It was my first ever car purchase and Angel was my sales rep, she went out of her way to help me get the car of my dreams she was truly amazing and made the whole experience go so smooth for my first time purchasing a car. Brian helped me with the financing part and worked extremely hard to get me an amazing deal that I didn’t think was possible i am insanely happy with the car and deal that I got because of them, these 2 were the best and I highly recommend everyone to see them for their car purchasing needs. And lastly Taylor was the person to send me off with my car, she showed me everything I needed to know about my car with all the features and helped with any last questions I had. We had a great experience at Birchwood Honda on Regent. Initially we were just window shopping but fell in love with the Civic Sport Hatchback. There is something to be said about being at a dealership and not immediately being pounced on by a dozen people from the sales team. Everyone was attentive but not overbearing. Our sales person Angel was really great and extremely helpful. Rachna from the Finance Team was also super lovely and easy to work with, we got a great vehicle at a great price point,

Great sales, but DO NOT BUY THEIR ADDITIONAL INSURANCES. It is in-house and they unilaterally dismissed my rim damage claim, which my local garage confirmed would be covered under similar packages provided by other insurers. I carefully read and reread the limits of coverage and the exceptions and I should have been covered. Cars are great, insurances not worth the paper they are written on...….oh, but they are more than willing to take your money for that paper.
The whole staff was friendly and helpful specially Philip Halili. Awesome guy and easy to talk too. Explained every detail I asked and needed to know and didn’t leave out any details. Will definitely do business with him again
Although it's a very individual experience, I should share with others that the sales consultant tried her best to give me the deal that I proposed. The whole team came forward to support her and the family car became a home for us. A friend of mine who is a financial service manager here also engaged him in the negotiation while he was on vacation. That's a team effort that they have. The staff are quite friendly here.
ALL! the staff were extremely patient and helpful when getting me exactly what I wanted. I had been burned in the past by a past dealership and since then have been hesitant of going to another one but they have helped starting mend my feelings towards dealerships and I'm excited for what the future holds in my car buying process.

I went in almost on a whim with my dad to see if we couldn't find a new car and I have to say it was a great experience overall. Glen was our sales rep and he made sure everything was very smooth and easy during the process. Answered all of our questions fully, everything was very black and white. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Civic by the end of the day. I had very limited time before I left to go back to Toronto for school but the car was ready to be picked up by 3pm the next day. Ashley and Taylor delivered and presented the car to me and they both were amazing. They went through the features of the car very thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. If I had to redo the experience over again I would. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Staff was very helpful in answering questions and making sure I was taken care of. I am from out of town, so I had a lot of back-and-forth over email, text, and phone and they promptly replied to all of my messages. Finance was helpful in getting me a good warranty package that fit my needs, and then got the car all ready to go. I would come here again in the future!

Bought a used car and they gave me a hassle about refunding me my $500 deposit once the full amount was paid by cheque. Everything was oh the cars been looked at will be ready for tomorrow until forms were signed and all of a sudden it’s that won’t be ready for pick up tomorrow. Every piece of information or paperwork they said they would give we had to keep asking for. Next time I’ll make the drive to crown Honda since they have always been great.
I have leased my 2017 civic through them, and normally bring my car here for all servicing and have a great experience every time, however Honda cannot compete with other dealerships when it comes to winter tires. Honda charges $200 a year for storage even to their valued customers who have purchased their vehicles. Offered no promotions whatsoever, and the quote for the tires was one of the highest of shops that I had contacted. Other dealerships in the city offer free storage and yes they store on site but come on... I would have loved to purchase through you guys, like I said nothing but good experiences so far with servicing, but these high storage fees and non-competitive quotes are losing customers.

Service is extremely poor and unprofessional. I came to drop my car for service and asked for shuttle back to home . They suggested waiting for 1.5 hrs as shuttle dropping and come back will be almost same time and work will be done by then . And its more then 2.5 hrs and I have been told it ll take 30mins more. It's so frustrating ....better getting service done at some local auto shop...
The crew at Birchwood went out of their way to help us solve a problem that Honda Canada wouldn’t address. They were understanding and kind and helped us with our issue. We’re so grateful for the staff who treated us like actual people. It was real refreshing and deeply appreciated.
We went to view their odyssey vans and the salesman didn’t listen to our budget and tried to sell us a vehicle that was 10,000 over our budget. We did end up test driving a vehicle a few days later and the van was filthy.

Most of their employees were very helpful, patient and answered all of my dad's questions in a polite and understanding manner. My dad bought a Honda Civic 2012 there and answered all his questions regardless of how short-tempered my dad was. HOWEVER, once the car was bought - we encountered some issues with credit/interest for the car and the bank. When we tried calling Birchwood Honda on Regent for some help and guidance, it was so difficult to contact them. So basically, buying the car was a breeze but once you sign the contract and encounter some problems, they suddenly disappear . . . 3.5 / 5.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my keys stolen, among them were my car keys and fob. It was in a panic that I contacted Birchwood Honda and explained my situation. The person I spoke with was very sympathetic to my stress of the situation and told me to bring my car in that day whenever was convenient to me and they would get it done ASAP. They certainly delivered and within the hour of me bringing in my car I had my spare key reprogrammed and a new fob. It was a relief and huge peace of mind. Outstanding service and great experience all around!!
I wanted to get the earliest possible appointment to get my car safetied for a quick sale and Birchwood Honda fitted me in later that afternoon once their daily workload became clear. They called me later in the day to see if I was Interest. Interested I was trilled. I raced down (no speeding involved) and in just over an hour my car was ready. Now that's service. My car passed with flying colours and so did Birchwood Honda. PS: I waited for my car and read the newspaper so there was very little down time for my day. I wish every day was so great.
I've always had my CRV Honda maintained by Birchwood Honda on Regent. The experience has been pleasant and fulfilling. Just recently, my vehicle got tuned up. I was given the best customer service. A shuttle van brought me to work and back to the shop. The driver was friendly. The customer service representative (G. Rae) was just as friendly. He had a good grasp of my car's condition and explained everything clearly and logically. The document given to me, highlighting all the jobs that had been done and the cost, was concise and user-friendly. Hats off to Birchwood Honda on Regent!
I purchased a new Honda Fit 2014 from here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to make any decisions. I test drove 3 cars that they thought I would like and was very happy with what I went home with. I went from an old SUV down to a hatchback with plenty of room. I done had plenty of research before I went to visit and the staff was able to answer any questions I had. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a very pleasant experience.
