I just want to say thank you to the service staff and everyone else involved for helping me .On June 22 my car broke down on the 401 and had it towed to Lange and Fetter. I arrived Mon. morning June 25 on my way back to Renfrew. I explained my problem to the service desk and they fitted me into their busy schedule and had me on the road before 11 o'clock. Lange & Fetter was put to the test while dealing with a rare issue shortly after I purchased a vehicle from them. They (Brock and Derek) heard me out, and even though they weren’t required by law to resolve the problem, they took it upon themselves to do the right thing and offered a fair solution. I’m very impressed, and happy in my new vehicle!
After searching and talking to other dealerships my husband recently bought a truck for Lange and Fetter. Clayton found him the perfect truck with everything he wanted but didn’t think he could get in his price range. Clayton went above and beyond to help my husband, and even gave our two young sons baseball caps, (which they refuse to take off and wear everywhere they go!). Because of Claytons excellent customer service will be returning to this dealership when I am ready for a new vehicle, as well as referring everyone we know to him.
I dislike car shopping very much due to high pressure sales staff. Brock was very different than other sales people I have dealt with in the past. He was knowledgeable and in no way pushy. He let me take my time so I could feel assured that I was getting the right vehicle for me. I would highly recommend Brock to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car or truck. My experience purchasing my pickup truck was excellent. I was only in to inquire, but was schmoozed so well that I bought a beautiful red Ranger. The salesman, Jaimie Moir, was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Because I have never driven a pickup, I was a little unsure of myself and Jaimie helped me understand the vehicle. I also had a great cup of coffee there.

I bought a 2018 Ford Mustang GT a couple years ago and dealt with Russ MacDonald. I was very happy with his knowledge and experience. I just purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat and once again dealt with Russ. I’m very happy with the family atmosphere the dealership has and the way I was treated.
Clayton and Derek were wonderful to me I couldn't have asked for a better sale person and financial advisor. They both deserve a hero cookie cause they put up with me and made my experience a great one. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I trade in my truck every few yrs. The owner is a wonderful person as well she helps you anyway she can. They dont treat you like you cant afford your truck either cause I hate when people look at ya just cause your dirty that you cant afford something. So all around I cant complain about one thing.

Lange & Fetter was amazing! I walked in there feeling defeated of not being able to get approved. I left that day with the purchase of a 2020 Escape! I seriously couldn’t be happier. Derek was seriously the best person to get me through this experience, something I thought was going to be bad turned out amazing! I couldn’t thank Derek enough , he’s got me riding in style! Not happy. Today I took my Ford Escape in to have my snows changed to my summer tires- I had a 3 o'clock appointment and was told when booking that it would take 1 hour. The summer tires were on rims. When I returned at 4:05 my car had not even gone into the shop. Very inconvenient when there is no access to a waiting room and I come from a distance away. I love my car, but won't be doing more business with Lange &Fetter.

This dealership is amazing! I can't begin to express how well they treat not only their customers, but every person that walks in their door. I recently bought a 2017 Ford F150 2.7L Ecoboost through these guys. They took the time to make sure that the deal was exactly what I wanted, letting me test drive a variety of models to get the truck that suited me best. They also got me without a doubt the absolute best trade in value on my 2017 Ford Fusion.
What sets these guys apart from EVERY OTHER DEALER is how they will go the extra mile for their customers after the fact. Once i took delivery of my new truck I realized there was damage to an interior console plastic. When i brought this to the attention of the dealer I wasn't expecting much to be done (I understand when buying a used vehicle these things can happen) but when I spoke to Mike (Sales Manager) about the issue, he instantly got to work pricing a new part, having it ordered and installed on the truck without a single dollar coming out of my pocket. That is something I have never experienced anywhere else! Mike also kept in touch by texting me to inform me of where my part was, when it would be delivered and when they could assist me with installing the part.
So if you are considering buying a Ford product, these are the ONLY guys you should be dealing with!

Horrible customer service! I went in to find out how much a part would cost and 3 staff members laughed because our rear window blew out. Checked online to find it's an ongoing issue that Ford refuses to acknowledge. Totally not impress with this dealership. Good thing we purchased elsewhere. They fixed out window no charge immediately. They understand customer service!

I have contacted 3 dealers that are nearby to me. None of them had the product knowledge or even the willingness to search and get back to me. One even said that Ford has not released some of the specs like the horsepower and payload. I friend of mine referred me to Yaz (Yagiz Kutay EGERCI) at Lange & Fetter in Trenton, On. That is a 1,5 hr's one way, 3 hr's both way away from where I reside. I spared the time and went to visit him. Very friendly environment at the dealer. No one asked me for my credit card during the entire process of entertaining different options and payment plans. I got a written offer for the few options that I was looking into. Which is EXTREMELY uncommon in the industry. This tells me that they have nothing to hide and since I get full disclosure of the charges. I left the dealership to do my homework. Phoned, texted and emailed maybe over 10 times for some additional questions. Yaz was very patient each and every time to answer my questions. Could not be happier. This is an experience which every buyer should experience. Thank you Yaz! And I hope that Ford Canada is rewarding and acknowledging such employees who represent the Ford brand this well.

When I had problems with my vehicle they set me up with a rental and even hired a driver to go get the rental for me at no cost. I then bought a vehicle from them and dealt with Jeff got a great deal and have had fantastic service after my purchase, I will go here again for my next vehicle.

Picked up a new Ford Edge on Oct 27 at Lange and Fetter Motors in Trenton. My wife and I love this vehicle even more than the 2011 Edge we had previously and it was a great vehicle.
The 2.0L Ecoboost engine has plenty of power and can even handle the 3500 lb factory tow package I require. The Sync3 and navigation package are terrific as is the new auto lift (kick) tailgate.

We went in to buy a small truck. Mike Eimers was our sales rep and he took me out and showed me the F-150 and we went for a test drive. We found out that it did not fit in the garage, so when we got back we just happened to be looking at a new Edge. Mike mentioned that he had a used Edge with 41000 km on it so we took it out for a test drive. We fell in love with the luxury of the Edge Limited, leather seats, sunroof, all power, everything we were looking for in our new truck for less money. We ended up doing a cash deal with our trade in. We are enjoying the comfort, after driving a truck for the last 5 years, it is a bit different but I am adjusting well and it is definitely easier for Ted to get in and out of. Thanks Mike for a great experience, and the remainder of the L&F team for making the deal go smooth.
