Terrible experience----got a window sticker price and info from a sales person over email and text. Went to test drive---and then to purchase car and got told by the sales person that it was now $11k more than sticker and MSRP!! Emailed Ford and the dealership general manager and never heard anything back about this unethical and illegal technique and would give them zero stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT SCREWS PEOPLE OVER. STAY AWAY---FAR AWAY.

All the employees we interacted with at Terrence Ford Lincoln were spectacular. Sara was a great point of contact and sales representative. Great place to shop for a new Ford car or Truck. The showroom is a throwback of the 80s but the sales folks make up for it by making you feel like you’re family. Never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need and the Service Center is very clean and transparent. It seems like everyone has worked there for a very long time and that’s a testament of the quality and professionalism of the staff.
Sara was polite, patient and very knowledgeable about vehicles. She was very helpful recommending what vehicle would be best for me and she gave me her honest opinion of what vehicles to avoid. She accurately conveyed the pros and cons to whatever vehicle I was considering and she did so without me feeling rushed or pressured. My Husband went in to trade in his car for a lower model to save some money. They were quick in finding the vehicle and even helped us save more money on the financing than we were initially expecting. I recently bought a F150 Lariat from Planet Ford from salesperson Sara who is know with Terrace Ford. She is a great salesperson, very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars and trucks. She took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed in making any decisions. She always stayed in contact with us even though she moved just to make sure our needs were met when we got our truck. Not a lot of salespeople would do that. She made sure we got another salesman to do the final closing his name was Patrick who is also now with Terrace Ford, he explained the truck options in full detail and made sure we understood all the goodies the truck came with.
