Everything went well. I called 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night and the salesperson, Gail Shankland, was so helpful and polite. She continued that great service into Saturday and (unexpectedly) even after hours!
I love cars, and buy a lot of them. The "important customer" feel was best delivered by Gail.
I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, but this was the first time I’ve walked into a dealership looking for something to essentially run a business out of. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Molnar at grimsby ford who walked me through different options and packages that he thought would be most useful. He wasn’t pushy like most sales people tend to be, he listened to my preferences/ needs, and got me into exactly what I was looking for. Steve checks in regularly with me and schedules my routine maintenance even though that isn’t his job. He goes above and beyond and I will most certainly purchase my next vehicle from him without a doubt.

I was looking for a first car and I decided to get a F-150. I got a 6 inch lift kit installed before I picked it up. Big up Rico in service that boy knows how to twist a wrench. I figure a big truck will seal the deal with the current girlfriend. (She thinks I’m compensating). I forget the sales guys name but he was an absolute beauty.. anyway these guys are top notch. Thanks guys the girlfriend loves it thanks for talking me into the bigger back seat. 😜
After visiting several dealerships looking for a new car we chanced upon the Grimsby Ford Dealership. We were welcomed by Marlene who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. She appraised us of our options and was able to answer all our queries. We are very happy with our purchase.
Marlene the sales person was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Bronco Sport I wanted to look at. After the test drive i was impressed with the ride. Grimsby Ford also provided me with a very fair trade for my Mustang. I purchased the new Bronco Sport and was happy that all paperwork and delivery was completed so quickly, everyone made it very easy for me to switch vehicles. Marlene also followed back up with me after my purchase to ensure that everything was going well with the new Bronco and if I had any questions or concerns.
I met with Gail. Fantastic lady. Offered me straight away hands on with the vehicle. I was able to sit, touch, measure, “kick the tires”. Gail answered each and every question, and the one she couldn’t she googled. (I had asked if the hybrid qualifies for green plates- turns out No. Only plug-ins and pure Electric quality now).
Grimsby Ford has been my lucky dealership. Got to see the new Mach-e on site and now my next vehicle the Maverick hybrid.

Is there a 5 star PLUS rating? There should be for Grimsby Ford's Marlene Farrow. She could not have given us better service if we had been royalty. As seniors, we often speak of service we received in 'days gone by'. In this day and age we are surprised that the Marlene Farrow's out there still exist. It's usually "here's your keys..goodbye".
Even the pick up date convenient to us was the morning of her flight out west. Talk about a shining example of service! As well, we commented on the cleanliness of this dealership and the friendly greetings of other staff. A true positive experience. And yes, we love our new Ford Fusion..Much thanks

Absolutely Stunning Customer Service! - I have bought and sold many vehicles in my time and have also worked in the industry myself for a number of years so I'm already a tough customer to please by nature. However, Grimsby Fords claim to "Ontario's friendliest auto dealer" is accurate and true. Marlene my salesperson was fantastic to deal with! She was very helpful, informative and thorough. Cherie in the F&I department made financing my new Bronco a breeze. Her attention to detail and constant communication in the purchase was amazing. I normally never leave reviews but I feel like Grimsby Ford deserves it. Sally was such a delight on the phone and booked my appointment with ease. I was able to pull my Escape into the drive thru so I didn’t get wet from the rain. I was greeted by Kim and she took care of everything for me. The level of service I received was amazing. The smallest thing that made it even better the gave my Escape a car wash. Thanks everyone
As a non-ford vehicle owner I have continued to bring my car in for service at this dealership due to the level of service I receive. Advisors, service manager and technicians have always been thorough and helpful. They also have the most friendliest porter around!

Stopped in to enquire about the Ford Bronco and Bronco sport. A very nice sales person came out immediately and I was grateful for the instant service. I had a few questions I was hoping to have answered including how many they might have available or have access to. My car is already sold so I’m looking to buy quickly. But even though I enquired right away about availability, when a customer who was waiting on having service done wandered over for a look I was completely ignored and forgotten. I heard the salesman say “He’s a good customer..” and then he went to talk to him. Never looked back at me. This is after he already told me the vehicle we were looking at was sold anyway. Thanks so much for nothing. Heading to a dealership in Burlington now.

Went to get my 3 motor mounts bushing changed.
I was quoted 7hrs of labor to get the job done.
As I was told many times by many different person this was a three hr job, I refused to get the job done at the quoted shop time. I went to my trusted mechanic and he got it done in two hrs. This makes me wonder the kind of shenanigans dealership can pull on customers without them suspecting any different. I won't come back here

5 Stars for our sales rep Cole, who went above and beyond to make sure we drove off in our new Ranger. Although our experience with him was great, his sales manager on the other hand was absolutely cold and was willing to let the sale fall through based on a slight discrepancy on our trade in value.
It’s a shame that our experience was tarnished based on the cheapness of the sales manager who would not stop fixating on the tires of our trade-in (which were in better condition than he let off). If you ever have the displeasure of dealing with the used vehicle sales manager, I would advise you to walk away and find a better deal for your used car.

1st post: Great sales staff and friendly people, I have bought 2 new and 2 used vehicles here in the past 5 years and it's been great. But service is brutal, be prepared to wait. Not the first time I've had to wait too long for something simple. Took two and a half hours for oil change and to get a tire plugged .....that's unacceptable. Chewed up half my Saturday waiting, I was told an hour which is also too long as it is but went for a walk and a coffee for an hour and came back and had to wait another hour and a half.
2nd post: My vehicle needed warranty work and I asked if I can bring it in Saturday and was told Saturday they don't do diagnostics so I could not bring it in. Ok so then I asked what time are you guys open till in the evening during the week, I was told 5pm. I work out of town till 5pm everyday so when the heck am I supposed to bring it in? Every time I deal with grimsby Ford lately I'm let down and I'm a Ford guy....what a shame!
My sales rep was Robert he was first class. He came out when I first came by and opened the vehicle and turned it on I sat in top up and down. My Mustang gt convertible is fantastic. Thanks Robert 😊 🙏. I sold cars for 15 years. Its not an easy Job. Keep up the Great work

The service department is a joke. There's a reason why they are the friendliest dealership because they want your hard earned money. I went in for tire change over and mentioned to the lady at the desk that the controls on my seat weren't working. While I get they were busy, but she immediately said it will be approximately $120 just to have someone look at it regardless of the problem. Great customer service in 2019!!!!!!! Only thing worst than buying a Ford is buying a Ford at this dealership. Stay away...
Don't let them steal your money, you work too hard for them to steal it and make excuses.
Kim in the service dept. did a fantastic job, took care of my scheduled maintenance and was able to iron out a challenging ongoing unrelated service issue. Customer communication was great.

Oh my goodness! Never in my life have i ever experienced such an amazing salesmen in my life! Rob is who helped me and my step dad. He helped me with all my questions i had. He worked it perfectly and he adjusted things for me and he made everything perfect for me and what i needed and wanted. He was absolutely wonderful! Amazing Experience. Clint was very helpful in finding me a new car after my old one died. He wasn’t pushy and understood what I was looking for and my price range. Cherie in financing was also amazing, she wasn’t pushy either and explained everything and then let you decide what extras to get and what are worth it for the long run. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go back their again.
Excellent sales team. Service department is completely useless. Twice we've had warranty issues with them regarding a windshield and now we're in the middle of it again. I will not get another vehicle from them nor will I recommend them for anyone else just because of the service department.

Had a transmission fault light come on in my 2014 Escape. Took it in to these guys and all I have to say is wow! They took care of the problem very quickly and gave me red carpet service even though I purchased from a different dealership. From now this is the only dealership I will go to! This was my first new car purchase ever, and the staff at Grimsby Ford were superb. I got the car I wanted, at a price that worked, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Clint helped me evaluate the pros and cons of choosing new vs used, considered my intended use/needs/wants in a vehicle in helping me choose the Fiesta, and did so without making me feel pressured or rushed. The financing staff were similarly great, arranging everything for me and ensuring I knew what paperwork to bring to complete the sale. :)
Communications were super quick - from the time I made contact with Ford via email to the time I was connected to the team via voice as well as email was under an hour, and they were available for my questions and providing updates all the way through the process.
