Couldn't go low enough with the stars. Purchased 3 vehicles from these guys, only to have them avoid me after the 3rd. They sold me a lemon and wouldn't take responsibility to fix it properly. Then, once all is said and done stop answering emails and phone calls. Servicing on prior vehicles nothing but a headache. Always trying to pull the wool over my eyes. i would NOT recommend buy a car from these guys.
I was happy and surprised on how fast they were on responding back on emails. I was able to be in contact with the sales advisor constantly from start to finish. Prices on the car was fair conpare to the big city dealers and they gave me a great price on my car that I traded it in. It was worth driving almost 7 hours back and forth. Thanks Sal!

Please do your due diligence when buying a used car from this dealership. I spoke to a sales associate a few times before driving a very long distance to test and buy a 2019 blue Kia forte. I got there about half hour earlier than we had discussed. The car was sitting out and sprayed down with a very strong spray that smelled like acetone and another antiseptic like amonia or bleach to mask a smell. I was told that it was sprayed down because when the car sits in the sun it develops a musky smell and he wanted the car to smell nice. Took it for a drive and it felt fine but when i looked under the carpets and bolts that held the back seats and there was rust and obvious water damage. After i confronted the associate and the manager told me i was wrong and that they stood by their vehicle. We found out the car was purchased through an auction in Quebec and that they knew nothing about what i was talking about (out right denied everything). My heart goes out to the poor customer that doesnt know how to check a car properly and ends up with this lemon. They will reply to this in a very cordial manner but dont let that fool you. All of this is the result of either very shady practice or extreme incompetence. Either way be careful when you visit this dealership.
I couldn't recommend this dealership enough!! I bought my first car the other day with the help from Matthew Leckie and it was a fabulous experience and completely seamless. He explained everything to me in a way that was clear and understandable, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly and patient. All I had to do was show up and sign some papers. I highly recommend you reach out to Matthew if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership!
The first representative I dealt with, Darren, was amazing. He took very good care of men and was a pleasure to deal with. When I was looking to renew my lease I explored different dealers and went back to lally to give them chance to match my deal. Their price was double what I had been offered. The process of buying out my Ford was made unnecessarily painful by an associate named Austin who admittedly had no clue about a variety of issues and proceeded to mouth off when I asked about the confusion in the process. I have no brand loyalty and would have considered dealing with southpoint again in the future, but I have no time for disrespect and incompetence.
The issue was never about what other dealership I was in contact with, which shouldn't affect how you treat your customers anyhow, but was the fact that I was juggled back and forth between three of your employees for two weeks before yoi could provide an accurate buyout price for my vehicle. It was noteworthy that when I finally was able to come and buyout my truck I witness another disgruntled customer leaving your establishment, and I quote, "This is why your customers are taking their business elsewhere!"

In July of 2020, I was having buyers remorse after purchasing my gray 2016 Lexus RX350 from another dealership and although I LOVED the SUV, the color was IDENTICAL to my other car. So I decided to trade it in because I wasn’t happy despite spending so much money. After visiting several car dealerships throughout Southern Ontario and not really being taken seriously by any of the sales people there ( I’m in my 20’s) visiting Lally Southpoint Ford in Leamington was a sigh of relief, as soon as my brother and I stepped into the showroom we were greeted with warm smiles and right off the bat they knew exactly who we were which sales person we had spoken to over the phone and the white Lexus RX we had come to see. My salesperson Eugene Trepanier was an extremely friendly and professional salesperson answered all my questions, explained everything very thoroughly and gave me a very fair trade in value. Eugene and his wife even drove my Lexus to London to me during delivery day to swap cars. When we met up Eugene also had a bag of goodies for us! In it was a delicious lemon loaf baked by Eugene’s wife and it was absolutely delicious 😋. That is customer service! Big city car dealerships could never! It’s almost been a year since I’ve had my Lexus and I still get so excited driving it! I Would definitely buy from here again!

Customer service at this dealership seems to be lacking. You put your vehicle in for an appointment at 10:00 am and are told you will get a call when it is ready. At 3:00 pm you call to check and are told , oh sir your vehicle is next to go in ! Hmmmmmm. Counting the approximate 2 hours for the service to be done , it being a Friday afternoon and the 6:00 pm closing time of the service department, I'm only guessing if I would have gotten my vehicle back for the weekend. Oh and I haven't mentioned either the 10 days it took for me to get an appointment. I went to the dealership and drove my vehicle home. Sad to have written such a review but first impressions are usually lasting impressions and mine of Lally Southpoint Ford and not impressive.
We bought our new Lincoln here. Were told we would receive a free bottle of wine but never did.We did get new batteries in both remotes since they both showed low batteries. That was more important to us.
Eugene at the Leamington dealership was wonderful. He took the time to explain a lot of the functions of my new (used) car. They gave me a great price for my trade in (and his wife even baked me a lemon loaf)!!
There were a few issues with the car but they stepped right up and repaired them without charging me. I will definitely be back for my next car.

Very accommodating customer-service attitude. I took advantage of their pickup and deliver service which was very convenient. I was able to carry on with my work day while my car was serviced. They found an issue that was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and repaired this item in the same service appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend their repair services to others. In fact I am having some additional repair work done to my car this week.

The close-knit, country like atmosphere is much better than trying to look for cars in the city dealerships where they're constantly pushing for sales.
