After driving the sales lady Michelle crazy with dozens of emails about these trucks, I took the hour long drive up to the blackstock dealership and am I ever happy I did ! Michelle was very good at answering all my questions and had me signing for this beast of a truck in a matter of an hour.By far my best experience at any dealership in over 30 years of purchasing new vehicles. My wife and I have had several vehicles serviced, purchased new tires and rims and had our good weather tires changed with our snow tires annually. They have stored our tires at a very reasonable cost. We've had our brakes serviced, oil and filters changed and many minor issues repaired without out charge. This is an exceptionally well organized and well run operation. The best service operation we've dealt with!

The staff is just to comfortable with knowing that if you don’t buy it, someone else will. Warranty person went as cold as ice when we did not buy the extended Ford warranty. We couldn’t believe the change in attitude! The vehicle was not cleaned out prior to us picking it up. There was plastic and gloves left in the van, muddy foot print all the way thru the cargo area! And when we asked about some sort of compensation for that, they offered us a $25 gift card to Bad Dog Mods, which they own! $25 dollars! At an automotive performance shop! That Blackstock Ford owns! Not happy at all with the service. Sorry, but that is how I feel. I can’t tell you where to buy your next Ford, but I can sure tell you, it shouldn’t be from Blackstock Ford!

Attended Blackstock Ford as result of recall notice on my 2018 F150. Recall was to replace lock system on tailgate to prevent accidental opening while travelling.
Attended for warranty repair and was told it only needed to be inspected. I presented the recall notice.
The repair was not done and the service advisor told me the recall was from Ford not Blackstock.
Had I attended 3 weeks earlier the parts would have been replaced. Blackstock advised it is not their problem and to take it up with Ford.

I have an Expedition Platinum that was scheduled for a service recall and regular maintenance. I don't know if it's all Ford dealerships or just Blackstock but this dealership does the bare minimum when accommodating customers during service calls. I was advised that they do not provide courtesy vehicles. This was a reasonable excuse during Covid but why now? Also advised they don't offer shuttle service even within town limits.
I also own a Subaru and always had a courtesy vehicle even during Covid.

Furthermore, they offered to drop me off using my own vehicle and would charge me $20. I have never heard of this. It's $86,000 vehicle and i also have the 5 year service plan and this is what they provide for their customers. So much for going above and beyond. The customer service person unwilling to help. Will never buy another Ford again.

The whole process didn’t take long and when I picked it up I was explained again in person the breakdown of my report paperwork. Always wanted to get myself a Mach 1. Reached out to Blackstock via their online portal, got talking to Riley Murphy one of the newer sales rep who played an instrumental role and went over and above to make the entire purchase process seamless. The Financing Approval process was quick and easy. Signed all docs online. The Dealership respected all my Pre-Delivery instructions which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival at the Dealership , my car had a paint chip the size of pin head on the drivers side wheel arch, which was very efficiently taken care of by the Service Manager Tiffany Hanyk who was very diligent and made sure it got fixed correctly and in a timely fashion. The Dealership was following all the Health and Safety protocol's during these pandemic times, which was very reassuring as well. Overall good CX.

Above and beyond... what a phenomenal experience my wife and I had at this location. We were in the process of getting prepared to test drive a Ford Escape hybrid, when we were lucky enough to meet the owner. Us three started chatting about hybrids and electric cars ,we both mentioned the Ford Mustang Mach E. Then we brought up the idea of how fun it would be to drive one and the fact its a Mustang. Then by surprise the owner told us we could drive his Mustang Mach E which he had on the lot. He said we could follow him to a location he owned in town ,and then we can drive back the Ford Escape Hybrid for the test drive we originally planned. My wife drove the owners personal vehicle how cool is that!! We were both in awe I was filming with my phone and we were both just on top of the world. What a wonderful experience we had no words to describe it! You just had to be there. Sometimes life is not about material things but the experience and that was all so true here....Thank you Blackstock Ford for the wonderful experience....

I bought a used vehicle in February 2020 which came with a second set of tires and rims for winter. The sales person offered Blackstock to store and replace the worn tires with one's with more tread. I agreed.

I called this week to make arrangements to pick up my tires and rims, but they said they don't have them and that I picked them up when I picked up the vehicle. I am not impressed.

The Short: I am from Manitoba and came all the way to Orangeville, ON to buy my PP2 Mustang. I am absolutely satisfied with Blackstock Ford in every way! No pressure sales (Cheers Steve!), all paper work (there was extra being out of Province, thanks Theresa!), and requested check boxes were made. I fully recommend this dealer for your next Ford purchase and I can see myself being a repeat customer in the future, thanks Jim Carson for the phone chat!

The Long: I am can be a difficult person to please, I am very particular as well. I GET that a dealership (and sales personal) have to make a profit somewhere... I loathe non-transparency, hidden better deals, "Did I pay TOO much!?"... I have run the math many times and here is the thing... Ford offers different discounts with different financing options depending the time of year. Further to the end of the year (before the new model year), you'll see better deals. THE GOOD THING is, Blackstock Ford advertises this, as best price, hassle free, straight up. You may be able to find a car cheaper (maybe by price comparison), but I bet it is a price match, slightly to beat at best (to their loss) to be up to speed with Blackstock. It doesn't leave wiggle room, but the price up front is a better peace of mind.

No pressure sales, rather, FRIENDLY sales personal. I have a guard upfront when it comes to sales personal (it must be a tough gig I admit). However, Steve Karsch is fantastic. It took (date to date) over 15 months to close a sale; anyone out there top that? First inquiring June 2019 to actual purchase Sept 2020. He (at worst if you want to call it "pressure") would send me an occasional email to see where I might be at with a Mustang purchase. Speaking of emails, I am pretty sure between the two of us we passed atleast 100 emails, some of which were specific requests/instructions I required of the car (all were met). I think lastly is testament to sincerity; emails between me and Steve have not stopped. He reached out to make sure all was well (I drove the car 2100 km/s home from the dealer), shared pictures, laughed, and I honestly believe I'll be able to drop an email of updates with the car and they'll be welcomed. Steve has done everything right through the whole process and I hope that I'm either a repeat customer OR if *ever* I buy another vehicle at another dealer, they are as awesome. *Cheers Steve man!*

Paper work. Being out of province makes a few things tricky, for one (and as of writing this, it's still in the process), but we don't have HST here. Theresa and Blackstock Ford's skip-the-showroom make everything electronically possible from start to finish. Theresa (thank you), like Steve answered dozens of emails, worked very hard to forward me all the required paper work, issue me requested paper work I required to acquire my local insurance. Emails were returned very quickly, phone calls made or received when needed / was best. It's impressive how actual seamless and easy buying a car from 2100 km/s away through emails (mostly) is!

If I HAD to literally search for any negative, it would be the rust proofing (which is an amazing value IMO for $150, added to sale) was still wet + runny... In fairness that was a last minute addition I made so there was a tight window to get it done. Steve gave me some fresh clean rags from the shop to take with me.

Lastly; I missed meeting Jim Carson (President), but he gave me a personal phone call and we chatted all good things for 15 minutes. Great PR follow up.

In conclusion, I think there is a good reason why indeed they lead the industry and I am happy that I found their dealership to fit me into the right car I was looking for! I couldn't not be happier with a dealership / dealership experience - if only they were all like this.

Am a happy customer and would be happy to be a returning customer.

Do yourself a favour and go to the dealership in Shelburne or any other dealership for that matter !!! nothing but problems been lied to since the start lied to about the truck itself then completely lied to about the warranty there warranty is useless and we got the most expensive one. And don’t even think Bad dog Modifications will be any better it’s the same owner and if something happens there the owner of Ford would not take responsibility asked three times now to speak with him and have had nothing but the run around. The service department is a complete joke and is very disorganized. Over three plus hours to get a simple oil change on a warranty covered and not even a blink of a eye or a apology are you kidding me. The list goes on and on

First off no complaints about the people they are very friendly and nice. I had an appointment at 2:30 for oil change and regular maintenance and waited for 2.5 hrs for it to be completed. I live out of town and have no option except to wait while it is serviced which I said when making the appointment. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told because I had asked about some noises and it takes a bit longer, which I totally understand. However since you have to wait outside I could see my truck did not get taken into the shop until over an hour after my appointment. A total waste of an afternoon for something that only took just over an hour once it finally got looked at.

I have been going to Blackstock for a few years now and enjoyed my experience, however I brought my truck in to have my wiper blades fixed as it need a new pivot and arm . The cost for the job was definitely more than what I expected but normally you pay big money at the dealership . The cost for labour was outrageous ($300), and it took less than 45 mins to do. The real disappointing part was they didn’t even replace the wiper blades , you would think if you paid $460 for a new wiper job you would get new wipers .

Have a 2011 escape with a malfunctioning body control module in to change it service suggests I have it checked first and I agreed mechanic came back saying dash not working would need another 2-3 hours to test it before he could test body control module......of course dash not working it is controlled by the malfunctioning B.C.M. unit ....when paying 120.00 per hour I expect an experienced mechanic who can read a wiring diagram and sound advice not working by process elimination I have owned 9 ford vehicles the last 4 have all had A/C issues FORD has lost my business

I've just taken delivery of my 7th vehicle from Jim Carson and his team. Once again, they have been fair, friendly and massively accomodating of my needs and changes during the buying process. They helped me customize my 2012 Titanium Focus making it the nicest one from their lot to date. They really try to make sure the customer gets good value for their money. I live 40 minutes away from the dealership yet make the trip for service on both my vehicles on schedule because of the care they offer me. We could not have had a better experience right from the front door to all the staff to the financial department to upper management. Everything they said ever time frame they gave was meet. From one business to another BlackStock is doing it right....we have no problem putting our stamp of approval on this company. My wife stated after the experience as a woman she would totally feel comfortable entering this dealership and looking and negotiate for a vehicle all on her own.
