The service department go above and beyond! It was a rainy night 6:03 pm and the driver window of my work vehicle would not roll up and I was from out of town. I took a chance driving through the parking lot hoping someone from the department would still be there. Caitlin spotted me, and she and Tyler settled me down and kept the vehicle inside for the night and Caitlin drove me to my hotel. That is amazing customer service!

I was looking to trade in my previous vehicle of 10 years and was not having much luck with other dealerships. I contacted Stetson and asked if they would be able to help me, and within two days I was going for a test drive in the vehicle I ultimately ended up buying!

Vikki was absolutely incredible the entire time, she worked extremely hard to find the best vehicle and financing options for me and went above and beyond to work with me. My previous vehicle went haywire a couple days before the deal was even settled, and she let me keep the new vehicle for the night so I would still have transportation, which was amazing!

She even drove to me when I wasn't able to get to the dealership and got my new vehicle insured before I drove off the lot.

10/10 service, was EXTREMELY happy with my experience and Vikki is the absolute GOAT, would 100% buy any future vehicles from her/Stetson!

Absolutely disgusted with the trade value they offered, Far below book value. Then wanted full MSRP on a new unit. What happened to customer loyalty? Never going back it was an insult.

I personally understand the hardship one goes through in that field of work. But as I was not being rude or Ignorant I feel the comment made was not warranted or necessary. My daughter and I took my Equinox to get my command start fixed. It was a tricky software glitch, but the entire team at Stetson made sure it was fixed! We enjoyed a cozy fire, snacks and cartoons, with friendly conversation while we waited. Unsure of timing at first, (it was a quick fix), we were offered transportation if we needed in the meantime. Heather and the service team made sure our command start worked and we were good to go!

My wife took her vehicle in several times for an issue with the key sticking in the ignition and not coming out. Because the issue was intermittent she was initially told that her key was dirty and that was why it was sticking. When she told them it was not a dirty key and it was locking the ignition with the truck in auxiliary she was told this was a known problem and that is definitely the key being dirty. After several more issues with the key being stuck in the ignition (once being on able to turn her vehicle off several times during appointments in the city) we returned the vehicle to Stetson. This time we were again informed that this was a very common issue but it was in fact due to a low battery not communicating with the key. They completed a battery test and recommended a battery replacement. We requested a quote and after calling around to compare prices found them to be $100+ more then other garages in town. When I went to get my wife’s truck I received a bill for $175 for a battery test (a full hour of time plus shop supplies for a battery test). My family has done business with Stetson for a very long time and due to several issues like this we will not be doing so again.

Took 2016 truck in for an oil change. Upon paying, was informed they found “leaking transmission cooler lines” which they would happily repair for another $400. Brought vehicle home and had hubby (who is a journeyman mechanic for 40+ years) inspect to confirm, and surprise surprise…NOT leaking! Not sweating, no leaks period! Truck is still under warranty so we wanted this incorrect information removed from our work order. Service manger told us work was closed and she couldn’t do it. Hubby suggested he bring the truck back for another “inspection” and open a new work order (they can pay for our gas) and she said, “That ain’t gonna happen.” We feel this dealership was simply trying to upsell a service that was completely unnecessary. So our concern now is, IF for some reason, our truck has a warranty issue with the transmission, GM will not cover it because we “declined the service” previously which is NOT the case! The service manager did absolutely NOTHING to try and help, or offer ANY suggestions to try to resolve our concerns. We are planning to purchase a new SUV and believe strongly in supporting local businesses. Unfortunately for Stetson, we won’t be buying from them because of the poor customer service and unhelpful attitude of the service manager. True colours shown.

I had purchased a pre owned fully loaded GMC sierra 2500hd in the beginning of November 2020. I was told that it was previously a "family grocery getter" until they upgraded and then the truck was used as a parts runner for the dealership. Sounds like it had good previous owners so I purchased it.

A month later I had it in my shop polishing it when I noticed in just the right light you can see where the old gvw & tare weight rating decals used to be. Aswell as the old company logos on the rear windows. (Have pictures to prove it) I looked up the company name and the truck came from an oilfield rental company....

To boot there is hail damage on the roof and clearcoat peeling on the hood. This would have been very nice if this information was disclosed to us before we purchased the truck.

I do enjoy the truck, But I do not appreciate the dealership being dishonest with me just to make a sale.

We were left with a sour taste in our mouth a few days prior with a different dealership and Ashley helped turn everything around for us. We had such an amazing experience this time around with Stetson.

As we came from out of town (they did offer to deliver), Ashely and Victoria stayed much passed their closed hours to make sure that everything was explained and that we were happy. Larry from sales responded within a day of me sending them a message and provided information about the car including the car fax report. The manager Ryan was friendly and professional and greeted me when I walked into the dealership.
Vicki was the icing on the cake. She was very thorough with her paperwork and took the time to explain financing and the details that some car dealerships try to skip over. Unfortunately my transmission for my 2011 Duramax gave me some trouble which left me and my travelling companions stranded on a Saturday . The folks at Steson squeezed my vehicle in to have the tech look at it and they were able to diagnose and replace the defective part (transmission control module) in the same afternoon. Their service was above and beyond excellent.

I was also pleased to make the acquaintance of a sales person (Ashley T.) and now I am seriously considering a new truck to replace my 2011 2500HD. I received exceptional service and highly recommend them. It's too bad I live so far away, otherwise so would frequent their business often.

Thanks to everyone for getting me back on the road so quickly. I was able to fully enjoy the conference knowing my concerns were being managed in such a professional way. I wouldn't hesitate to do business here in the future.
