1/5.

Efficient and extremely friendly customer service. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions. They don’t pressure you into accepting any offers. They tell you the issues with your vehicle based on tests they perform and it’s up to the customer if they want to fix the issue. The driver who drops/picks up customers during oil changes is extremely courteous and friendly.
I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay - it was easy to finalize the deal. Communication from the dealership was excellent. These days too many people "hide" behind email and voice mail but that is not the case with staff at performance Honda. I dealt with several staff through the process and everyone either answered the telephone right away or returned my message very quickly

I wanted to buy myself a car for my birthday. My family and I love Honda’s, when I got to the dealership I was greeted by Tammara who was so welcoming. I was looking for a 2019 Pilot EX-L with black on black and there were none available in my local area so searched and found one at performance. Got a good deal and was able to arrange everything over email. They made it very easy to do business, none of that “come on in and we’ll give you the best deal” only to try and rip you off with bogus fees. I dealt with Tammara and she was pleasure. Straight to the point easy going. She even came in on her day off to do the delivery. I would definitely do business here again.

Earlier I raised some concerns about their service and charges on my invoice.
General Manager (Nial) worked with me to explained what could have gone wrong with my car with some inspection report, and also explained the warranty. Charges were adjusted and went above and beyond to help me. He is very nice and accommodating. Nial was very straightforward and worked with me to make sure I am satisfying. He had my best interests at heart when dealing with me.

At first they had great service and customer service but that was when they first opened.
Since then it has been rough to say the least. Had a terrible experience buying a Type R from here. Sales people were fine but when I started dealing with sales supervisors and managers it was hectic. Just empty promises and I've had to take my car to a private shop to get issues on paper just so they can fix it here. I unfortunately was there so much for constant issues that I'm on first name basis with a lot of employees. They did give me a gift card for my troubles I don't think it would cover the gas for the amount of times I had to drive there.
The service usually takes twice as long or so as what they tell you and they never let me know at least. A more realistic time and an update would be good. Always use the ride/shuttle service so you're not sitting there all day! And keep your day free just in case
I generally go straight to the service manager or service supervisor when I walk in there because when I tell them my issues they just fix it, unfortunately you can't always deal with them personally.
Getting 2 stars because sales person was awesome and the kids who take the car to the service area are awesome.

The issue I have isn't with the people or product, it's to do with the integrity of their ONE PRICE, ONE PROMISE policy in the pre owned department specifically.
I wasn't going to purchase the vehicle anyway and made that clear as in my opinion it needed some repairs that could be costly but if you advertise your price at 23.9k one day and then raise it to 25.9k the next day you lose all credibility. How can anyone trust anything from a dealer that does business this way. Your service costs, purchase prices, future orders etc. I hate seeing inexperienced people buying cars and getting the bad side of things and this screams that in my opinion.
Now the response could likely be our reconditioning costs are going to be higher than what we thought in and in order to honor our (fake) one price, one promise (lie) program we need to invest more into the vehicle. We both know that's not really the case. The manager knows these vehicles very well and knows the potential costs associated with them.
In general I am not a fan of one price shops as they claim that they price the cars aggressively so you don't need to haggle but really they are priced in relation to other cars in private sale or other dealers who do negotiate so it's not really fair to the consumer. Most shops spin it as you are getting our best price upfront but you see every week or so the prices drop, so you really aren't getting their best price....
I hope this review is helpful to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle and they take into consideration that the one price policy is a one way / one sided policy and the prices will be adjusted as the dealer see's fit on a daily basis.

Thanks for the reply but as mentioned above, not interested in the vehicle due to the potential issues, however felt it was only right to share with other potential customers that the pricing on a day to day basis can go up, which in most peoples minds (and I asked a few people as well) doesn't really fit the description one price, one promise. And a whole heartily disagree with the notion that the consumers gets a better deal in a no haggle environment. Business make decisions that make them more money, and there is no issue with that, just don't spin it for what its not, and claim its better for the customer.
I just got a Civic in this dealership and had a great experience. Laksith explained to me everything about the car and the choices that I had and got me a good deal. Very friendly staff and not pushing at all to make you buy a car. Very pleased with my experience here. Thanks
If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this place. Never take your car to get service there, they are rude, don’t do the service properly, you get your car dirty... they promise you to have the car ready at a time, when you call to find out at that time if it is ready they say they didn’t even touch your car... what a joke. They knew I have a very important appointment and they don’t even give you a call to say the service is going to be late or they won’t be able to finish on time. Stay away from this place!!!
