Then, the day of appointment , me, I , myself called the seller to confirm the appointment and that's when he told me he had sold the vehicle. Friendly helpful assistance to me by the sales dept, by Devon at first and then later, Lys, in the last couple of weeks during my recent search for a replacement vehicle. While used car availability did not work out for me this time, Mont Bleu "is the only show in town" and is almost always the first place I consider looking for buying a vehicle, whether I finally get one there or not. Same approach considering any scheduled maintenance on Ford product. Meantime and over the course of the last 7 yrs I have been in the Gatineau area, my F250 Super Duty I had would go there for any routine or the few times for unscheduled maintenance. I will only allow a Ford Maint Tech to touch the engine. Labour might cost more at dealer than jobber, but vehicle spends less time in the shop at Mont Bleu, due to experience. Patrick D. at the service desk had been my first-stop "go-to" guy there for any preventative or corrective (very few of these!) maintenance requirements. I always felt he was fair and cared about his customers (me) and tried to help anywhere he could during any service visits. While I understand things happen, I was saddened to learn he has since moved on and a way could not be found in order to keep him. Both Mr Petric and Jr have big smiles whenever I am over for a "visit"! One of these days, I will have to finally buy a new vehicle there ! Merci! -Fred

I was at Mont-Bleu Ford for a fleet truck service. Right from the begining it did not start well, two of the service department employees we chatting away simply ingnoring the fact that a customer had walked in and was standing right in front of them, then I had asked them to program a new key for the vehicle and reprogram a key that had failed. When I went to pick up the vehicle it verified that all the keys would work but the key that had failed was not repaired at all. There was the purchase of a third key and after talking with the service advisor, they confirmed that they had not attempted to repair the broke key. They said it woyld take them another day to do so. After I get a call from the dealer the next day and they stated that the broken key was unrepairable. That was fine they then advised that someone would pick me up at the office between 2h30 and 3pm, I called at 3h20, the receptionist transfered me to a voicemail. I called back and asked to speak to the general manager at this point which they refused to let me talk to. They then called me back and said someone would be leaving in 10 minutes to come pick me up. I promptly declined and got my own ride there in a cab.

Before buying a vehicle at a dealership, I always try to meet and feel how I would be treated by the service department after the purchase of a vehicle. I can garantee that this dealership will never be on my go to list for a personal vehicle. As for fleet vehicles, I'll definitely try to avoid buying a Ford vehicle in the future.

Incredible after sales service by owner himself Mr petric and sales manager Stephen.

Was disappointed that my brand new bronco sport had rattling of the centre console as well as squeking break sounds.
Further saddened and upset by the fact that the service department didnt show courtesy to call me back for more than a week to even give an appt.

All that was offset when owner himself contacted me to drop his personal vehicle at my house for the inconveniences until my car is repaired.
Never have i heard of such a personal and kind gesture. Stephen has also been awesome.
My friend wants to buy a Mustang and i will tell him to buy from this dealership even though we live in Ontario.

I must say, this was the easiest vehicle purchase experience we have ever made. Whenever I buy a new vehicle, it always feels like I am being given the runaround. Devon made us feel completely at ease and was completely upfront with us with regards to new vehicle cost and also provided us with a very fair market value for our trade in vehicle. Once we made our decision to make the purchase (which was very easy) Jean-Marc helped us seal things up with finances and we were out of there in pretty much record time. Not to mention the quick turnaround to have my new truck ready for pick-up on my birthday a few days later.

If you are looking at buying a Ford, don't waste your time at the other dealers. You will be treated right and walk out very confident and happy with your purchase here.

Very horrible service unfortunately. My Ford Econo-350 was serviced with their recommended maintenance. However, it left my vehicle unfit for driving. I did not know, and drove unsafely, putting myself and my young children in extreme danger. The power steering was damaged, and I had to receive emergency service at another Ford service center, at my 2500$ expense, after spending over 6000$ on Mont Bleu service. The Ford mechanics said my steering wheel could have fallen off. Mont Bleu refuses to admit that their service center was responsible, and they do not want to engage with me to reimburse me for their poor service. Very disappointing and alarming. Especially for certified Ford mechanics 😕

We purchased a 2019 F150 Limited from Mont Blue Ford in Dec 2020. During the purchase process a couple minor issues were addressed to everyone's satisfaction. We were pleased with most of the transaction with one exception. After we got the truck home we wanted to install snow tires and rims on it and notice the wheels had lockable wheel lugs. We contacted the dealership to find out if the previous owner who was and still is a Mont Blue customer had the special key to remove the nuts. We were told on the 20th Dec 2020 by Patrick that he will look into it and take care of it. We also left voice messages with a manager requesting assistance. As of this review we have yet to receive any information from Mont Blue Ford regarding the special key or any advice on how to correct the situation. they have not returned our calls or answered our texts. We were not looking for Mont Blue Ford to buy us new set of keyed lug nuts. We just need information on where or not the previous owner still had the special key and any advice on what we need to do to correct the situation. So their after purchase customer care is lacking.

I was in the market for a used/demo 2018 Ford Mustang GT. I was able to locate several on line, but the price from Mont Bleu was the best.

I live in Toronto, and was willing to make the trip to Gatineau to get the vehicle provided i was satisfied by the way they did business.

I called the dealer and the first person i spoke to was Patrick Scrivener, he was helpful, polite and went out of his way to get my business. I am a tough customer, and i made a lot of requests for information, photos, videos, tire measurements (the list goes on).

At all times Patrick provided me with all the information i requested. I was a little apprehensive about buying the car in Gatineau, then having to pay for additional taxes when i brought it in to Ontario.

Patrick assured me there wouldn't be any issues and included in the sales contract that Mont Bleu Ford would pay the taxes on my behalf, and certify/register the vehicle in Ontario.

Mont Blue Ford is licenced to sell cars in both Quebec and Ontario and they prepared all the paperwork for me, and when i went to the MTO in Ontario, the registration was smooth, and no surprises (although i expected there to be issues as i had never done this before).

The lady at the MTO was familiar with Mont Bleu Ford, and said that she had dealt with them regularly and had never had any issues with them, their paperwork or their business practices.

In short i just want to say thank you to Patrick Scrivener, Marc-André Leblanc, Dominic and George Petric (the owner - he came to thank me when i purchased the vehicle and was about to leave, it was a very nice touch).

Since leaving the car has performed fabulously, and if i am in the market for another vehicle i will go see them, it was worth the drive. Ford dealers in Ontario could learn a thing or two from them.

Also very professional, there were a few times when we were talking with him when his cell phone was going off, and he didn't even look at it, just silenced it and focused on us. He also really knew his stuff, showing us practical features of the car we were looking at, that we probably wouldn't even find out about otherwise.

Dominique in the fincance department was also very nice to deal with, again, no pressure or arguments, but very informative.

I like it a lot. It is a very friendly dealership with great service. We have purchased 8 trucks here.

The location is a little odd to access but the staff is very kind, understanding and really try to help the customer get what they are wanting/needing.

There is a lot of selection of trucks and cars, both new and used. They have lots of onsite technicians to fix your car. You definitely need an appointment if you want life to be simpler.

There is a waiting lounge with a TV, reading material, snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi if you have to wait. Or it's a quick walk over to St-Hubert.

Accessibility wise (wheelchair, walker, stroller) it's a little hard to get around as there are many doors. The washroom was clean and we'll stocked.

My kids always love going to sit and pretend to drive (dream of driving) the cars in the showroom.

I recommend this dealership to my friends and family. George jr. is really good at taking care of his clients, even the crazy ones from Orléans.
