We bought our vehicle, car, during the latter part of the pandemic month of March 2020. The dealing was done online. While a person is nervous about dealing online, we found Cass and staff were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about any questions we had. The negotiations were very up front. When we picked the car up from the dealership, we felt very safe from the virus s they had a very good sanitation program. When we signed the final papers, there was no hidden or additional costs that we had experienced in the past with other dealerships. We had a very good experience with Cassandra and highly recommend her when buying or upgrading their vehicle.
Im from Manitoba and purchase a f150 from boundary Ford on line. Rick from boundary sent me a video and All of the history of the truck which made me feel much more comfortable purchasing a truck with out actually kicking the tires. Recently had the pleasure to deal on a 2016 F-150 with Scott Glawson, he was great to deal with and although I had a couple issues with the truck the first few days after purchasing the truck he was able to work around my schedule and get my truck into get looked at as soon as possible. I have no complaints about the truck now that it is fixed and working great. On the Saturday of the thanksgiving long weekend we were passing through from Moose Jaw to Edmonton..We had a check engine light come on just west of town in our 2015 Navigator. I called Boundary hoping they had a tech that could diagnose our problem. Quick lane manager/advisor told me to get it there fast and they could look at it. They had it in within 20 minutes of arriving. Sales guys noticed we had young kids and bought us lunch and made us feel at home and welcome. The tech diagnosed our issue and replaced the plugs. We were on our way after only 2-1:4 hrs. I can’t say enough about the staff an especially the tech for a 100% diagnosis of our shorting plugs. We are grateful and give them a five star with two thumbs up. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!!!
Absolutely the best dealer experience I have ever had. I don't look like no fancy person and every dealership I go to people ignore me. I went in to buy 2019 Ford Mustang GT. I can't remember the ladies name but she was really pretty and she was awesome with helping. Scott was the main person that helped me. He was nothing but professional the best salesman I've ever dealt with. There are a few minor problems with my car nothing more than fit and finish and some swirl marks. They are being great with helping me get everything rectified. Also what other dealer do you go to and they offer you spaghetti and meatballs for lunch that's my kind of dealership haha. If you want good service and to deal with good respectable people go nowhere else than boundary Ford if I can afford it I'll be getting a raptor in a year thank you so much everybody at boundary Ford.
Girlfriend and I both needed new vehicles. After going to all the dealerships in town we were kind of turned off from all the salespeople. Thankfully we got Chris. He took amazing care of us both. Scott provided me with excellent information and service even tho I ended up going elsewhere for the right car vs color combo he was always quick and informative. He really did offer the better deal but just didn't have the color of choice for me. I will stop in to see Scott first for my next purchase.

My experience with the whole Team was amazing. Sales rep Evan is highly professional and is a trust worthy guy . I live in Edmonton and i bought my Grand cherokee without even taking a test drive. Had an excellent experience with the service to my truck. They took the time to go on a road test with me to understand the issue. Once the issue was determined then they got the parts and installation sorted and had the truck back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Appreciate the shuttle service. Service personnel were pleasant and professional to deal with. I would recommend them.
So I purchased a vehicle through boundary ford. It is a 2018 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. With around 10,000 KM the block heater need to be replaced. I guess no ones fault. I called them and they gave me the impression that really it's not their fault and shrugged it off as they have never sold a car with a bad block heater or had any issues. So the engine ran on no coolant for fair bit of highway before the high engine temperature came on. I purchased this vehicle on their year ending sale. Since I am a new buyer any perks were voided I wasn't "eligible". Now I'm not too sure how long I drove with lack of coolant since I for the most part you would expect your levels to be good. Wear and tear on the engine. The vehicle has only seen paved roads. It just adds too fords reputation of parts breaking. So i will never buy a ford, if more problems arise. To add to it. No one offered me a ride to get insurance and registration on it, when they knew I had no vehicle at the moment. Taxied. They played the taxi in a cheque, which was something I guess. No oil changes offered even when they had advertised as I am a first time buyer. They hustled me out the door. This Review only obvious reflects my buying experience only. My stance now is if you want to buy a vehicle in the area. Webbs ford is a great alternative in vermilion. They actually replaced my block heater, good people. They drove me home and picked me up!

Once again Lana and Evan at boundary ford in Lloydminster get 100% thumbs up. One week after purchasing my new vehicle from them I ended up with a flat tire. I went to my nearest dealership only to get a runaround with trying to get a new tire. I then called Boundary ford, Evan and Lana told me they would help me by offering me a rental until I could receive a tire to be replaced. So I drove the extra distance for their great service. Definitely recommend visiting one of them!

Great for getting you into a vehicle but garbage for follow up. The service department is either severely understaffed or people who work there don't get the concept of acknowledging female customers. I got a Ford because there are dealerships everywhere, unfortunately some are geared to fleet.
