Call first before your SCHEDULED appointment. Because if someone else shows up late to their appt, it affects yours. How about call customers to say don't drive over an hour before coming in to sit and wait past appt time to even have vehicle looked at. No idea what service is like yet because it hasn't even been seen yet. 🤦🏼♀️

Had the car for over a year all servicing has been done by Dean Cooley's when you need air in your tires when it's minus 38 Celsius they pulled the car right in filled the tires with air I would say 99% of the time they've done a very good job
One thing that’s really great at this local dealership is that they have a FREE shuttle to drive you home or to work & also pick you up when ever you have work done on your car or truck or what ever
This is fantastic especially in cold weather

I purchased my truck from Dean Cooley in September 2020, right from the purchase four years ago to the service I had January 5/24 things haven’t changed, great service and never have any issues once my service is done. Workmanship and customer service is very high. I’ll be going there to get my next new truck hands down.

My wife and I just bought our first new car in 40 years of marriage and Rhett made it a very enjoyable experience. He picked us up at the hotel in Dauphin and drove us to the dealership and spent time explaining everything about the 2023 Blazer we bought. I had to bring my new to me vehicle in for an oil change, I was impressed with how quickly it was done they did an inspection and found a couple of hoses that need to be replaced. Set up a follow up appointment to have that fixed. I’m impressed with the customer service and find they are not pushy with trying to upsell or needing unnecessary services.
Great people to deal with kept me informed about my car the whole time and was repaired when promised with no surprises in the end. Thanks
I found 3/4 ton truck on Website, called in and let sale department know I am coming -80 km- trip.
Arrived and ask if I can see the truck…. Sale person told me vehicle is ordered but not at the lot!
Why dealership not told me 3/4 truck is not in Dauphin???
Spend a lot of time on the road and wast fuel and time.
The worst dealership to have anything done. They took THREE HOURS to do an oil change on my car. Nothing was wrong with it and they had no explanation for why it took so long. Biggest waste of time. I should have just done it myself

Had my power steering line burst and they got in and fixed it right away....unfortunately it burst again due to having the wrong hose installed but they took it in right again and replaced at no cost. They were fast, blunt, and kind.
They were able to schedule me in within a very reasonable time frame when all other shops within a 2 hour radius of me couldn't see me for an entire month or longer. Had some autobody repairwork done with their collision and glass section. Fantastic work and service, very friendly and accomodating as well. Pleasently surprised with a clean interior upon pick-up. 5/5 By far the best car service I've ever received, definitely recommend!!

Had a low tire on my vehicle and it was evening so everything was closed. I left my info and keys in the drop box and got a room at the hotel right across the street. In the morning I woke up and started thinking about what I was going to do with all my luggage after I have to check out at 11 am. They contacted me at 9 am and said it was ready!! Went to pick it up and they told me no charge! That kind of thing is not supposed to happen is it? Well at Dean Cooley GM does!! I replaced my battery, it was time. I checked to make sure it was in stock and had it installed that day. I was happy with the service. Drove me home and picked me up when service was completed.
Very happy with the work that was done on our truck. Pleasantly surprised at how clean it was when we got it back. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the estimated time to do the job. It took way longer to fix the truck than we were originally told. We were ok with the extra time taken to fix the truck. I just wish we would have gotten a more realistic estimate of the time it would take. Good job.

Called in looking for some parts for my wife’s traverse. Sure enough they ordered what I was asking for. Once she dropped off the car within an hour and a half she received a call back saying they were done. I was happy about the price, the quality of work and the friendly service.

The dealership were very prompt and efficient in their repairs. They kept me informed at each stage of the repairs so I knew what was happening. They offered options for additional repairs if the current fix did not totally solve the problem (a persistent check engine light). The cost of the services was very reasonable.
Dean Lounsbury and Dean Cooley are first class guys and wre very fair and a pleasure to deal with! I'll certainly deal with them again.

I Brought my truck in for some body work. I Had to bring it back because the finish in the paint wasn’t quite right and a headlight they had replaced wasn’t properly aimed. The guys in the body shop agreed that the paint finish wasn’t to par and informed me they would look after it. Upon picking up my truck the 2nd time, I was happy to see that the paint looked better than new. The guys in the body shop went above and beyond and polished truck parts that didn’t need to be painted. Unfortunately they overlooked aiming the headlight which I ended up having to pay for at a ford dealership. Overall decent experience as they took care of the paint issue however I was disappointed that the headlight aiming did not get looked after.
Buyer Beware., Their Business Department will try and get you for a lot of extras without telling you, READ extensively before signing
Just a Nasty Business Dept. they tried to get me for $5600 insurance without telling me, I hope other people catch it before they sign
