From the minute I walked into a warm welcome, to the day I drove away with my new truck, I had nothing but a positive experience. Robbie my salesman was very knowledgeable, took into consideration my needs and came up with the perfect vehicle for me, and what a sense of humour this guy has..."you killed me Robbie,".Holly took care of all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign the bill of sale. On pick up day he spent time going over all the features it had and made sure I was familiar with them all, and made sure I knew to call him if I needed to go over anything again, or if I was unsure of any of them. He introduced me to the service department and let me know they would help to accommodate any service around my schedule. Bought a 2023 f150 in April. Needed more towing power for our new camper but did not want to move up to a 3/4 ton. Larry helped us find a 2023 on the lot that met our payload and towing needs in an f150. Tows great and still gives a smooth ride when not towing. Our 2020 f150 was given an above expectation trade in so all around positive experience. Thanks.

I went to Miller Hughes to buy a 2022 F-150 with a Black Appearance Package. Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them as the payment was a bit out of my price range, I felt that the sales manager went out of his way to try and get me the best deal he could, as well as explained all of the pricing in detail. I still may purchase a vehicle from them in the future, as I found that they have a very honest and straight forward attitude. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
The people of Miller Hughes are wonderful. After my older truck died, I looked everywhere for a good used truck and saw one online at Miller Hughes which is and hour and 40 minutes from my house. I emailed on a Sunday and was shocked when I received a reply since the dealership was closed. Richard Tessier answered all my questions and gave me his cell phone number and I drove there Monday morning to see the truck. There was no pushiness, no trying to "sell" me the truck and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. With the help of Richard and the lovely Molly Roy, I bought my beautiful new to me truck. At the end of the week, the truck was waiting for me detailed and spotless with a couple of gifts courtesy of Richard Tessier. Thank you Richard, Molly, and everyone who helped get my truck all ready for me. I would highly recommend Miller Hughes Ford! My only regret is that I don't live close enough to use them for all my truck service needs!

I have to give a special shout-out to Will from sales. He is the anti thesis of every negative stereotype about car salespeople. Whether it was out first emails or phone calls I kept waiting for the moment I'd have to have a confrontation regarding something in the pricing or some hidden fees and it never happened. He was open and honest the whole way through and really felt like he was working with me to make my dream truck come true. If ever there was a car salesman who you'd want to have a beer with Will would be that guy.
I have to give a huge shout out to Matt and Matt for their amazing customer service. In the end I wasn’t able to make the deal, but they were so incredible and helpful I actually considered settling for less features than needed. I always enjoy going into the dealership. I have a nice conversation with the salesman that sold me my car and he asks how it is going. The service team is fantastic they bend over backwards to try to make it easy for me. And they try very hard to keep everything clean and sanitized as well. I definitely would recommend Miller Hughes for anyone looking for a new car. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them!
