My f150 didn’t start at an Airbnb I was staying at with my wife. I managed to get it’s started up and the engine light had come on and stayed. I didn’t have my code reader with me so thought I’d stop in and see if they could just clear it for my 3 hour drive back home. All techs were on lunch but told me to come back in 20 mins. As soon as they were back they pulled my truck right in and cleared for me and I was on my way 15 mins later. Staff was very friendly and happy to help me out!
Just received my new Ford Lightning last week from Pringle Ford. The sales team was great to work with from ordering the vehicle to delivery day, and worked hard to ensure that I benefited from a recent price drop. Definitely more personalized service at this dealership than others I've worked with in the past. Didn't feel like a number when I walked through the door.
Well, I saw two mechanics for wheel bearings, tire balancing and suspension issues. It was not steering right so I finally was in the area and able to see Travis and his wonderful team. They noticed almost immediately after a test drive that my rear left leaf spring was busted. That is what I pay for - correct results! This team delivers and have helped me add years onto the life of my truck (2008 F150). I did not fill out the survey they sent as I felt this was a much better way of saluting their polite, professional (and down to earth) efforts. Bought a brand new ford ranger lariat edition. Started rusting under 40kms. Transmission not working properly. No help from dealer or ford.
No warranty coverage. Brand new vehicle and no customer support.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with, made picking up my vehicle very easy, as I was coming from out of town. I haven't purchase a new vehicle in a long time, but Mark made the process quite easy, would definitely recommend dealing with Mark.
I recently received a recall for my Ford Fusion from Ford, warning that "in the event of a crash that causes deployment of the driver airbag, the driver airbag inflator in your vehicle may explode causing sharp metal fragments to potentially strike the driver or other occupants causing serious injury or death".
I tried to reach out to Ford Pringle multiple times, left voicemails and even had my common law partner attempt to do the same, but there was simply no way to reach service or to have Trevor call us back to even discuss the recall. I eventually called the sales department and was promised to have Trevor call us back, but still no call. After an exhausting 10 days, we lost all hope from this dealership as they seem to only be interested in selling new vehicles for high interest rates and don't care if customers require a service on a recall that can cause serious injury or death.
I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but the experience I've had with this dealership has truly left me baffled.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. I have dealt with over 10 different dealerships in my life and have never had such an exceptionally terrible service. I called another Ford dealership in Belleville and was instantly able to get a hold of the service department within the first call and they instantly put in an order for the new part to address this extremely dangerous recall as soon as possible. If you are considering going to Ford Pringle, I recommend spending 20 minutes driving over to the Ford dealership in Belleville, as they will answer the phone to address a potentially deadly recall and show respect to a loyal ford customer.

1200 to replace the rear window. When you spend 30,000 on a truck it should be in working order.

I purchased a 2021 Mustang Convertible from Mark at Pringle Ford this week. Mark was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, honest and genuine. Called and tried to book an appointment to get a recall done on my Mustang approximately 6 months ago. Said they would call me back when they could fit me in. Never received a call back. Very disappointing esspecially now that the car is put away for the winter. I'm sure if I was purchasing a vehicle I would have gotten a call back. This is my only experience in dealing with them at this time.
Semi quick service, which then includes forgetting to reset oil life, change out old oil change reminder sticker, and not rotate tires like they are supposed to with a "works" package. Over a month later, my issues I've brought to their attention have still not been addressed. Car was given back with paint overspray, and dirty drivers area. Don't bother trying to get ahold of them, as they wont answer phones. Dont bother leaving any messages for them to get back to you to address issues, as they wont. Also, get used to hearing "I'll get right back to you" and never hearing from them again. 👎👎
Recently purchased a 2019 Mustang off the lot while on vacation in Picton. I’ve owned many vehicles and the sales experience was quick, stress free and no nonsense. Called in to Pringle Ford on the Thursday morning, We had an urgent issue with our truck and needed it serviced as soon as possible.
The Service manager was quick to oblige and scheduled us to come in the same day at noon. By 2pm that day we had a diagnosis and quote for the repair. By Friday at noon they had the work completed and ready for her to be picked up.
Staff was very kind and friendly, they got it done so quickly.
We had much appreciated the quick time as we came in to town to visit a relative for a day which then quickly turned in to an overnight trip.
The only downfall I had was their inability to properly explain the bill when it increased 25% from the verbal price over the phone. They were ok with their customers walking away confused with very little understanding of the increase.
All in all quite happy with our experience with Pringle Ford thank you for helping us threw our car troubles.

Had an oil change and my tires changed over for the season. Speedy service. Very friendly staff. This was my first time going to a dealership for service. Didn't cost as much as I thought a dealership would. Will take my vehicles back for service again.
They don't live up to what they say. They can't fix a door!! DON'T take your car or truck here if you want it fixed right! 3 years to fix a door and its not fixed yet! Im disabled and only one door works on a 2012 Ranger 4x4 FX4.
My Insurance company looked at my truck and they found so much wrong with the work that it all has to be redone!! Masking tape around wires, parts not replaced or missing. It is no wounder they wouldn't fix it because they are incapable. Shame Shame Shame This is not " Quallity Job 1." They will make all kinds of promises but in the end they want your money any way they can. Lie to you and run and hide!!!
