These guys do not support what they sell. I have a 2019 F150 Lariat. They have a heater at the bottom of the windshield , water leaked on the connection and corroded the terminal causing heat at the connection. The windshield cracked from the inside. Markville Ford walked away.

Unfortunately, customer service was way below standards. It was the first time I had been to this location. Upon arrival, I was not given clear instructions as to where I should park the car and qas lost around the block. The location where you initially park the car is located next to their carwash spot which I had to walk past to get to the waiting room. Other locations usually take the car from you at the entrance or have designated areas for checking in. Furthermore, their services such as coffee and vending machines were closed due to the pandemic. I had to wait for a while and it would've been a better experience had they provided water bottles or packaged refreshments.

The salesman, Cody, was courteous, helpful and overall a pleasant experience. I was a little undecided on a Ford having driven several other brands but the test drive did it for me. Was thinking Subaru Outback but just too many quality control issues of late (Honda CRV as well 1.5L!!) . Ford has come a long way and the best part of all is that the Edge is built in Ontario. Could not be happier for supporting local. The purchase occurred just before Covid-19 was declared a pandemic.

We are somewhat satisfied with the sales department, from when we bought our 2019 Lincoln, but our experience with the service department has been HORRIBLE. This dealership needs to start separating Ford/Lincoln in terms of service, because the luxury/satisfaction with the vehicle certainly does not translate with the dealership experience. Whenever they say they will call you back, they never do. Whenever they keep a promise, its broken. Beware of this place.

I bought an executive driven Mustang GT convertible with 9500 kms from this dealer. The car had a vibration problem when driven on the highway which I was told was normal. This problem was finally sourced and corrected by another Ford dealer which cost me $1000 to fix. It was a hidden defect of 2 bent rims and was kept from me before buying the car.
This dealer is not trustworthy and has poor customer service since they have refused to compensate for this hidden defect.
Do not buy a used car from Markville Ford.

This was a long distance purchase; Charlie was willing to work hard with me and help with all arrangements to make this happen. He answered all my questions and took lots of pictures of the car and many more pictures whenever I would ask. He was very quick via e-mails or phone calls even after hours. But as a needy customer and not in the perfect position at the time, my service was above anything I was used to dealing with within the car industry and will say that if you want to do business here. I have never been more disgusted in my life. 6 years ago I bough an extended warranty and the salesman told me after 6 years if I didn’t put any claims on it I would get it back. I finally owned the car as of November. I went into to claim the money back only to be told I only had 60days to make the claim. After 6 years of the dealership earning interest on the money now they get to keep it . Please be aware you don’t get taken at this dealership

Not sure if this was their strategy to try to rip us off or if no one actually knew their job. Honestly, shop online. I just purchased a 2016 Ford Focus St, from the salesman Conrad Haynes, at “Markville Ford”. Conrad was excited to show me this car. It was in the showroom when I arrived at the dealership. Conrad took time out of his schedule to teach me how to drive a manual car and made sure that I would get home safely. Conrad was calm teaching me and conducted himself in a professional manner. Had a great experience buying my 2013 Ford Fusion at Markville Ford a month ago. Conrad Haynes is the best salesman ever; super nice, respectful, and professional. I sent him an email saying that I was interested in the car but I lived in London, so he called me shortly after and we agreed on a price and a test drive date. I gave him my credit card number so that they could secure the car. When I went for the test drive, everything was good except for the brakes that needed to be replaced , he said they'd fix all that at no extra costs, and they replaced the brakes as promised. When I picked up the car, I went out for a test drive again and everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend Conrad Haynes to anyone, I'll definitely be going to him for my next car. Great dealership overall, great service staff, all very professional.

I was looking to purchase a 2019 Ford F-150 and went to 2(two) other Ford dealerships prior to going to Markville Ford. At the previous 2 locations I did not feel welcomed or appreciated and I was not acknowledged by any one in sales until I approached and asked. I was also told that no vehicle with the specs I was looking for was available.

At Markville Ford I encountered a completely different experience. I was not only greeted by Darren Dutton in a courteous and professional manner but I felt like my business as well as me as a human being was appreciated.

Darren has an extremely vast knowledge of the Ford product line and he easily found me my dream truck. The entire experience working with him from the time I walked in to the moment I drove my vehicle off the lot was quite pleasurable and I will definitely be a repeat customer of not only his but that of Markville Ford.

The Service department is not trust worthy, please check all the documents carefully they charge you with out telling you the truth amount and when you're taking over the car, agent will say this is what you you here for,I booked the appointment only for oil change for my Lincoln and end up paying over $150 for extra work that you never booked it for. I would rather go to Sheppard and Markham the are very economical and fair in dealing with the customer.

I purchased my Lincoln Navigator from Darren Dutton of Markville Ford Lincoln approximately 5 months ago and am very happy I did!
I found the ad for the Navigator on-line with everything I was looking for and decided to contact Markville Ford.
Darren was able to send us multiple pictures, description and even full video of the truck before I decided to drive to Markville.
When I seen the truck in person, again Darren was very helpful and upfront. We discussed what it would take to get me in the truck and Darren delivered.
Markville Ford was able to remove all dents and scratches and put brand new tires on it. The paperwork and warranties were all explained to us.
I left the dealership very happy and now that I've had time to drive my truck around I can say that I was very impressed with Markville Ford's business and their employees.
I highly recommend them.
