Awesome experience with City Ford. This was my first time purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. I live in the Northwest Territories and they were able to deliver my ride right to my driveway. Over the last year we have purchased 2 vehicles from City Ford with the help of Emmanuel. I admit I was quite anxious when going to look for a new car for the first time. It’s a big decision to upgrade a vehicle! But Omar Mustafa came in and saved the day, he was straightforward and knew what would work with what I needed, and we had some good laughs which made it much easier to enjoy the experience. Our experience at City Ford was exactly as it should be. We knew exactly what we needed with our growing family and they were able to give us our options without wasting our time with vehicles that just don’t work for us. Mo was an excellent salesman. He listened to our needs and understood what didn’t work for us with the vehicles from the other dealerships. The service was excellent and they are all great with the kids. I plan on keeping my new vehicle for awhile (as long as I need multiple car seats and strollers) but would definitely go back when ready for something new. Would recommend to anyone to go check them out and ask for Mo.
For a car dealership, I have no issues with this place. Every sales associate I came across was courteous and made time to talk to us and our kids. I appreciated that they have an indoor play ground area for little kids - helps keep them occupied.
Horrible service spent a day msging a guy back and forth looking for a deal for a truck. I had a budget as most people do. It had taken till 6pm for them to give me numbers that was NOT within my budget. I respected this and said "I will do without", "let me know if anything changes". I'm the customer, I had no idea my budget was really no feasible to them. In return I received a nasty email stating that I must of known that my budget wasn't going to cut it (within 100 bucks a month btw) and they basically stated that I wasted their time. So..... I left it at that. The next day the "MANAGER" emailed me and asked how the service was I received. Naturally I explained the situation above and he came back and basically said the same thing the other guy said (after obviously talking to him and getting his "opinion" on what happened) so anyway, this is long winded I know but hope it steers some people away. Zero stars if I could

We at the Foothills Research Institute were looking for a specific used truck and Justin Froehlich found it. Since dealers (or manufacturers, actually) don't offer leasing on used vehicles, we went to a third party leasing company (National Leasing) which turned out to be a complete gong show. Justin was very patient throughout, absolutely professional and an real pleasure to deal with (exactly the opposite of National Leasing and their sidekick Incom Transport). With the careful (like in full of care) help of Justin and Michelle in the Accounting Dept, we were able to put this deal to bed. Prompt, courteous, quick to return calls, Justin really made a difference where other dealers (Go Ford and Team Ford to name them) never even bothered calling me back ! Five-star rating all the way.
In April, my husband and I went to City Ford to look at the Escapes. We took one for a test drive but really didn't care for it. Our salesman suggested, without pressure, that we take a look at the Edge instead. We were in love with it right away! After discussing details, we finalized the sale. A few days later, I had noticed a little issue with it none of us had noticed the day we made the purchase. I took the Edge in and met with Steve Charleton and without hesitation, he had the part ordered and the vehicle booked in! The issue was resolved today ( the service department people are very pleasant) and Steve even had me leave with a full tank of gas!! After dealing with MANY Ford dealerships in the area since 1985 that left us with a very strong dislike for dealerships as a whole, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our dealings with CITY FORD!! We highly recommend this dealership....and for us, that is NOT an easy thing to do! Thank you Steve, Nick, Dwayne and Jeff for giving me a fantastic experience!!
I've purchased 3 vehicles at a dealer on the southside over the years and everytime was disapointed. It was time to trade in my truck so we gave City Ford a call and I spoke to Darko, the salesman. We went in and spoke with him. As we talked, wrote everything down and came through on all the details we agreed on. Darko was unlike any car salesman I've ever dealt with. Honest about the good and not so good points of every detail. When we agreed and took delivery of the truck he spent over half an hour going over the truck top to bottom making sure everything was exactly as we expected.
I would recommend City Ford and especially Darko to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
