Good people to deal with did a good job on my CRV
Horrible! Sold my dad a vehicle with a defective battery and when he told them 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start after sitting for a couple of days, they told him 'all vehicles are like that'. And this was before it was even cold out.
So my dad paid $400 for a shop to test the battery, which turns out to be garbage AND there is a parasitic electrical draw on the vehicle, which still needs to get fixed. The dealer obviously knew that it was a problem and didn't replace it before selling it to him or and then gaslighted him when he told them about it. Really disappointed they would take advantage of a senior like that.
Excellent Service. Had Our Van in to get Command Start installed and I asked if they could repair a stone chip as well, They managed to get it done same day saving me another trip to town! I would say you definitely get what you pay for! Thank You again Josh!
Bought a Honda civic, brand new. Because I got ripped off at a different dealership, they helped me out with EVERYTHING. their customer service is just fantastic. All the way from the receptionist to the salespersons to the parts team and mechanics. Don't regret my decision. If you're from outside of town. Buy here it's worth the trip. 10/10

This company has quoted me $191.00 plus tax, when the job was the after two hours, I was told the price was $321.09. Completely lost their minds. Was not informed or even called prior to my 2nd visit. I will not be returning to this location again, and I advise everyone else who was planning to, to let go of that idea. They WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
I bought my first car from here 5 years back and by assuming the same service quality I was here today, (04/29/2023) but upset. Sales representative's behaviour was not professional or good.
I live about an hours drive from both Winnipeg, and Winkler and needed an appointment for my Honda vehicle. I had heard good things about Southland Honda, so I thought I would give them a try instead of using the Winnipeg dealerships.
I booked an appointment to have some recall work done on my older Honda Ridgeline at Southland Honda. The entire process was done online and all responses were timely and helpful. I was scheduled for an appointment very quickly and everything about the service was exactly what I would want in a service appointment. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities that I could need.
All work was done in the timeframe that they originally quoted, and I wasn't pressured into any additional work.
I would HIGHLY recommend any Honda owners use Southland Honda for any of their dealer needs.

I have purchased small equipment, parts and had service done at Southland both personally and commercially, and have continually been treated to excellent customer service, timely communication and sage advice. I hold Southland Honda in highest regards!
When you have to pay more for labour than the parts, something isn't quite right. I wouldn't recommend going here for any repair.

Seems like a good place to do business, the staff don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.
Took vehicle in for brake job. Had arranged for a courtesy car and didn't even have to ask when I got to the counter. Often this type of request is not taken note of, and you have to ask again. Not here. Made me feel appreciated and valued!! Work was done in less time than arranged. I was very happy.

My 2013 Honda odyssey had check engine light blinking . Also high rev at idle. Was afraid the engine might be damaged. But the guys at southland Honda reset a computer issue in a couple hrs. For a very fair price. Good too go. Vehicle wasn't even bought fr them.

Very friendly and polite staff I've heard oy good things about Southland Honda from friends and family. I had brought in my Honda Civic because my sunroof would not close, I had asked if they could just close it rather than fix it. After they had it for about an hour and a half they had called me and told me I needed to get the sunroof motor replaced and quoted me 800 dollars for parts and labor and told me that they weren't able to close it fully but only partially about as far as I could by just pulling on the glass which they charged me 150 dollars for. I took it back and looked on some Honda forums to see what I could do and found out that I could close the sunroof fully by taking the headliner in the back off partially and turning the motor manually. Me and my dad gave it a go and got it closed and put back together in about 2 hours. Just disappointed I was charged and nothing got done on my car when we were able to do it all in about the same amount of time.

I brought my car in to see what was wrong with it and was given a price for the work. they checked until they found the reason it wasn't running and then didn't look for anything else. Then when I asked them to please find out if anything else was wrong with it they charged me double.

We have also found that they are more cost effective than local garages and offer a professional service at a totally reasonable price! You folks are and will always be our go to Honda specialists!

Easily the worst Honda Dealership I've dealt with. The staff is not welcoming and not very knowledgeable about their vehicles/products. They don't seem to care whether you're satisfied with the service or not. The parts/service department feels like you're dealing with "Bob's garage" and not Honda. Past several experiences with this place have been unpleasant, last time I went in - was to buy a touch up pen for my new Odyssey, was given a used one and told that "its supposed to be like that or probably just leaked through", was given a brand new one after arguing with the associate even though he had previously just told me "its the last one we got".
Being a loyal Honda customer I think I'll have to transfer my business to Winnipeg.. because these guys just don't care
