Nothing good to say about my recent experience! 4.5 hr wait until they gave me a loaner, while trying to find out what was covered under warranty? Dealerships should obviously know this. Also issue with wheel studs, 5 previously broke off, we paid out of pocket to have them replaced, along with all brand new lug nuts. Then recently say all studs need replacing because wrong lug nuts that were installed by their tech and over tourqued! They serviced the vehicle since this issue and expected us to foot the bill. Totally unacceptable. We had bumper to bumper warranty.. Studs are part of the hub assembly and should not break off period! So disgusted. Customer service was terrible, to the point we won't be dealing with Bridgewater Honda ever again.

I don't like Honda's. But these folks are pretty good when I have to bring my work car in for service. I would like to see the customer waitroom refreshments make a comeback, but that will likely have to wait until after COVID.

The staff are persistent, rude, overbearing and will harass you non-stop. They will find you on Facebook and call and message you for months after going here.
Went in for a repair, and they tried to sell me a new car, after I said no multiple times they have called my cell, texted me, Facebook messaged. This is disgusting and predatory.
I was so nervous to buy a car as a single, young-ish female - but clearly I had nothing to worry about! I dealt with Savannah and one other female employee (sorry, I can't remember your name!) - and they were both a DREAM to deal with. Respected my budget, honest about details, not pushy at all, didn't use any jargon, and so so SO prompt at replying. Seriously, I am going to recommend all my friend go to Bridgewater Honda, they are the best! Also, shout out to Phil who drove the car to Halifax due to COVID-19 restrictions, he was an absolute treat :)

Friendly service. However I was looking to purchase repo Rubicon 520 2020. The sales person said they would get back to me if the original owner couldn't refinance. I didn't get an answer. Could if been the sales person was to busy.
Great customer service, did not PDI or calibrate my 2021 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 properly even after 3 tries, Honda relies on their dealers to perform, this is where they stopped short, recommend performing all required tests in their parking lot before leaving with a machine.
The staff at Honda Powerhouse are excellent. From the folks in sales, to the parts shop, and the technicians. It’s just an excellent overall experience. Important to note that I drive 90 mins to get there instead of 15 mins to the much larger Honda dealer near my home. They keep the prices fair, and treat my friends and I with respect. Always seem happy to earn your business.

Still very unhappy with the way I was treated by the service department. Long term Honda buyer. Still am. However my car will never go to Bridgewater Honda. I was treated very poorly by one particular person every time I took my car in. I thought maybe he had a bad day the first time it happened. No, everyday is a bad day for him. Because of that I stopped taking my car to Honda. I'll go where my business is actually appreciated, and I'm treated right.
Troy was great and got me the car that worked for my budget. Always pleasant to work with. I've purchased two cars here so far and I'll be back when I need another!

I recently needed to bring a newly purchased used car (from another dealership) there for service after only 3 days of ownership. Heidi DeMont, a Service Provider at the dealership was so kind and helpful. Though we only spoke over the phone, she was like the friend I needed to hear from at a stressful time. She helped facilitate payment from a dealership in Moncton and even spoke to the salesman directly. I was beyond impressed. I’m sure there are others on her team that helped as well, and I’m so thankfully to everyone there. Not to mention they fit me in the following day I called, while I would have had a 10 day wait in Halifax. Extremely professional, and I would go out of my way to go back again.
Bad business practices! Be mindful of this company and go over your contract with a fine toothed comb. The purchase price on my contract was almost $2k higher than our agreed upon price. Winter tires and rims that were supposed to be complimentary were invoiced for. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to negotiate and I ended up leaving without the vehicle. Before I was out the driveway they texted and said they would honor our original agreement. When I picked up the vehicle the next day it had a half tank of gas although they promised me a full tank. A very stressful experience with a company who does not keep their word or honor their promises.

Very pleasant experience with the Powerhouse buying a Honda TRX 420 ATV, I can't say enough about the old fashioned mom and pop style service I got here. Glad I came from the city to this dealer rather than deal with a place in the city. The sales/finance team were awesome to deal with as well as Blair for my first service. Great job all around. Really made me feel like an appreciated customer. You don't get that type of service many places these days !

The people here are not the typical pushy car salesman. They do actually care about people - and they don't play the normal games of bartering that other dealers play.
After phoning several Honda dealers to have my AC clutch replaced and getting prices all over the map I chose this store. They had the cheapest quote and honest about refilling the AC with the gas from my car. All other shops said they had to do new refill. They gave me a budget price and came in under the budget price by $60! The staff were professional but treated you as a friend not a customer, a welcome change in this day and age. I drove here from Dartmouth and I will be back it is more then worth the drive. I can't recommend this place enough.
