Fantastic staff and incredible service. In a world of shady car dealerships and pushy salesmen Fines was a breath of fresh air.
Good sales team. Bad experiences with the service department. Had a package that replaced brake pads for free, came in early before they were worn and they said to come back in 2 months as they weren't worn out. Came back exactly 2 months later and was told they couldn't be replaced due to abuse even though it was hardly driven. Was disappointed they didn't honour their own packages.
Second issue was when my clutch slave cylinder failed. Was told I need a whole new flywheel and clutch and was quoted $3000+. Took it to an independent mechanic who specializes in performance cars and was told it was just a slave cylinder, and that everything else was perfectly fine. Toral cost was $500.
Also overheard them charging a customer $700 for a single wheel bearing.
Sales team was pretty decent though. 9/10 for them. To the owner of Fines Ford please don't bother replying I don't own a ford anymore.
This dealership gets it - they are car enthusiasts, not salesman. I didn't end up getting the car I wanted because someone bought it before I could, but Buvil was very knowledgeable and had a great deal worked out for me. Would definitely shop here again.

Absolutely awful experience in the service department, extremely poor management, NO customer service. I dealt with a “manager” (said in quotations because he should NOT have this title) named George who had a horrible attitude. Would NOT recommend! Go to another Ford! I feel so sorry for the owners for hiring someone who has clearly hurt their business.... go read other reviews from the last 5 months... all have something to say about Fines Fords sad excuse of a service department.

I went to get my free oil change at fines ford and my car was perfectly fine until the service department did the oil change. Five minutes after I drove it off the lot my car started making a strange noise. I called the service department as soon as I got home to advise them of this and they asked me to bring it back. I’m sure they did something to my car because it was fine before I brought it in. They advised me that they did everything correctly for the oil change but there could be something wrong with my brakes. The wanted to charge me 39.95 for a brake inspection. I told them no that I would take the car somewhere else as I just did my brakes not too long ago. Terrible service as I’m sure they did something to the car. Will never go back and will not buy a car there again. Be aware that if you buy a car there and they tell you they will give you a free oil change that they will break something else
We just purchased a vehicle at Fines Ford. Dealt with Pardeep at this dealership. He was very courteous and very professional. We would recommend Pardeep to any of our friends. Very good customer service.
A fine Ford dealership who bent over backwards to help us with an electrical problem we had with our RV. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour of us arriving at their facility and we didn't even have an appointment. Thanks guys for outstanding service. Where would we be without FORD.
I just met with Lisa. She was extremely helpful, and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I had been leaning towards an electric car, however in the end decided on the 2020 Lincoln Corsair. So far it has been great!
At Fines Ford they were not only fast but are very professional in all the aspects of buying a car or truck.
Over my lifetime I have bought a lot of cars and trucks but it is nice to deal with local people who are friendly,courteous and professional Fines Ford would be on top of my list to deal with.

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER
I have been going to Fines Ford Lincoln for over 4 years and I always loved their Service, but especially from this year their SERVICE level become so poor that I won't recommend this place to anyone anymore. At my last service they didn't even change the sticker from Windshield, left car dirty, couldn't find electrical problem in whole day and then local technician found that it was battery problem. They charged 340$ for doing nothing. I used to love this place but my suggestion to everyone is that their service level has gone down alot so don't waste your time with them.
Never ever going back to this place.
I found the staff very friendly and accomodating. I had to go back for a re-call and I was in and out within a 1/2 hr. I was told ahead of time it would be quick.
Love the truck. Never had one before so I'm just getting used to it.
My wife and I just leased a 2020 Explorer Limited last week from Fines Ford.
The whole process and experience was very professional and enjoyable. The Fines Ford Team was great to work with, they were very friendly and accomodating! The new Explorer is fantastic! The new design and finishings are very refined with exceptional quality!
I wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else!

My Review is beyond amazing to Adam Brett who works in the parts department, he is one of the greatest workers I have ever seen and is always there when you need it and he always gets back to you as quickly as possible, always reaches out and makes sure he finds the right part and price for your needs, would recommend him to anyone and anybody for automotive parts! The best service department I have ever delt with. I really cant say enough good things about Fines Ford.
From the moment you arrive they treat you like a person and not just another number.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them from start to finish, they were especially nice and accommodating to my 2 year old son(he didnt want to leave because of all the attention he was getting).Once I left I had a minor issue with my 2013 edge so i went back and they resolved it promptly and with a smile the whole time.
I will never go to another dealership for service because I cant possibly think of anywhere else where I'll be treated so good.

Leslie in service is amazing. No matter how busy she is she always gives you the time of day, and is always very friendly. More often than not she stays to help out past her scheduled shift, and is truly dedicated to her job.

I would to know where my previous Review has gone that was posted / So I'll write another one / 2014 F150 Super Cab Loaded / Custom Backrak installed at Dealership Chipped Paint while Installing it and there solution was to hand me a Touchup Pen / Ordered Custom Leather which they do in house and ordered custom Seat covers ( which were never ordered each time I asked they knew nothing about it ) 4 th time I asked about covers they said there Leather Guy Left them high and Dry / Ordered Weather tech mats and it was over 6 months for them to do up I have factory sub woofer which came with truck they didn't put it in the order for the rear mat and it didn't fit / Gino just hides in the back and pretends to hear nothing/ Mary The sales Lady that I bought the truck from was Great everything after that completely incompetent and no customer service
