Like others have stated, go anywhere else. I will never buy from Valley ford. Their service is below other dealers, if I could give 0 stars I would. They dont call you, you have to call them. My vehicle sat for a week before they even touched it. I will definitely be telling friends and family not to shop here.

We purchased our new Ford Ranger Lariat at Valley Ford and have absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the acquisition. Peter Simmons treated us with the utmost respect and fairness, and we were greatly assisted by his knowledgeable sales rep, Hudson Woodworth. Hudson patiently showed us all the features, including setting up our Ford Pass app. Rob, our business contact, was extremely professional and did not do the high pressure tactics of trying to sell all the "add-on" warranties and services available, allowing us rather to be well informed and select based on our individual needs. This was so different than what we had experienced in the past at other auto competitors. We look forward to utilizing the Service department and future vehicle deals. If you are like us, and appreciate a place that is still a family business and treats you like family, then look no further.
We have been driving Ford for last 3 vehicles, starting with the Ford Fusion in 2010, a wonderful car. We moved to the Escape Titanium in 2015 and loved that SUV and replaced it a year ago with a 2020 Escape Titanium which we have leased for 4 yrs. We couldn't be happier. The ride is so smooth and I don't even notice a difference when we change to snow tires. The safety features are wonderful and I think should be mandatory for all vehicles regardless of the make. Safety first! Ford has definitely stayed abreast of current technology. Service is easy to book, fast and friendly.

Bought a new Edge from Hudson, by far the best buying experience i've had. They did everything they possibly could to make the deal work, so it was easy to agree to it. Everything was fast and on time and there is no question where my first stop will be for my next vehicle purchase.

Because they do exactly what they say they are going to. In twelve years of purchasing new vehicles and also having them being serviced there also .I swear to God that not once did I ever drive away from valley ford feeling dissatisfied or rubber stamped .I have purchased mustang's, F 150s, SUVs they always clean the vehicle .There are many dealers in our area some a lot closer selling the same products. No change of me ever changing to a different dealer. You can't fix whats not broken. PS maybe I am not aloud to mention names but this man deserves praise. Chris Chipman is the best because he is very consistent and honest. Not many that you can say that about. I swear on my Mothers graveyard that I am speaking the truth.

The shuttle service they offer is very convenient for anyone has a job or such to get to. I just resently bought a car here from Rob Allen. He and his team were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They offered me no pressure and gave me a smoking deal on my new car. 5 stars.

I’ve had great service for the first 2 years after purchasing my truck from a different dealership. The gentleman who I believe was in charge of the service department was always pleasant and did a very good job. They now have new employees and I am extremely disappointed. It took 3 days to get a call back for an appointment and couldn’t get in for another 8 days. Once we finally got in, the services provided was awful. They would not take into consideration my extra warranty purchased for the vehicle and the tires and rims. I had a nail in one of my tires and we paid to have it fixed. This is covered under the tires and rims protection purchased from a different dealer. They told my wife that if I went back with proof of warranty they would reimburse me. I went back the following day with all the paperwork but they could not reimburse me at the moment they had to submit a claim, the people working were very condescending towards me and my wife. I walked away and will go to a different dealership who respect their customers.
I was all prepared to write a 5 star review of valley ford for the work that was done to my car some recall work some known problems and an mvi. Although I am pleased by that part the customer service I received at 730 this morning was just plan rude because of a miss communication. The business itself and their policies seem to be good but the rudeness is why I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else in the future.

This is a horrible business to deal with GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I watched their sales staff be EXTREMELY rude to seniors wishing to buy a car. Also, their sales staff are super condescending to females. I was horrified with the way they were treating people the day I was there. I will never go back to this location and wish I could give them ZERO stars on this rating. Giving the default of one star is too many in my opinion.

Recently I needed to have an emergency appointment and Valley Ford was quick to respond both through their website booking and (on a weekend) service department email to confirm that my request had been received. I was able to get fitted in for the service on that Monday. Very pleased and impressed!

Valley Ford is the absolute worse car dealership that I have ever encountered in all of Canada. I should know as I was a mystery shopper who rated hundreds of car dealership's sales and service departments all across Canada.
Valley Ford's sales team and customer service can be described in one word as pathetic. As a potential customer, I visited this dealership in person speaking to the sales manager and I also called looking for information on a vechile they sell and they lied and told me both times that they would call me back but they never did. Wow. Such poor customer service is totally unacceptable!!
My husband also encountered the same poor customer service here at Valley Ford. He ended up going to the city to buy his Ford 150 truck at the reputable top notch dealership Farley and Stevens Ford in Dartmouth.
Valley Ford is a small town dealership that will NOT continue to survive the fast pace car sales industry with its incompetent sales team and piss poor customer service and attitude. If Valley Ford sales department is this poor I for sure wouldn't want to try their service department. I definitely told everyone I know to not waste their time and to avoid Valley Ford!!!

Thank you! I was extremely pleased with my gleaming car all weekend, and to get all the work done at ..no charge! That premium warranty I bought really paid off!
