Got a new Honda Civic 2020. Marianne Malaca helped me with the sale and she was very nice. I came by with my Unhaggle report and she was straightforward with the price and breakdown. Marianne was open to any questions I had and explained them thoroughly. When I came back with my counteroffers, her and her manager (Bobby, I believe?) were reasonable and gave me a good deal. When I picked up my car, I noticed a scratch on one of the tail lights and the manager had it replaced at no cost to me. All in all, this is a very good dealership that I trust.

I always go to their express oil change service. I don't need to make an appointment. When the oil change is due, I just go any day and anytime during business hours whenever I'm in the area. Just wait for an hour or so and it's done. This is very convenience. The service is fast and the advisers and technician are knowledgeable and friendly.
T&T Honda provides the best customer service and the people work there know their job and are very friendly. They are always willing to help the customers at any time. We have been with T&T Honda since 2003. We bought both our CRVs from there. We checked in other Honda dealers but no one can beat T&T in service and customer care. Great customer service! The staff at T&T Honda are true professionals and they went out of their way to make sure I got my car in the exact color I wanted, even though there was only one left in the whole province and it had to come from Edmonton! Highly recommend them.
The service on the vehicle was great as usual as were all the employees I dealt with. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday I was told it was in B11. When I got to the stall there was no vehicle there. It was then I realized it was not my key. I went back to the counter, was given the correct key and told where my vehicle was. Strike two. I have a CR-V this vehicle was a Civic. My CR-V was 2 rows and 5 stalls away. I was very surprised because T&T Honda is usually way better than this. Oh well, I guess we all have our off days.

My Experience got turned from Worse to Good. Charlie is a great Sales man and does not get tired of your questions and helps his best in a timely manner. Navroz is a good GM and cares for his customers and presents many options. Everything is sorted now in-spite of many issues in the beginning. Only thing is their cars are a Bit Pricey compared to other dealers. They are reliable at support after sales which is why I went to them in First place. Finally 1 Star to 4 Starts.

It was always been working with T&T Honda however in past few experiences I have couple of suggestions.
1. Increase in Loaner vehicles.
2. Shuttles needs to be more considering customer's Working hours as well as Last shuttle is too early in a day and that too limited pickup points nothing for customers working little bit out of Downtown.
3. I had to rent a car from Enterprise but it was sad to see that there was no counter for Enterprise that used to be there. so I had to hop into shuttle which dropped me at the Enterprise and then while returning vehicle I had to rely on Enterprise guys to drop me back to the showroom for picking up my Car. it was too much on that day.
Had an amazing experience. Ben was handling our Sale. He is great at his job. Made the car buying experience very easy for me and my wife. Will definitely recommend Ben.
The purchase of the car was fine. The sales guy and finance team was very good at their job. The car drives well but the service dept did not check everything before releasing the vehicle. The AC was not working and it took a lot of effort to get it fixed. They were able to fix it after about 30+ phone calls. The customer service in the service dept is the worst I’ve seen for car dealership.

Most Amazing Service Experience from Ziad, Raymond and the guys in the service department at T&T Honda in Calgary. Although I bought my Honda in Edmonton I had to drive to Calgary over the holidays. Needing some critical service help to get me back to Edmonton; the guys at T&T immediately came to my immediate aid. I was out of there in 40 minutes and back on the road to Edmonton.
