I went in on Wednesday to inquire about 2 vehicles that were on the website.
Very impressed with the extent of protection offered and measures in place during Covid 19.
The "salesman" informed me the vehicles were not on site, so he took my information and said he would find out about them and text me.
It's now Saturday and I'm still waiting for the text. I'm assuming if you're advertising vehicles for sale, a few clicks of a mouse, or a phone call can get you the information you need to share with customers. Apparently it's more complicated than that.

Brought my truck in cause it sounded like a deisel, and it's a Ford F-150 EcoBoost. I love my truck and wuz supper excited to hear it's getting a new motor and transmission. But having it for about five days the engine light came on and oil pressure dropped and had no power. So it's back here again, hopefully they can fix their problem!!!

Have a window regulator failure for 2 weeks, at first made an appointment via website, they replied next day, that it's not available, asked for my VIN and dissapeared. Called a service dept. few days later. Made an appointment for today, and arranged vehicle to be picked up by them. Nobody showed up today, tried to call them, kept me on hold for 35min. hanged up after.Went to local repair shop, paid the guys 40$ to stick a peace of wood under the window to keep it closed at least.

They were helpful the first time around when I leased my truck. Fast forward to when my lease was up... did not get quick responses from the sales team. Took 2 weeks and multiple requests to my sales guy to get a trade in value and buyout amount on my truck. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to find a new vehicle. I needed lease buyout info for the new dealership and no one wanted to give it to me. Was directed in circles by reception for 2 days. I was directed to 2 different finance managers who I left voicemails with but never heard back from. Was told to be patient from the lady at reception when I called back in after receiving no response. I was on a timeline trying to buy a new truck before it got got sold to someone else. They also directed me to talk to my lease finance company who I called and was told they couldn’t help me and I needed to deal with the dealership directly. Was then told by reception to talk to the sales guy I bought the truck with, who didn't call me. On the Saturday morning when I was heading to the other dealership to purchase my vehicle I tried calling one last time to get answers. No one answered in sales/reception. I got through to someone in parts and service who told me I should just email the owner to get a quicker answer. This finally got me in contact with the leasing manager who told me the final buyout amount on my truck and said I would get a hard copy the following Monday. Followed up Monday morning, no response from him. Then Monday afternoon, still nothing. Eventually he got back to the other dealership I was working with to purchase my new truck and he was not very quick with getting them answers either. I will not be recommending Barrie ford to anyone. I’m not one to leave a negative review but this was seriously a terrible experience and left me very frustrated.

She was extremely accommodating and helpful in getting a technician to have a quick look and diagnose the problem. She then arranged for my truck to be serviced while I was there and schedule further repairs that were discovered. My visit was very pleasant and a positive experience. Went in to purchase a new vehicle (with Max) and he made the process quick and easy as he has done in the past for me. I picked up my new vehicle less than 24 hours after going in to discuss what I wanted. He went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% happy before leaving the dealership. I went in to book an appointment for my vehicle regarding an electronic warranty issue. I waited 10 minutes to talk to a service representative. She told me that they were booking into the following week but still gave me a card and to call the afternoon service representative. He was pleasant and more than happy to help me and booked an appointment for me next week as per information from the lady that I spoke to face to face. Not impressed with that! I took the time to go and walk in only to be told to call the afternoon guy to book an appointment! Don't bother going in! Just call after 6. They will take care of you much better than the day staff!!!

Barrie Ford stepped up without hesitation in just 2 short weeks after my daughter called them by installing a replacement front passenger airbag in her 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. This was exceptional customer care on Barrie Ford's part. Let me explain. My daughter had been in the Twin Hills Ford dealership (Richmond Hill Ontario) cue for this recall to be performed for the past 8 months. She called them numerous times and even Ford Canada twice all to no avail. That is why Barrie Ford are so fine. They cared.

We had breakfast while we waited which was such a pleasant surprise and very delicious and affordable. While the service advisor Kim was great I was truly disappointed with having to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I did voice this opinion. This was my first service visit since purchasing my new vehicle. Bought a used Ford Escape from another dealer and we chose to go to Barrie Ford for a service. What a amazing experience. The lady who checked us in was great. The service adviser called and kept me informed of what was going on. There technician found another issue that wasn't related to the original service and they called to let me know that it was covered by warranty and asked to keep the vehicle for a extra hour to repair it. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. We will be using their service dept. from here on in.

I want to update my review as I had wonderful service from the car dealer almost 5 years ago when I first bought my car. However the service department is atrocious. I have had my car in multiple times, booking early morning appointment so I can accommodate my day without my vehicle. Barrie Ford fails in taking the vehicle in around the appointment time and at least 5 hours later my vehicle is in the same spot it was left. I understand things can get busy, but there is no communication or attempt to even try to make an effort.

Furthermore, on my most recent service appointment I ask the advisor to have the technician fully go over my car as my warranty was almost at an end and the winter months were about to hit. I got a call saying that 3mm on my breaks were not enough to have them changed, even as I complain that I am having issues coming to a stop. Safety is not Barrie Ford's concern, and that's not only my safety, but the safety of other drivers and the 3 small children in car seats in the back of my car. I have now taken my car to a different dealership, however because Barrie Ford refused to give my car the proper service I am now going to be out an extra $2000 to fix an oil leak that has previously been fixed by Barrie Ford and should have been detected and fixed again under warranty.

Barrie Ford is definitely not into it for the customer or to make it better for me as a single mom with a car full of small children. Safety is NOT their priority. All of this could have been dealt with if they had of gone over my car as requested, even if there was a small $80 dollar fee. But, that should have been done at Barrie Ford for a cost of $80, Barrie Ford was not interested in doing the right thing.
I will not bring my car back nor buy another from this dealership., I will purchase from a dealership that cares about their customers.
And, while at the other dealership and talking about past experience. There were 2 other families that had the same issues with Barrie Ford. I am thinking with this type of issues happening to many other people the life of Barrie Ford is NOT looking good.

I had a 4 p.m. appointment to put on my winter tires, I arrived at 3:20 p.m. and it took till 4 p.m. to finally get by and finalize things with the service advisor. In fact it took over a 1/2 hour just to get my car inside.
The service advisor told me that even though I had a 4 p.m. appointment it would take 2 hours to get my tires on and have a oil change, as there were many cars ahead of me, that did not seem to have an appointment time.
While my car was outside waiting to come in, I could have had my oil changed at the quick oil change service, but that did not happen. So in at 3:20 p.m. and out at 6:00 p.m. All is well with the tires.

Although I am so disappointed with my ford focus and trusted the dealership on the purchase of this car, my visit the other day with Shannon and Scott were great. Exceptional customer service and they both worked hard at trying to accommodate me and my again ford focus clutch issue. I was also very happy to hear that the warranty for the clutch issue was extended to 7 years or 160,000km. I would would give a 10 out of 10 for both Scott and Shannon's service.

I think the staff there is great except for the receptionist, there are a few there that are amazing I might add. I wish your employees gave their names on the phone when they answer so you could actually call back and complain to management about how they speak to customers!! My experience with the same receptionist on multiple occasions was horrible!!! I have phoned in and had no problem with the other receptionists but this one...Holy hannah she is a piece of work. You might want to do mock phone calls so you can see the way they speak to people!! Your sales and service department never had any issue!! Great people!! Again reception the for front of the business!! The greeter!! Very very very poor choices on your part makes me wonder if she is related to someone high up in the company because really I don't know how she has kept her job!

Barrie Ford is the Number 1 place to buy a vehicle new or used! My dad bought his brand new F150 a couple years back from Jeff. He had such a great experience I also bought my used 2015 Ford Escape from the exact same dealer. Jeff was phenomenal in finding me the perfect vehicle to fit my lifestyle and budget. From finding the escape to signing the paperwork and walking out the door was so simple. I've been to dealerships where you don't really get any info as to what you're paying for and before you know it the price has skyrocketed.. but Jeff walked me through everything and made sure I completely understood all my terms and conditions and I must say I couldn't be happier! The staff here are wonderful, prices are pretty average for a dealership. My favourite service advisor is Tammy, she's friendly and pretty funny. I do find that the time it takes to actually check my car in for service is pretty long. I usually drop off in the morning on my way to work, have to wait 15 min or so in line in my car before it gets taken inside.. from there you then have to get out of your car and wait in another line to speak with a service advisor. This process usually takes about 30 minutes, sometimes longer. I'm sure if you went at a different time of day then the wait time would be significantly less. However, I do like them sand have been bringing my car there for 3 years now.

Went there today, looking for a garage to take over with maintenance of my GT. Explained that to receptionist and she asked if I want to talk to a salesman. I felt confused and asked if there is a garage. Then she wasn’t sure and I wasn’t sure either. I think I found a garage, but people who worked there were just walking around me - out of three or four people who passed me none said “hi”. Then some guy asked “are you picking up” and I explained to him that I was shopping for a garage, while walking away. If there is no customer service - what kind of service would I expect for my car? Had Excellent Sales Experience - I have been to other dealerships looking for a new vehicle, and finally a place where they listen to what you want and showed me the options that met my requirements for me and my Family. Thank you. and to the person that was offered 1500 for a vehicle that was 8000 in black book - Really must have been a nice trade in... Mine was really close when shopping at 3 different dealerships - all were within 300 - 500 dollars.

I will be servicing my vehicle here and will let you know how that goes, as most people here seem to be complaining. Thought I would share a good story, as I was really happy dealing here.
