He says " why would I do that when the man I need is there" This man is Ken Ware. Mark has had unbelievable service from Ken. I myself have met him a couple of times and to say he treats me like a family member even though I'm not there to buy anything...its all Mark..is worth mentioning. Both Ken (and Chris Ware, sales manger) knew my vehicle exceptionally well and more importantly, made my sales process seamless.
Buying a new vehicle is stressful at the best of times but Donway made my purchase super easy by explaining each step in the process and what was needed from me. No surprises. Ken even walked me through the options and features and set up my app on my phone.
This is my 4th Ford from Donway and I always call Ken when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. He knows exactly what I want and tells me straight up what I can expect. That is pretty rare these days but I definitely recommend Ken and the Donway team.

As a potential Ford customer and looking at possibly buying from this dealership, a man I highly respect purchased a brand new car from this dealership - a Ford Escape. I watched how they would address his new Ford Escape’s mechanical issue (which is a concern within itself) and to be honest, they treated him and his concern with little respect and understanding. He’s owned the car for about a year and it’s already dealing with a mechanical issue (yikes). Now how many of us would hope that Donway Ford would help us resolve this type of issue after spending $30,000+ on a new car through exceptional customer service? I know I would. But unfortunately for my friend, he experienced the run around. The “I’ll check into that and call you back”. And a lot of unnecessary anxiety created through poor communication and a lack of appreciation for a returning customer of over 20 years. What a mess of a situation, I kept thinking. They smile when it’s time to purchase the car but experience a problem and apparently at Donway Ford - you can take your problem and deal with it alone. Sure they ended up resolving the issue but for how long.
I would no longer ever consider purchasing a car from Donway after watching how they treated my friend. 20+ years of being a customer apparently doesn’t mean much to them so I’ll take my business and purchase somewhere else.

From the moment I walked in this dealership, I knew I was going to get treated well. I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. I walked in with my GT350R, which I have purchased from another dealership as I was having rattles all over the dashboard and I was conveniently close to Donway Ford at that time.
Michael Chang, my service advisor, went above and beyond to take care of me. He is very knowledgeable about the brand, and in the automotive industry and has a genuine passion for cars. He was also very patient and thorough with demonstrating the issue. It turns out that it was only a loose clip under the dashboard. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.

My friend gave me Paul's number. And I made appointment on the next day.
The most part I like about the appointment, Paul told me there is shortage on inventory, and he does not have anything to show me.
But he showed me his own truck and let me know the difference between his and the one I am getting.
To be honest, this will be my first truck, It does not really matter if it is same look or not. But Paul put great effort on the deal.
I really appreciate his help, I will definitely come back to Paul after 48 month lease.

We found one and Paul stayed over 3 hours late till we arrived so we wouldn't miss our chance to buy it. He was so friendly and not pushy at all. I wish there was a zero-star rate. This dealership gave us the worst services ever. We paid some down payment for a Fusion model and due to some financial changes in our budget we decided to cancel the purchase. They are refusing to give us back the down payment. We have talked to a few people from sale representative to manager and to accounting department... they simply don't want to pay back the deposit. If any one who has some relevant information, please tell me how should we get our money back.
