I'm happy I visited CYV Chevrolet Buick GMC when I was considering replacing my SUV with a truck. Wendy and Mark were a great help and went above and beyond getting me a new truck. It turns out they have the best prices in the area, but more important is that they offer great advice and customer service. I was shocked that everything went well from the start until the end. Wendy is excellent sales representative as she explained to me everything well. Also, Mark is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. I am happy I chose CYV in making my dream "car" true.
This is our third vehicle we have purchased from CYV, same salesman, Matt Sealy. We travel 1hr and 20 minutes to get his service. The staff is always very very nice. Place is always buzzing but they take the time to stop and say hello. It now our home away from home, (well almost). Excellent service, highly recommend.
Everything was going ok until they signed me up for credit card that I did NOT approve or want, usually that's fraud. And to make matters worse, the car they sold me had a bad fuel line and needed new spark plugs after only 3 months of ownership. To make matters worse, they only called me and talked to me AFTER I complained to GM Canada about it.
Had a long afternoon going through the process of purchasing a 2nd vehicle, I understand that it was not due to any fault of your own because of the situation that we are all facing. It just would have been a little better if we would have known and understood the time frame a little better before coming as we were of the understanding that it would be all ready to go today and there seemed to be some confusion regarding that from the time we got there. But all in all we got through it together and look forward to leaving with it tomorrow.
Fantastic, professional and friendly client experience all around. We were so impressed with the genuine customer service I suspect we will be back in a few years for our next purchase even though we live in Moncton. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Requested a " fresh oil and 2 year inspection" prior to purchase and was told "yes". I got the inspection and an oil change from 3 months and 3000 km prior. Asked several times if the oil change had been performed and was told yes, yet oil life indicator shows 81%. When brought to CYV attention they offered up a $50.00 gas card to "make it right". As a consumer I am tired of not being told the truth. Nice vehicle, very disappointing experience.

Sales staff was very informative and transparent. While waiting for documents to be drawn up meet another customer who was very pleased with her two vehicles she got at CYV, which further eased our minds about our purchase. Even received offers I've never thought of before. Unique and pleasant purchasing process.
I went in to test drive a couple of different SUV models to compare them. John had both vehicles warmed up and ready for me. I was able to compare them side by side to see what each one had to offer. After a couple of test drives and looking at other options, I kept coming back to the Rogue at CYV. John was very patient and helpful through the whole experience.
Very happy with the service here. I've been looking for a reasonably priced 4x4 truck for months after driving nothing but Chevy Cavaliers since I was 16.
I don't trust people, let alone dealers. BUT, CYV was very honest, almost to honest.

if I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. They only care for top dollar on their used inventory. They will promise you the world by text and change their mind once you get there. Also talking to the general manager will not do anything but leave you even more frustrated. would not recommend and if you do make sure to inspect your vehicle before purchase, they are know to have sold cars that should not pass an MVI. do your research read Google reviews
Very pleased with the sales team during the purchase of my new truck. But don't expect much from the service department from poor counter staff who do everything to get out if warranty work to inexperienced mechanics who misdiagnosis and repair the wrong thing.....then send it back out with engine light still on......almost ruined the motor!
Did not lease my 2018 GMC Sierra here, but called them after service (person) at the local dealer was not truthful with me concerning a problem with a brand new truck. CYV service anticipated the solution before arrival and that issue was resolved in about 2hrs ,not a full day of the truck sitting on thier lot returned not fixed! Just returned from CYV, for scheduled (free!) oil change. Staff understands that to a self employed business operator time is money. Service in under an hour. Most importantly staff offers
that smalltown welcome friendliness. Sales person was very accommodating with inquiry on upcoming fully redesigned 2019 GMC Sierras. (Hint!) I highly recommend as of today CYV Woodstock and it is certainly worth the drive to receive professional, honest, service.
DO NOT BUY HERE!.... Against my better judgement I bought a car here and have had nothing but trouble .. I should have known the second my dad noticed the scratch up the passengers side .. but because I was in need of a car I took it. Take it home they say.. we will fix the paint they say.. it's a month later .. the car has been nothing but problems (screeching noises in the brakes) took it in and they said it was fixed .. 2 days later same thing .. and took it back and they tell me it's going to cost $1200 for the parts .. next comes the paint job and now after finishing the paint job and getting my car back from the paint shop they missed one of the spots on my back wheel well ...so I take it there and then they try to fix it with the touch up paint .. we are talking about a deep spot here that needs sanded .. anyway tried calling the dealership and nothing has been done since I bought the car I have put 2500 KM just dropping the car off to be worked on using my own gas and also paying for rentals .. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I've bought 4 cars at CYV and they are awesome! The staff are very respectful and always friendly! They treat me like a client and not like a girl...lol as in they believe me when I tell them something isn't quite right. My experience with CYV has always been wonderful.
I bought a 2008 Saturn Vue in January 2014. The entire process of selection and purchase was well coordinated and I was treated awesome! Since I purchased the Vue, there has had a mechanical issue. The service department has treated me very well. By the way, getting parts for Saturn vehicles is not an issue. I highly recommend CYV Chevrolet Buick GMC!
