The breaks of my Ford Fusion was faulty and I stopped by at Concept Ford on short notice and explained the my dilemma - Tanya with a warm smile noted that if I was willing to leave my car for the day they would take care of the issue despite their existing commitment to other customers. She also inquired without me asking if I’d be needing a shuttle, which was provided. I’d like to also say shuttle driver was hilarious - we had a laugh all through the drive home.

Barely 1 hour after I dropped my car, Tanya reached out to me saying that the issue with the car has been identified and my car will be ready for pickup the next day (I was amazed because I was expecting my car to be at the shop for at least 3 days).

The next day my car was ready. I picked and to my amazement, the car was carefully wiped down, sanitized and my seats back to its original position (attention to detail).

Thank you Tanya and Concept Ford for the quick turnaround and for the amazing service. If I could give 7 stars, I will.

Horrible experience with this dealership, I purchased my 2019 F150 when I had purchased it I had made a deal for service (oil change) to be waved when I come in. When it came time for service dealer said this deal was never made and made me pay for services. Afterwards I contacted my sales person and he said this deal was very true and will find a solution. The dealer did not call did not try to fix this problem, whenever I would call to discuss they would tell me managers are “busy” not once but on multiple occasions. Horrible service and staff extremely rude for no reason. Would not recommend this dealer at all.

I took my car in for diagnostic as my car is leaking oil and as well as other issues. They did a good diagnostic, as they found already known issues with the car and nothing extra. I was happy they were pretty thorough however when it comes to customer service and advice, there was none. They told me what the cost is and off I go. I didn’t get any solid advice as to what I should fix “for now” as the cost of the labour and parts have gone over what the car is valued. The car runs well just maintenance just came due all at once. I was expecting them to kinda work something out with me but didn’t get that. Unlike Mazda of Brampton where they would try to prioritize what to fix so that it’s not overwhelming for the customer to get their vehicle serviced all at once. Overall I would just rate them 2.5 stars Just average nothing to really make them stand out amongs other dealers

This was my first visit. We moved to the neighborhood in February. I took my car (Range Rover Sport) in last week to change my winter tires, just like every other year. I was absolutely shocked/flabbergasted when I was presented with my invoice. Believe or not, I was charged $156 (before tax) for balancing 4 tires; that’s $39 for balancing a single tire. In the past, I had used private tire shops and the dealership; it had NEVER cost me more than $10-$15 to balance each tire.
I don’t believe that it is reasonable/fair to take advantage of your customers during a national crisis. I must say that I really appreciate the fact that these people are still working to serve the public when most of us are either off work or working from home.

Never, Never, Never, go to this branch. They easily change their word. You can not trust them at all. I paid deposit to bought a truck 150 from them that had an accident before and asked them to let me check with my mechanic. They accept at first but when I brought the car to my mechanic, they called me that I can not check the truck and they didn't trust my mechanic. !!!!!! They just waste my time 2 times.

I took my 2009 Sport.Trac in for an oil change and on the way in it stalled and the engine light came on. So, my quick oil change turned into a more major repair. Jim at the Concept service desk set up the additional diagnostic and repair immediately with my favourite service tech, Dave, and the repairs were completed smoothly ( with a lot of labour) including road testing to validate the repair. My only issue is that I took the vehicle in on Thursday and on Friday afternoon I was told the vehicle would be ready late Friday or Saturday. Having no updates I called Saturday afternoon to be told it would not be ready till Monday. It would have been nice to have been called and informed of the added delay so that I could have made alternate arrangements to get through the weekend. That would have taken my rating to 5 stars.

Concept Ford is so wonderful to deal, I honestly suggest making the trip to do business with them if your not from town, you will not be disappointed!! I was having issues with my vehicle (check engine light came on) and both Brampton fords refused to help me until the new year, Concept ford took my car in the same day I called to diagnose the issue, let me know if it was safe to drive (which is super important to me because I have 2 kids who are always in the car with me) Jim was so wonderful to deal with, his customer service was excellent, his communication was awesome and just the whole concept Ford team was great to deal with. After diagnosis the issue with my vehicle they ordered the part and had my car back in the following week to fix it and it was done in a day! Dealership Disaster.
Bought a 2019 Ford, car was damaged with dents and dings, said they would fix it as they had to pick up the car from another dealership. Told us they would have it repaired. Repair took 3 weeks to fix, not to mention the replacement part they put on was damaged again. What a disaster. BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not care about their customers. Their Sales Manager, Jordan, said we should have never received the car, yet they sold it to us!! We tried to escalate to their GM, he is the son of the owner and was given the company by his father. John Elliot was very rude telling us, including my mother, that there is only 1 way, his way, or no way. They gave us a discount on the tires as all the issues we had. When we came to get some warranty work done, there was a disagreement and things were a little tense, they called us the next day after the work was STILL NOT DONE! and told us we were no longer allowed at the dealership to get the work done. What world do we live in that if a customer, myself, is upset and arguing with no physical or verbal threats, no course language, or being offensive, then being told that because of a disagreement they no longer are allowing their customers on the premises. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR HERE. BIG MISTAKE! HEAVEN FORBID YOU GET UPSET THAT YOUR CAR WASN'T FIXED AS THEY TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE. DIRECT BAN. We are not the first customer as told by their staff that they have banned. Probably won't be the last. FORGOT TO MENTION THEY OVER CHARGED US AND WILL NOT LET US GET OUR CREDIT BACK!

One small negative about the purchase of my vehicle was that I was told I would get a full tank of fuel but only got 3/4 of a tank. Sales person said that they give $100 toward filling the tank but he would take care of the difference to make a sale. This didn't happen.
Other than that I am enjoying my new second hand vehicle.

I hoped that the dealership near my home would provide decent service. I was unpleasantly surprised. I had purchased a detailing which had costed me approximately 200 dollars and what I got was the equivalent of me wiping down my interior and wheels with store bought orange cleaner. My car did smell nice, but a detailing (to my understanding) should be a "detailed" cleaning of the interior. Not to mention, my seats were supposed to be cleaned and shampooed and still retained mild stains that had accumulated. No shampoo had been administered at all which made me believe that it had been overlooked/forgotten or chosen to not be done since the customer might not notice. The service I recieved was definitely not professional service and I would have expected better from such a high price point. I could have just gone to an independent cleaning service and gotten a better price and service. Good luck to anyone going here for a detailing. I'll be going elsewhere.

Me and my bf came here about a week and a half ago to look at a truck we saw online. Staff was great. We asked to test drive it and were able to in under 15 minutes of arriving. First test drive went great, Craig was helpful and answered questions that we had and explained cool features about the truck. We weren’t ready to sign on it and we passed on the day.

But, the next day, we went back. Test drove it one more time and we signed. It’s the first vehicle that we’ve bought so it was a stressful experience but the staff here were so kind and helpful throughout all of it, answering all our questions and explaining everything in detail. We had some window tint done and we just picked up the truck up last Saturday.

Had a great experience here and would definitely recommend to everyone. Big thank you to Craig especially for helping us get our dream truck!

When I arrived for the appointment they had trouble actually finding the booking cause it wasn't input with my information. Been here a few times for Service. They do what needs to be done . Did have a tire that needed some air got truck back and tire was still low. Checking the pressure is part of the service so not sure if tire pressure was checked ?

One of the most disorganized teams I've ever seen. No one knows what's happening in the dealership! don't expect a follow up call from them, you are the one who has to keep calling them to tell them what is going on. It's been about a month and half that we have purchased our car from them and still not ready to pickup! I thought something was wrong with my power steering turns out it was my steering column. They had ordered the parts at the end of the day because I had brought my car late to the dealership to being with. But I had my car fixed first thing in the morning. So I didn't miss a day of work. I had been here a couple of times and had a great experience. Then my mom went and they saw her coming. A little old lady coming in for just an oil change. They try and sell her a brake wash for 180 dollars. It is a 2 year old car with 30000 km on it. Rotors all the way around. I would have thought an actual dealer would not try and pull this kind of money grab. Be weary of these guys.

The operations manager contacted me directly and advised me that it was a poor choice of words by the service personnel. The term should have been brake service. He offered his apology and we came to a resolution.

Full Story:
I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership through Gordon Clarke, and wanted to outline my experience with thedealership.

A bit of background information – I purchased a Ford Escape 2.5 years ago from another Ford dealership in Ontario. My in-laws approached me a few weeks ago as they were to be purchasing a new Suburu, and asked if I would be interested in joining them to look at some options. While I liked a few models, overall they lacked the modern technology and performance that I expected and desired. Further to that, thes sales associated knew nothing about the cars he was showing me. That brought me back to Ford.

I immediately reached out to the dealer from whom I first purchased from, who despite multiple phone calls and e-mails, took three days to even get back to me. Much like how I approached Gordon, I asked for a “no bullshit” approach and for him to give me the best deal he could up front. Instead, he tried to sell me based on a monthly payment “within my budget”, three days after my initial request for pricing. Needless to say, I wasn’t excited to give him my business. I went to another Ford in Brampton, and after walking around looking for a sales associated, I had to practically beg someone to sell me something. A sales associate finally approached. Again, he knew nothing about the cars that I was inquiring about (Ford Focus and Fusion), and had to refer to the pamphlet for any information that I requested. He instilled very little confidence in me, and once again was not someone to whom I wanted to give my business.

And then I went to Concept Ford. Gordon approached me immediately and presented himself professionally. When I told him I was looking at the Fusion, he immediately took me around the lot to show me their inventory, and took it upon himself to outline the relevant important details of the car (engine size, fuel economy, technology, etc.). He was extremely knowledgeable, and for the few questions I asked that he did not have an answer for, he got me an answer promptly afterwards, and accurate ones to boot. When it came time to discuss numbers, he was very respectful of my requests and while he asked for my business, he wasn’t overly aggressive in doing so. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find the exact specifications that I was looking for in the lot, and we ended up doing a factory order.

I believe very strongly in the value of an attentive and knowledgeable sales associated who actually genuinely cares about his clients, and that is what I found in Gordon. For that reason, I am very confident in my decision to purchase my new car from Concept Ford, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to make sure you look at Ford, and make sure you do that at Concept Ford.

For awhile, I was looking to buy a new car, and visited a number of dealerships. Then a friend recommended Concept Ford. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a salesman who was attentive but not pushy. He answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions and advice. What I found memorable was that he worked with me to find the car that best suited my needs, and never once felt I was pushed into something I didn't need or want. I would highly recommend Concept Ford, the atmosphere there is friendly and welcoming. From my experience, you can go anywhere to buy a car. But if you are looking for great customer service and feel valued as a customer, Concept Ford is the place to go.

I purchased my first brand new car from concept ford, I could not have found a better place to purchse my vehicle.
I was scared, un sure and really didnt have a clue about anything....My salesman was amazing!!!!!! the receptionist is extremely helpful and very ...very kind and the financial manager worked so hard to get me a new car on my own, im very grateful...!! The staff are geniune, knowledgeable and very helpful there just amazing bunch of people . The staff at concept goes over and above for my wants and needs.I felt that they all genuinely cared about my needs in a vehicle. the purchse of my vehicle was effortless.

I also service my vehicle at concept ford and I have no issues with the staff or servicing. I find my service advisor michelle is friendly,knowledgable,honest. I drive from guelph to georgetown everyday and put alot of km's on my car so im at concept ford often for oil changes and other maintenance's, my car is my baby so it only deserves the best!!! the staff are straight forward and they inform me of up coming maintenance so im prepard for my next visit.! they take care of me and my vehicle, I have met the technicians that have worked on my vehicle, they are some great people.. I really mean that... they all have so much knowledge and I trust in there ability to work on my vehicle. I look forward to every visit!!!!

I would reccommend concept ford to anyone and everyone!! I felt I walked in there as a customer and walked out a friend.
